Ojalá hubiera bañera porque el baño era más que espacioso. La ducha era barata. Por lo demás, me encantó la habitación con un techo alto de 4330 mm. Este hotel solo tiene vistas a la ciudad hacia el norte y el sur, pero es agradable y mucho mejor que la vista al patio cerrado del NH. Me encantó la generosa bebida de bienvenida en el bar. Los recepcionistas fueron muy amables y simpáticos e intentaron cumplir mi petición en la medida de lo posible. Y el edificio es hermoso y la habitación está tan bien diseñada que es funcional. La próxima vez que tenga algo en Lingotto, elegiré este hotel. El único inconveniente es que el hotel está un poco alejado de la estación de metro o de la parada de autobús, especialmente si vas con equipaje.

Уютный отель, недалеко от аэропорта Миланского Мальпенса. Весёлые администраторы, которые несмотря на языковой барьер (русский здесь не знают никто) - через переводчик старались помочь. Чистые номера с хорошими мягкими кроватями; душем; телевизором. В общем всё есть. Бесплатный трансфер от отеля в аэропорт так же оказался очень кстати! Спасибо за всё! Мы с удовольствием выбрали бы этот отель ещё раз! Цена очень приемлемая!

Perfect base of operation for your stay in Piemonte or beyond. A lovely oasis at a mountain top castle overlooking Langhe vineyards. Relax after day trips or simply chill all day by the pool and have lunch and dinner at their divine ristorante. A full breakfast buffet is included on their lovely garden terrace where they also serve afternoon charcuterie and cheese plates. The rooms were recently renovated with all the modern amenities except Nespresso machines and duvets but the lobby bar where they make excellent Cappucinos is always nearby. There they can sell you Fontanafredda wines (the same owners) at convenience store prices. I have nothing but great things to say but do have five suggestions: 1. Leave the AC on even if just a little bit between guests because it was 40C when we arrived (55C in the room) and it took almost 24H for the room to reach 22C. 2. Have duvet covers available in the room if not on the bed because my wife like many people likes to have some weight in her covers. 3. Lower you laundry prices and have a price list in the room to avoid surprises at checkout. 4. Don’t charge for EV charging, it’s free at most hotels around the world. 5. Consider Nespresso machines in the room with coffee mate creamers to reduce demand in the morning in the kitchen and keep guests well cafeeinated. Grazie Mille, we’ll be back for sure!

Отель расположен в красивом месте,рядом с причалом для лодок,удобно ездить по островам,рядом пешеходная дорожка вдоль озера,можно за 20 мин дойти до центра Стрезы,где много ресторанов. В отеле чисто,он конечно немного староват. Но вид на озеро -это очень красиво. Завтрак обычный с горячими блюдами,вкусный кофе. В целом все понравилось

While the outside of Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia is stunning, the overall experience left much to be desired. After being wowed by the property's beautiful exterior, the rest of our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the hotel's high star rating. The lack of customer service was a major letdown. There was no doorman to assist with our luggage upon arrival, and the young bartender simply watched as I struggled to open the door, rather than offering to help. It was only after I had to explicitly ask him for assistance that he begrudgingly opened one side of the door, still making no effort to help with our bags. The cleanliness of the room was also sub-par. We left our used towels in the bathtub, as the room instructions indicated, but rather than replacing them with fresh towels, the housekeeping staff simply hung the dirty ones back up. This was an appalling oversight. Additionally, the gym and pool area did not have WiFi access, which was an inconvenience when trying to stay connected during our stay. Overall, while the property itself is visually impressive, the lackluster customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from our experience at Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia. I expected a higher level of quality and care from a hotel of this caliber.

Llegar a las 21 y encontrar la habitación con 12 grados no fue agradable. No me reemplazó la habitación hasta después de esperar más de una hora para calentar la habitación, pero la temperatura no se elevaba más que de un grado. Pero a las 22:30 finalmente cambié mi habitación, que estaba a 18 grados... en el armario de una habitación de matrimonio, una cubierta, una plaza. En el baño 1 conjunto de toallas para 1 persona Bueno, aparte de estos detalles que podrían ser claramente mejorado el hotel es muy bonito y limpio excelente ubicación restaurante en el interior cómodo y comida de calidad

Las habitaciones eran bastante normales, y la limpieza también. El servicio no estaba mal, y el personal de recepción era bastante amable. Sin embargo, el personal del restaurante era increíblemente lento. El desayuno y la cena eran prácticamente iguales: muy normales. Lo único bueno fue la hermosa vista desde el piso de arriba, lo cual fue una gran ventaja.

Una estancia increíble en un campus estudiantil fantástico. Tienes una zona de estudio, un gimnasio, una habitación limpia y bonita con techos altos y cocina, salas de estar comunes e incluso una pista de tenis. Sin duda, más de lo que necesitas para un par de noches en la ciudad. La zona está muy cerca del centro y las conexiones de transporte son excelentes. Los autobuses te llevan al centro en 15 minutos, mientras que caminar te llevará unos 25-30 minutos. Además, tienen un gran supermercado en el mismo edificio, lo cual es muy práctico, ya que tienen mucha variedad. Pero cuidado: hay un vagabundo acurrucado justo al lado del supermercado (esa calle puede tener algo de movimiento por la noche). En cuanto al alojamiento, la comunidad más grande está compuesta por estudiantes, todos muy acogedores y amables. Los recepcionistas y el personal también son muy serviciales. Parece un hotel. Lo recomiendo 👍🏻

No muy lejos de la estación Turín por la puerta de Susa o de la parada Metro Bernini , así que excelente ubicación para moverse en el centro o incluso en otro lugar. Desayuno adecuado al nivel de la estructura, elección de croissant, yogur, sal, etc etc . Personal muy amable y disponible. Unico pecado, estructura y habitaciones un poco antiguas , para revisar los interiores y los muebles .
