Just right next to Basmane Gar Station. Nearby Agora Open Air Museum and Konak Pier and Clock Tower. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was good with stable hot water. There is a tv but couldn’t get it to the right channel to watch anything as it was in Turkish. No water bottle provided in the room but you can get a drink at the lobby with hot tea and coffee for free as well. Used the laundry service, it was on the very expensive side as they charge by number of clothes. Breakfast was good, very Turkish style. Overall, will come again.

Hotel location is very good. Hotel staffs are very friendly and polite. Meanwhile hotel facility is quite old. I’m living just next to Renaissance hotel in Shanghai, Putuo. I was expecting such a similar experience but disappointed with facilities. I’d recommend you to pay a bit more and stay at Marriott hotel which is at walking distance for a better experience. They’re the same group company.

Un hotel clásico, bueno y económico. Convenientemente ubicado, rodeado de un mercado de bicicletas, aparatos electrónicos y otros teléfonos, pero tranquilo por la noche, aunque un poco cutre. Bastante seguro. Cerca hay casi todas las opciones de transporte público, una gran oficina de cambio de divisas, una cafetería, un lokanta, cafeterías, etc., tiendas, un bazar cercano, el paseo marítimo y un gran parque a 10 minutos. Reservé una habitación individual barata para tres noches, pero estaba ocupada. Me pusieron en una habitación doble grande, la 107, para pasar la noche. Estaba bien, excepto por la tetera, que fallaba un poco, y el lavabo goteaba un poco. La ducha estaba bien. Luego estaba la habitación individual 108, una habitación pequeña, pero aceptable para pasar la noche. Simplemente no hay espacio para guardar las cosas. El baño es húmedo, sin mampara, y solo se puede acceder al inodoro cerrando la puerta :))) El lavabo es pequeño. Pero se secó bastante rápido. Todo funcionaba, incluso el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien, algo que no siempre ocurre. Funcionaba bien, perfectamente ubicado encima del armario de la habitación individual. Y el agua siempre está caliente. Había abundante té, café, agua, azúcar, champú y toallas de papel. No desayuné. Dormir fue cómodo, y eso es lo principal. Las puertas del balcón de ambas habitaciones dan a una especie de pequeña terraza cerrada para fumadores. No es romántico, pero tiene suficiente ventilación. Y es muy tranquilo. En resumen, es una gran opción para dormir y relajarse después de un día explorando la ciudad, sin ninguna queja.

El hotel está cerca de las atracciones y de la estación de tren de Basmane Gar. La habitación es muy pequeña y necesita reformas.

Hotel is maybe the best one in Izmir with very good location. Hotel staff are very friendly and polite. However there was one exception in my experience and I only share it to improve the experience for the new guests if anyone is really reading my feedback. It was written that Alipay and WeChat is accepted at the hotel check in desk/reception. Then I asked whether i can pay with these apps and the reply was very unapologetically no in a rude manner. Hotel staff called Cisem replied me with a super serious face and tone without even giving any explanation on reason of not servicing or when it’ll actually be available even it was written payment with these apps are accepted. I felt like I’m in a highly bureaucratic, red taped government office. I’d just suggest you remove that thing till you really serve with these payment apps or at least train your staff on how they should reply clients. Otherwise it’s super annoying…At least write there that it’ll be available soon. There was another lady probably staff manager who came to apologize. It was very polite of her to check whether if there’s anything she can do. But I couldn’t understand why she asked our room number as she didn’t do anything afterwards. It kinda feels weird when someone questions something for nothing…

Great stay, very warm receptionists. Had an issue with the laundry service and the staff went the extra mile to solve it even on a weekend.

El hotel es muy satisfecho, reservado 2 habitaciones, la puerta es el Mar de Etiopía, el paisaje es realmente bueno, el ascensor del edificio del reloj también está muy cerca, la próxima vez que vaya, elegir aquí, buena relación coste/beneficio

El hotel está en el corazón de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son muy limpias y muy espaciosas con cama real muy cómoda, ya sea con vistas al puerto o con vistas a la calle. El desayuno fue excelente con una variedad diferente de su elección. El restaurante de arriba era espectacular vista al puerto. El personal es amigable y útil. Regresará. Altamente recomendado.

Un hotel Ibis estándar. La primera noche que estuve en el hotel en Turquía, nunca hubo nadie en la recepción. La persona que se registró era una persona nueva. Hice dos reservas, pero no pudo encontrar mi reserva. Segunda noche porque no estaba familiarizada con el negocio. Afortunadamente, Ctrip se resolvió en 1 minuto. ¡Me gustaría elogiar la velocidad de Ctrip nuevamente!
