The staff were extremely helpful & professional. I decor was lovely with nice art, flower's and teddy bears. A real cute feel. The room was cleaned daily. New clean soft  sheets each day was appreciated. The bed was soft and comfortable. Air conditioner was appreciated. The WiFi worked well. The lounge was comfortable to use.  The room snacks were tasty. I loved the ice creams from the foyer. Providing bottled water was appreciated. The breakfast was filling. I found the fruit such as watermelon to be so tasty. A high quality washing machine was helpful.  The location is central  and handy to lovely restaurants, a park, banks.  Easy to get a Didi  Thank you

La estadía es muy buena, el cuarto es muy limpio, la vivienda es muy cómoda, el servicio de la recepción es muy bueno, el desayuno es muy adecuado, la habitación es muy limpia, el cama es muy cómodo, la dormición es muy cómoda, la próxima vez volverá, especialmente el servicio de la recepción es muy bueno

Los expatriados regresaron a sus casas y se descansaron unos días, comían comida local y se reunieron con sus amigos. Elijaron un hotel cercano a su edad. El lugar tranquilo en la vieja ciudad es el teatro. La salida del paseo es muy conveniente, es sentirse en casa, libre y cómodo. La habitación es muy grande y limpia, la actitud del personal y el servicio son muy buenos, hay desayuno, noche y noche, y la próxima vez vivirá con la familia.

This is my second time stayed here and the experience is as superior as usual. I want to share a bit why I chose always choose this hotel 2years ago. I was comparing top 3 hotels, holiday inn, Wanda and baolong, only holiday inn offer non-smoking rooms, one of the others offering de-odor treatment to the room which I doubt how well it will work. The non-smoking is a non-negotiable condition as we are traveling with kids. Also the location is great, it is not in a shopping area but can easily walk to library, museums (there are two , science and history), which is great. And staff are friendly. Breakfast is great, good selection of local foods brought back a lot of childhood memories . And this time, they upgraded us to a suite. I feel they really value the guests.

The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. As were the housekeeping staff. Room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious. Stayed for 1 night only and intend to return. Highly recommended.

very comfortable and very clean. great service. I want to stay for another day. The only thing that I'd like them to have is a refrigerator and a bar. And bathrobe. But the price is very cheap so it is awesome.

Convenient location. Great service with friendly staff who are eager to please. Nice breakfast. Free onsite laundry. They even offer free simple dinner but I did not get a chance to try. Overall a great chain hotel though the hardware start showing its age. I have stayed here three times and each I was a great experience. There are some higher end hotels in town but they are on the outskirts of the town. This is the best hotel in the town center.
