The hotel room showed the sign of age but it was still clean. I was happy to have offered an upgrade of room with good view of the Van lake. Unfortunately, I couldn’t sleep well because the centralised air conditioning system made me sweat throughout the night. The room was so hot! Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast offered many choices of food. We also dined in the restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food was average.

It is new building and clean. Staffs are friendly & nice. Most important thing in this hotel is The reception Lady👍 She has the most important roll in managing hotel. She will help you with anything you ask regardless wether your question is About the hotel services or shopping out ir finding a suitable place. This lady is the Real important Key in this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this Hotel without this lady sitting in reception seat👍👍👍 Thank you🙏🏻

Путешествовали с друзьями, отличный отель с алкоголем в лобби (пусть и дороговатый), есть бассейн. Из минусов могу отметить, что постоянно размагничивались ключи, и дали номера с двухспальными кроватями, хотя бронировали две односпальные

Cuando fuimos a la suite de confort, dijeron que no tenían habitaciones vacías en un hotel diferente, nos llevaron a la sala de pars, la habitación era lo suficientemente grande, limpia, Y nos gustaba el desayuno. Vana, cuando volvimos, era un hotel que preferiríamos.

Alcanzando los estándares de cinco estrellas, la cama doble es muy pequeña y la piscina también. El desayuno es muy general, no puede compararse con el hotel de Estambul.

The stay at Vantalya Otel in Van was great. I had the warmest welcome which immediately made me feel at home. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and speaks English very well. The room is spacious and clean with a hot shower and well working airconditioner. Also breakfast is good and there’s a great variety to choose from. And the location of the hotel is right in the middle of the center, making it a good spot to explore Van.

This hotel looked like it needs some refurbishing but it does have a strong point in that it right on Lake Van. I had a few issues during my stay but were resolved immediately. The room I was first given smelled of drainage pipes so they immediately gave me another. In the evening, I realised my hair dryer was broken. They immediately sent someone to fix it. The next day, the water from my toilet no longer worked. They sent someone to fix it immediately while I had breakfast. They are very quick to solve any problems. I loved the breakfast, so much variety. And I am grateful that they let me have my room a bit earlier which many hotel won’t even if they could. The staff are great.
