I stayed here for 1 night in February 2026. The hotel is just amazing. Location is perfect - 5 minutes walk to Basmane metro station, 10 min walk to the sea. Staff is great, they're friendly and sweet. The only thing I missed was that they didn't greet guests at breakfast and were not very smiling, except for one person, unfortunately I don't remember his name, he shows guests their room on their arrival. He is VERY friendly, gives all the information about the room amenities, breakfast time, etc. My room was very clean and smelt good. Bed is comfortable, bed linen is perfectly white. The hotel even has pillow menu. Breakfast is also great. There is a great variety of cereal, muesli, dried fruit and nuts, cheese, 2 kinds of honey (liquid and comb honey), several kinds of coffee. I would recommend this hotel and will stay here again for sure.

Hotel location is very good. Hotel staffs are very friendly and polite. Meanwhile hotel facility is quite old. I’m living just next to Renaissance hotel in Shanghai, Putuo. I was expecting such a similar experience but disappointed with facilities. I’d recommend you to pay a bit more and stay at Marriott hotel which is at walking distance for a better experience. They’re the same group company.

Oda ve banyo gayet temizdi. Sigara konusundaki hassaslıklarını takdir ediyorum, sigara içenler içinde balkonlu odalar var zaten ben çok memnun kaldım.Konum olarakta metroya ve tramvaya çok yakın geç saatlerde gelmeniz sorun teşkil edecek bir konumda değildi bence.

Nos ayudó mucho que nos dejaran guardar el equipaje antes del check-in. La ubicación era conveniente, muy cerca de la estación de Basmane en Esmirna. Al estar en el centro, no hay problemas con supermercados ni restaurantes. El desayuno era abundante y delicioso, así que quedé satisfecho.

Hotel is maybe the best one in Izmir with very good location. Hotel staff are very friendly and polite. However there was one exception in my experience and I only share it to improve the experience for the new guests if anyone is really reading my feedback. It was written that Alipay and WeChat is accepted at the hotel check in desk/reception. Then I asked whether i can pay with these apps and the reply was very unapologetically no in a rude manner. Hotel staff called Cisem replied me with a super serious face and tone without even giving any explanation on reason of not servicing or when it’ll actually be available even it was written payment with these apps are accepted. I felt like I’m in a highly bureaucratic, red taped government office. I’d just suggest you remove that thing till you really serve with these payment apps or at least train your staff on how they should reply clients. Otherwise it’s super annoying…At least write there that it’ll be available soon. There was another lady probably staff manager who came to apologize. It was very polite of her to check whether if there’s anything she can do. But I couldn’t understand why she asked our room number as she didn’t do anything afterwards. It kinda feels weird when someone questions something for nothing…

Un día nos hospedamos con mi esposa, las entradas fueron muy rápidas, nos describen muy bien y nos dirigieron, nuestra habitación era una habitación con vistas al mar, realmente una vista maravillosa, una habitación sin cigarrillos. Es importante para nosotros porque no fumamos con mi esposa, después de la reserva, nos envió un mensaje, lo ajustaron para ella, y usted hace un desayuno con una gran variedad de café, un bufete abierto y una vista marina. Nos gusta que todos los empleados del hotel que hemos llegado sean rosados, en un lugar increíblemente bonito como ubicación, y si vuelve a Izmir, es un hotel que nos quedaremos de nuevo sin pensar.

El hotel está en el corazón de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son muy limpias y muy espaciosas con cama real muy cómoda, ya sea con vistas al puerto o con vistas a la calle. El desayuno fue excelente con una variedad diferente de su elección. El restaurante de arriba era espectacular vista al puerto. El personal es amigable y útil. Regresará. Altamente recomendado.

Un hotel Ibis estándar. La primera noche que estuve en el hotel en Turquía, nunca hubo nadie en la recepción. La persona que se registró era una persona nueva. Hice dos reservas, pero no pudo encontrar mi reserva. Segunda noche porque no estaba familiarizada con el negocio. Afortunadamente, Ctrip se resolvió en 1 minuto. ¡Me gustaría elogiar la velocidad de Ctrip nuevamente!
