Reservé este hotel porque me atrajo el servicio de transporte al aeropuerto. Otro factor en mi decisión fue su precio razonable, incluso con desayuno incluido. Mi habitación estaba en el último piso, pero era espaciosa y limpia, y no tengo ninguna queja. El desayuno era más lujoso de lo que esperaba. Puedes ir caminando al centro de la ciudad, pero tendrás que tomar un taxi para llegar al mercado nocturno, la mezquita, etc.

Excellent. My kids love the pool and the playground. My husband enjoyed the gym. The room is spacious. We picked the grand deluxe and love it. Two toilets, how convenient. I heard there are connecting rooms between deluxe and grand deluxe. We are going to pick those when we come back. The staff is friendly. When i accidentally left my stuff after checked out, they helped me look for it and i easily could get it back without any hassle.

¡Un hotel encantador! Sin duda lo recomendaría como mujer que viaja sola. Me sentí segura y el personal del hotel es muy amable. El servicio de traslado al aeropuerto es gratuito, lo cual es genial, y el hotel está muy bien ubicado. Cerca de un mercado matutino y del centro de la ciudad. Es una ciudad muy transitable a pie y en 10 minutos estás en un centro comercial o en el paseo marítimo. La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, y el agua embotellada y las toallas se cambiaban a diario. Es tranquilo por la noche y muy limpio. El internet era lo suficientemente bueno como para trabajar. ¡Me alojaría de nuevo! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Spent 3 nights here at higher hotel. What can we say, firstly the hotel was clean, linens towels were clean. The room size was surprisingly big too. We had the twin bed but that’s ok for us. Location wise, just 7km away from the airport. Dart costs BND10 each way. In terms of shops and eateries, there’s myriads of shops just walking distance. They have laundry just next door to the hotel. The food in the hotel breakfast served home meals, close to local dishes. We get used to it since it’s almost like our own. Lastly, but the most significant one would be the friendliness of all their staffs, whom 90% was Filipino. They are very polite and just friendly to every guests. If we ever come to Bandar Seri Begawan again, we will look no other than Higher Hotel.

I recently had a fantastic stay at The Centerpoint Hotel and couldn't recommend it more highly. If you are looking for the perfect blend of comfort and convenience in Brunei, this is the place to be. The absolute highlight of this hotel is its prime location. Situated right in the heart of Gadong, it is within easy walking distance to an endless variety of shops, boutiques, and diverse restaurants. Whether you are looking for international brands or local treasures, everything is right at your doorstep. Most importantly, it is just a short stroll away from the famous Gadong Night Market. Being able to walk over in the evening to sample incredible local street food—like grilled fish, satay, and kueh malaya—without worrying about parking or transport was a massive plus. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, the staff are incredibly welcoming, and the central location makes exploring the rest of the city a breeze. A definite five-star experience!

La ubicación es excelente. Está a poca distancia a pie de la Mezquita Vieja y del Centro Comercial Yayasan. Hay muchos restaurantes cerca. Hay un tanque de agua potable en el suelo, así que no hace falta comprarla. Tenía un vuelo temprano por la mañana, pero pude tomar un DARTcar enseguida.

Our stay at The Empire Hotel was truly exceptional! The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. A special mention to Lynn (or Ann—I may have gotten the name wrong) (she was the one driving the buggy in the pic) who was always smiling, friendly, and very accommodating with all our questions. As first-time visitors to Brunei, this experience exceeded our expectations. We were also impressed by the warmth and respectfulness of the people. We enjoyed the in-house cinema and had an amazing meal at Pantai, the food was perfect! they will also say where to have your best sunset/ sunrise view. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended to friends and family!

Francamente, en mi opinión, este es uno de los mejores lugares para permanecer en Brunei. Sí, tendrás que pedir un taxi para llegar al centro de la ciudad Brunei no parece tener muchos caminos de pie adecuados pero los taxis llegan rápidamente y no es un problema. La ubicación justo al lado del agua es hermosa. Los huéspedes son maravillosos. La zona común es muy acogedora, con mucha variedad de juegos y libros, y los desayunos son deliciosos. La mejor parte La dama de la casa prepara un desayuno diferente cada mañana. Antes de llegar, incluso preguntaron si tenía alguna alergia, restricciones alimentarias, consideraciones religiosas o preferencias alimentarias. raramente encontrarás un enfoque personal. La habitación era limpia y, lo más importante, muy tranquila. Y perdóname por mencionar esto pero no hay moscas cerca, así que no se despiertará por oraciones tempranas a las 5:00. Es realmente tranquila. Mi tracker de dormir mostró un 97%, lo que dice mucho. Recomiendo este lugar para su estancia.

Capital Residence Suites, Brunei I had a generally pleasant stay here. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the place felt quiet and calm, which was nice after a long day out. The bed was comfortable and the room was well maintained. Breakfast was provided and was simple but sufficient to start the day. Nothing fancy, but acceptable. A good highlight is the free city tour organized by the hotel. During the tour, I managed to visit Energy Hub, Masjid Omar Ali Saifuddien, Istana Nurul Iman, Balai Khazanah Islam Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah, Gadong Mall, and Masjid Jame’ Asr Hassanil Bolkiah, which was very convenient for first-time visitors. Also the big plus is free airport pick-up and drop-off (reservation required) Staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. Overall, it offers decent value for money and is suitable for a short stay, especially if you want an easy way to explore Bandar Seri Begawan.

Old design hotel. But complete with playground for kid but need to pay for 3 dollar. Parking available and have basement parking. 2 swimming pool available. Breakfast not many choices but good enough. Amenities is limited, the hotel only provide 1 toothbrush. Overall very satisfied as the price is reasonable.
