The 4-star rating of this hotel is definitely not justified. The receptionist who speaks Croatian was extremely kind and helpful, and she deserves all the praise. The room is beautiful, just like in the pictures. However, there were not enough towels in the room, and there was no shower gel or lotion. When we asked for them, they were not provided – it’s hard to imagine a 4-star hotel lacking basic amenities. The hairdryer was broken, and when we requested a replacement, none was provided. The other receptionist does not speak Croatian at all, which is unimaginable and very disappointing.

Amplié mi estancia dos noches más porque la ubicación del hotel es perfecta para mi grupo. Las zonas comunes son amplias, al igual que las habitaciones. Sin embargo, nos dieron una habitación justo al lado del ascensor y con puerta comunicada con la habitación contigua. Por eso, ¡el ruido de los vecinos la última noche fue bastante molesto! Además, el desayuno me decepcionó un poco para un hotel de esa categoría. Al principio de nuestra estancia en Split nos alojamos en un hotel de cuatro estrellas más pequeño y el desayuno era mucho mejor, al igual que el capuchino.

Fantastic hotel, 5 minute walk from the ferry terminal and bus station. The resort is small but makes for a quiet holiday which is exactly what we were looking for. We were upgraded to the harbour suite which is a stunning room, although no balcony, didn’t bother us, just to make others aware. Shower gel and shampoo are Ritual branded and smell lovely. The food is fabulous, breakfast is buffet style and dinner (for half boarders) is chosen off the menu. Really high quality and believe they were Michelin recommended for 2024. They even gave us a breakfast bag as we were checking out very early. The staff are fantastic, very friendly and can’t do enough for you. This was the case from reception, restaurant to the roof top bar. All were great. The rooftop bar was a brilliant place to sit and watch the sunset and the ferry coming and going. The pool is covered and heated with a separate area for sunbathing. There’s also a couple of saunas you can use. The smallest gripe, it would be good to trim the top of the trees which blocked the view from the sun terrace. Would absolutely stay here again for a chilled and relaxing holiday.

The hotel is near the church and the bayside. It is near the stores as well but then it is quite hard to find at first and quite hard to get there when you have so many luggages coz the car cannot access inside coz it is inside a small street. The room have a beautiful view as well and it smells so good (but it’s too strong though). Somehow it is clean yet I saw a small cockroach. The wifi cannot reach our room as well even if our room is only in the first floor. Overall it was okay. The bed is so comfy and the pillows. But the blanket is so weird coz it is supposed to be a big one for 1 big bed and for couples, but then the blanket is two small ones and they are separated. I find it weird but it’s okay. And also the mirror, i don’t like when the mirror is reflective in the bed. For fengshui it is not healthy coz it will make you sick. But overall, the hotel is good and the price is quite pricey though. The pool is just okay.

La ubicación es buena en el palacio, pero puede ser muy confusa porque el hotel tiene un anexo diferente que está a pocos minutos a pie. Y podría ser difícil encontrar la ubicación del anexo, para el que yo quedó en nombre de Villa Donbric no se pudo encontrar en el mapa de Google. Además, dado que tenemos un par de grandes maletas, buscamos hotel con ascensor, pero el anexo que me quedé no facilitó uno. (No estoy seguro de que el otro anexo tiene uno o no) La habitación es menor de lo que esperaba, es un poco confusa cuando abremos dos maletas juntos. El desayuno es servido y bueno, con diferentes opciones de huevos. Sugiero que la atención adicional es mejor al reservar el hotel sobre la ubicación y preocuparse por el equipaje. O sugeriré reservar su servicio de recogida opcional.

exactly in the old town that means all the attraction is easily reachable, the main road along the coast and the history & museums. Though it is rebuilt b from an old building, a lift is available, but you need to go one stair up because it starts not at the ground level. have a terrance that have an excellence view of the towns. a very reasonable price to get this hotel breakfast is not within the hotel, but a long of restaurants nearby

Lovely modern hotel just outside Split. It is 20 mins walk from the centre. In the high season, it is extremely hot so we left before 8am most days.  It is maybe 5 euros by taxi and there are good bus links. I did not try the food but it has a lovely indoor pool with a view of the mountains.

El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. La única desventaja es la caída del precio de la habitación que reservamos. Hay una caída del precio de más de 40 euros el día de llegada. Así que es mejor utilizar We Price Match para reclamar las diferencias.
