Reservé este hotel porque me atrajo el servicio de transporte al aeropuerto. Otro factor en mi decisión fue su precio razonable, incluso con desayuno incluido. Mi habitación estaba en el último piso, pero era espaciosa y limpia, y no tengo ninguna queja. El desayuno era más lujoso de lo que esperaba. Puedes ir caminando al centro de la ciudad, pero tendrás que tomar un taxi para llegar al mercado nocturno, la mezquita, etc.

Excellent. My kids love the pool and the playground. My husband enjoyed the gym. The room is spacious. We picked the grand deluxe and love it. Two toilets, how convenient. I heard there are connecting rooms between deluxe and grand deluxe. We are going to pick those when we come back. The staff is friendly. When i accidentally left my stuff after checked out, they helped me look for it and i easily could get it back without any hassle.

La sección de recepción es muy útil y propensa a la atención, y me he estado quedando aquí desde que llegué a Brunei... es mi lugar único para descansar sin ningún problema... Fácil acceso a toda la variedad de alimentos que rodean esa área... maravilloso

El transporte público en Brunéi es muy limitado. Este hotel ofrece servicio de recogida y regreso al aeropuerto. Esto fue muy útil para mí, ya que viajo sola. El desayuno no es buffet, pero podemos comer en una cafetería si nos ajustamos a nuestro presupuesto. La habitación también es amplia, con bañera, y todas las instalaciones funcionan a la perfección. I recently had a fantastic stay at The Centerpoint Hotel and couldn't recommend it more highly. If you are looking for the perfect blend of comfort and convenience in Brunei, this is the place to be. The absolute highlight of this hotel is its prime location. Situated right in the heart of Gadong, it is within easy walking distance to an endless variety of shops, boutiques, and diverse restaurants. Whether you are looking for international brands or local treasures, everything is right at your doorstep. Most importantly, it is just a short stroll away from the famous Gadong Night Market. Being able to walk over in the evening to sample incredible local street food—like grilled fish, satay, and kueh malaya—without worrying about parking or transport was a massive plus. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, the staff are incredibly welcoming, and the central location makes exploring the rest of the city a breeze. A definite five-star experience!

La ubicación es céntrica, junto al Templo Chino. Por la noche, también es tranquilo. El hotel tiene muy buena pinta, pero la cama no es muy cómoda (demasiado dura), así que no pude dormir bien. En general, la habitación está bien, excepto la cama. Me alojé aquí dos veces en mi viaje de negocios y puedo caminar por la ciudad de noche sin problemas.

El desayuno ofrece una variedad de verduras y cocina local. El personal es muy amable. Hay servicio de navegación al mercado nocturno. El conductor es extraordinario.

Capital Residence Suites, Brunei I had a generally pleasant stay here. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the place felt quiet and calm, which was nice after a long day out. The bed was comfortable and the room was well maintained. Breakfast was provided and was simple but sufficient to start the day. Nothing fancy, but acceptable. A good highlight is the free city tour organized by the hotel. During the tour, I managed to visit Energy Hub, Masjid Omar Ali Saifuddien, Istana Nurul Iman, Balai Khazanah Islam Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah, Gadong Mall, and Masjid Jame’ Asr Hassanil Bolkiah, which was very convenient for first-time visitors. Also the big plus is free airport pick-up and drop-off (reservation required) Staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. Overall, it offers decent value for money and is suitable for a short stay, especially if you want an easy way to explore Bandar Seri Begawan.

Old design hotel. But complete with playground for kid but need to pay for 3 dollar. Parking available and have basement parking. 2 swimming pool available. Breakfast not many choices but good enough. Amenities is limited, the hotel only provide 1 toothbrush. Overall very satisfied as the price is reasonable.

The hotel provides complimentary airport transfer which is very convenient! Also located near to JP theme park and food court! Food is quite yummy , very affordable price even for room service. Overall, a pleasant stay. My son enjoyed swimming in the pool!
