Mixed Experience at Vinpearl – Room Great, Dining Disappointing I stayed at Vinpearl from 22 Sep to 3 Oct and again from 6 Oct to 11 Oct. The room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were a definite plus. However, there were several inconsistencies and disappointments during my stay. - Laundry Service: During my first stay, laundry was complimentary (3 pieces/day), but in the second stay, it became chargeable. This inconsistency was frustrating and could be improved. - Breakfast: The breakfast menu was 95% the same every day, with limited variety. The fried noodles were consistently hard and dry, which was disappointing. - BBQ Buffet (600k VND): This was the most disappointing part of my experience. The food quality was poor, with cheap ingredients repeated across different stations. If this continues, I fear the restaurant may not last. In comparison, I visited Sen Buffet near Ho Tay, which cost only 480k VND and offered crayfish, big prawns, various crabs, and a wide variety of fresh dishes—far superior in quality and value. - Vinpearl Buffet (480k VND with 20% hotel guest discount): I only had a bowl of noodles, some fruit, a few pieces of not-so-fresh salmon sashimi, and one drink—nothing stood out or felt worth the price. - Room Service Timing: Housekeeping often came too late in the day, sometimes after 5–6 PM, which disrupted rest time. This should be addressed for better guest comfort. On a positive note, staff were friendly, especially the foreign manager, who stood out for his professionalism.

Great Stay for Business Travelers Hotel is a large, well-equipped hotel that’s perfect for a work trip. The rooftop restaurant offers a nice atmosphere and good food, and the pool is definitely a standout — a great place to unwind. The gym is adequate for a quick workout during a busy business day. The location near the city of Bakhnin is convenient if you’re there for work, with easy access to nearby areas. Overall, a solid stay for business travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

入住時，查看了一下床，掀開被子，發現床單上竟然有彎曲的毛髮，特噁心死了！讓前台換全套床上用品，前台上來確認後給換了房間。 兩個房間都有股潮濕的黴味，衹能將就着住了。。。

Me dieron una habitación superior, una habitación enorme con vistas panorámicas de la ciudad, en el sexto piso. El servicio es excelente y las instalaciones son muy nuevas y modernas, aunque solo necesitaba la televisión. La ubicación es céntrica, cerca de todo lo que necesitaba: tiendas, restaurantes, de todo. El personal del restaurante es maravilloso. Les dije que podía comer sin gluten e incluso me prepararon platos especiales. Es una pena que solo pudiera quedarme un día, pero sin duda me alojaría aquí de nuevo si volviera.

The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast, but the problem is that 2 hotels use the same breakfast area, so in the morning you can barely find a seat, especially recently.

床品舒適度拉滿：床墊軟硬恰到好處，不會塌陷也不會過硬，躺下後腰背特別貼合。床單被套是那種蓬鬆柔軟的材質，摸起來清爽無異味，連枕頭都分了高低款，我選的低枕支撐力超棒，旅途的疲憊一覺就掃空，差點因為睡太香錯過第二天的行程。 衞生細節無可挑剔：作為潔癖星人，最在意的就是清潔，這家直接讓我徹底放心。房間地板、桌面擦得能映出影子，連牀頭櫃的縫隙都沒有灰塵。衞生間更是驚喜，鏡面沒有一絲水漬，瓷磚縫白凈如新，淋浴玻璃門光潔透亮，馬桶圈甚至帶着消毒後的微涼，每個角落都透着細緻。 環境温馨又安靜：大堂寬敞明亮，擺着不少綠植點綴，空氣中還有淡淡的清香，一進門就卸下了旅途疲憊。房間採光特別好，午後陽光灑進來很治癒，而且隔音效果超讚，關上房門完全聽不到走廊和外界的噪音，晚上休息時格外舒心。

For frequent travelers like me, this level of convenience saves a lot of time and effort. The service deserves special mention. The staff are professional, polite, and familiar with repeat guests. Check-in and check-out are always smooth, and any requests are handled efficiently. Many of the staff speak good English, which makes communication easy and comfortable. Their attitude is warm but not intrusive, creating a relaxed and reliable atmosphere that makes me feel at home. The hotel’s facilities also meet the needs of business travelers very well. The breakfast is varied and well organized, offering both Asian and Western options. The gym, pool, and other amenities are clean and well maintained, providing a good way to unwind after work. Overall, Grand Phoenix Hotel Bac Ninh is a hotel I trust and return to regularly. It offers consistent quality, comfortable sleep, convenient location, and dependable service. For anyone traveling to Bac Ninh frequently, especially for business, this hotel is an excellent and reliable choice.

個人覺得還不錯，比想象中的要好，新裝修的，裏面設施都蠻新的，這是我喜歡的點，早餐中規中矩，隨便對付一口還好！服務挺熱情的，衣服忘房間了，前台打電話讓去拿！房間還算寬敞，物品齊全！周邊非常方便，好像走一點路就是中國街，到處都是中國餐廳，旁邊就是卡拉ok,很多漂亮小姐姐，非常方便！

Habitación muy espaciosa, con magníficas vistas desde el piso 15, con vistas a la parte antigua de Bac Ninh. Detrás del hotel hay un gran ambiente local para quienes deseen explorar a pie. La histórica Catedral de Bac Ninh está cerca y ofrece actividades navideñas con luces. El desayuno buffet del hotel es bueno, pero evite ir en otros horarios porque hay pocos huéspedes y el tiempo de servicio es largo. Casi parece que tuvieran que llamar al jefe para que te preparara la comida. Una hamburguesa tardó casi una hora en tres ocasiones diferentes. Cama cómoda, sábanas y toallas limpias que se cambian a diario, pero la alfombra podría mejorarse. Personal muy amable.
