Albergo centrale nella piccola cittadina, poco spazio in camera per aprire i bagagli, bagno piccolo con un lavandino micro. Mancava 1 oscurante alla finestra per cui la luce entrava alle 4:30 del mattino. Pulito, staff molto gentile, colazione buona. Parcheggio facile davanti all' albergo.

Stayed in one of the cabins in February with my husband and 3 month old son. The location is stunning, the cabin was perfect, very cosy and calming. Weveach took a turn walking tonyhe steam room in the snow, it was an amazing experience! Buffet breakfast was great and staff were all friendly l. Would stay here again!

We added bed linens with additional charges but then we need to install it ourselves. We are already tired travel from far and setting the bedlinen ourselves is unacceptable. For the men's shared bathroom( not the toilet), the floor is full of dirt, without slippers it is very bad experience. I was showering with naked feet because I only travel with shoes. As there's a short distance from room to the bathroom that need to step through murt, other traveller slippers also became dirty and just walk into shower area with slippers on. There's plenty of space for shared kitchen which is awesome, but the auto door lock made it very inconvenient for a single person that is in middle of cooking and need to open door for partner, because 1 room is only given with 1 set of keys. I did not expect that the full windowed view of waterfall is only for ordering meal, oherwise I would rather spend 1 meal there for the scenery, sadly I missed the awesome breakfast.

The hotel is located right next to the Stykkishólmskirkja Church, and around 10-15mins walk to the city centre/ferry terminal. It is a convenient stop for us travelling from the north to the west side of Iceland. The hotel room has a nice view. Basic amenities are available. The shower room is only separated from the toilet by a ‘moveable’ glass and water might spill elsewhere when you shower. Overall a decent stay.

It was such a quaint place, but unfortunately all week we were there it was under construction, so noise from hammering and drilling was very annoying since this was booked specifically for meditation and writing of my book.

Good Place to stay in the west part of Iceland. Clean and Quiet. The dinner is also wonderful.

Hotel Fransiskus is a former monestary and still has a church and a seniors facility attached to the building. My room was modest in size, but the amenities were good and I enjoyed the view of the ships as well as the opening window which allowed me to enjoy the sea breeze. The young man at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

¡El jefe es bueno! ¡Vaya a la península de Swan Mountain puede vivir aquí! El entorno es bueno. Si el tiempo es bueno, puede ver la luz en el hotel! La principal es el jefe es bueno! Cuando se va de casa, se enfrenta a una tormenta de nieve, ¡es posible que conduzcamos un poco peligroso ahora, podemos quedarnos en la habitación hasta las media de la tarde. ¡Sugiéramos que regrese a la ciudad de Mine, donde bloquee el camino, realmente es genial! El viaje en el cuarto de doble personas muestra dos camas en el ordenador del otro lado, por lo que se sugiere llamar a la hora de avisar la demanda. El entorno de la habitación también es bueno, el bar de la sala también es muy cómodo, ofrecerá cena. ¡Tenemos mil niveles (taxa adicional) cuando vivimos ese día, delicioso! Los sandwiches de su propia manzana también ayudarán a calentar, y luego ayudarán a poner el plato, super bueno!!

Easy self-check in, which was great for us because we reached near 11pm. Beds were comfortable, heating was good. Best part was breakfast. Shared kitchen was well stocked with pans, eggs, milk, salami, oil, sauces, for cooking. Had a satisfying breakfast complete with coffee, juices and yogurt.
