❤️地理位置：酒店距離安順古街風景區，小吃街步行500m，走路過去非常的方便。 ❤️設施：酒店備有自己的停車場，自駕遊友好。 備有健身房和洗衣房，洗衣房有三台洗烘一體的洗衣機，並且給住店客人免費提供洗滌用品。 大廳備有咖啡機，熱水，茶包等，使用方便。 ❤️餐廳：早飯的種類屬於基本品相，不是特別的多，但是也能夠滿足基本需求，像粥，豆漿，牛奶，油條這些都有，還有一些炒蔬菜，酒店有現做的牛肉粉和牛肉麪味道非常好。 ❤️房間：房間比較寬敞，街景房是可以直接看到遠處的湖山以及古城街區。 床鋪軟硬適中，屬於偏中等的質感，對承託性比較好。 淋浴出熱水速度很快，水壓很足。 ❤️服務：酒店的服務人員都很熱情，有耐心，然後對住店客人的一些要求都能夠做到及時迴應，及時解決，服務很周到。 💔問題💔 1 酒店隔音效果比較差，第一個問題是窗户是單層的老式推拉窗，所以不管是密閉性和隔音效果都不好，漏風，房間的整體温度會偏低，即使開了空調也是需要很長時間温度才能上來，如果不拉窗簾的話，靠近窗户能夠感到很明顯的涼意。衞生間如果關上門的話，會非常的冷，淋浴的時候能很明顯的感覺到温度要低很多，而且衞生間的窗户也是密封性不好，會感覺到漏風。另外隔音效果不好，即使是住在十幾層的高度，仍然能夠聽到車流和鳴笛的聲音。 2 房間的淋浴出熱水速度非常快，大概是3~5秒就有熱水，但是洗手池出熱水速度非常的慢，大概需要1分半到2分鐘才有熱水。 3 酒店洗衣房有三台洗烘一體機給顧客使用，非常方便，但是3號洗衣機是壞的，衹能洗，不能烘乾，因為沒有任何的告示，以為都是正常的，所以隨機使用了，導致洗完衣服之後不能烘乾，衹能換另外的洗衣機單獨烘乾。導致離開的時候衣服沒烘完，非常耽誤行程。 ❣️總結：整體比較滿意，服務，距離，卧具都滿意，就是有些小插曲，如果後面在温暖的季節來還是會選擇這裏的。❣️

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. When we checked in they upgraded our room to a business suite. This was so unexpected and we loved it! It was so comfortable and provide the perfect amount of space so when one needed to work in the evening, the other person wasn’t disturbed. The en-suite bathroom was fantastic - the dual vanity was perfect for both of us to get ready at the same time. Also, it had a massive bathtub and separate shower- great for those who might want to unwind after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and it had great sound proofing. The only drawback was that the AC didn’t work well in the suite- even though we tried to lower the temperature, we weren’t able to bring it lower than 25 degrees. As it is summer, being able to lower the AC would have been helpful as it did get a little stuffy in the room at night. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. From recommendations on how to visit several of the villages we were interested in going to, to recommendations for specific Guizhou dishes to try at the night market, they were so kind and pleasant. The day we checked out it was pouring. The staff were kind enough to lend us umbrellas so we could go for a short walk to get coffee before our trip to the train station. The facilities were great and well maintained. A good really gym with lots of equipment / treadmills/ weights etc so you could work out. It closes at 11pm (as does the laundry). They only have 2 washer/ dryer combinations so while laundry is free to do, it could take a while as the shortest wash cycle was approximately 30 min, and then you still had to factor in dry time (as it’s the same machine). The hotel is located in the center area so there are lots of shops, and huge underground mall, night market, parks, cafe and bakery all within walking distance. As it’s centrally located, it’s very easy for didi to find/ schedule pick up. We loved our time in Kaili and our stay at this hotel. We will definitely return for a second visit!

這次訂了三間房，帶閨女來訓練，訓練館就在酒店旁邊，走路2分鐘，非常近，酒店設事齊全，房間乾淨，飲用水配的足足的，洗衣機有很多台，很適合閨女訓完練後的訓練服清洗，早餐也非常的不錯，總類很多，酒店也很安靜，唯一有點不人性化的就是房間窗户，設計在沙發後面，每次關窗都費老勁了，下次還會訂這家。
