Great hotel located in the heart of Harbin, very close to all major attractions. Rooms where very clean and extremely comfortable. Decor was also beautiful. My only complaint was that nobody here could speak English. For an upmarket hotel some of the employees must be able to speak English otherwise it brings the value down. One thing I do appreciate is that they have cat houses outside the hotel for stray cats to find a place of warmth during the very cold winters. A hotel that cares for animals is beyond amazing in my view and that's why I give them five stars .

It was very nice staying here. - The location is great. - The room is huge and very comfortable, with no unpleasant smells. I really like the bathroom and the hair dryer. - The staff are very friendly and helpful. The handsome guy at the front desk can help book a car to Wu Song Ling and buses from Snow Town to Snow Village and then to Harbin. - I recommend trying the food here—it’s delicious. I also had a great time with their dog, Baiwan. She is very cute and smart. Don’t forget to say hi to her if you visit! 🥹

This hotel is really fantastic. It is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the location is absolutely perfect -- close to places to eat, shop and close to the pedestrian street. The room is lovely, with mini bar, a little couch, a tub and its clean and lovely. The staff brought and left me snacks, and brought me delicious fruit. Plus I found the people of Mudanjiang to be really friendly and lovely as I walked around the city.

酒店交通便利，周邊美食，小吃，飯店特別多，旁邊就是萬達商場，還可以直接從停車場走過去，不用感受風吹日曬，太棒了，下次來還會選擇這家酒店的

時隔兩個多月，這是我第二次去了，一切依舊那麼好。不過還是想提個建議……年輕人嘛平時就願意睡個懶覺，更何況是玩了一天挺累的，客房的大姐真的沒必要每天早晨八點都必須過去敲門打掃衞生，我住了三天，被叫醒兩次，最後一天如果不是要走，一定還會被叫醒……真是讓我哭笑不得。假如你睡得正香，讓人吵醒了，你是啥心情？第一次去的時候就是這樣，這回我實在是有點受不了了，客房大姐也是夠執着的。希望酒店當個事，研究解決一下！！！

The hotel does very little to communicate and fully explain in detail to their guests when they check in, we did not know that the hotel was offering dinner to their to its guest on the day of our arrival, we had to ask around, and in so doing it seemed as though we where trying to get crush for a free dinner, the package we booked for had an executive lounge happy hour and light dinner, we had to prove ourselves that we had booked and paid for a package deal. The hotel really needs to improve on their service and alert their guests on what is happening in the hotel so as to avoid embarrassing and unnecessary confusion. The room was clean, but the amenities offered are not up to par. The air conditioner was not making the room cool enough. The room was hot, and the air was tight. The food was good and we were satisfied, this was the best part for my family and I, we where actually skeptical thinking that it's going to be all Chinese but surprisingly we ate more than we anticipated for. The hotel is a good hotel. Would i recommend someone to go and stay there? Yes! But they need to seriously improve on communication and overall service towards their guests, especially foreign guests who want to try out Chinese cuisines, you need to raise the bar and look for service providers who are bilingual so as to facilitate a good service. And please add more pastry recipes to your menu 😋

真實入住我一般不寫評價的，但是我覺得人心換人心李姐值得我誇誇。我帶着家裡6個長輩都説李姐人特別好，一下午玩的特別開心。後面悄悄跟我説，來的路上她們還擔心這邊的環境不好玩，結果玩完特別滿足，特別是房間裏的麻將機簡直戳中她們的心坎了哈哈。各種需求姐都能盡力的滿足我們，想玩雪穿上店裡愛心提供的大花襖，防雪鞋套出門走兩步就有野雪特別厚踩下去膝蓋往上，打雪仗、倒雪地、雪圈滑坡啥的拍照特別出片！！對於南方來的遊客絕對能滿足你們對玩看雪的嚮往。冷了累了回店裡也方便，我覺得這個非常不錯。晚上想泡温泉李姐也是立馬給我們安排上了，視覺、温度的反差感還挺稀奇，泡上了真的不冷！中途還有圍爐煮茶，李姐會幫忙拿到温泉旁邊，一邊泡温泉一邊品茶很愜意了，建議自己帶點水果來體驗感更好。房間設施衞生我覺得對於民宿來説已經很合格了，還沒來李姐就直接打視頻讓我看看現場環境，沖這點就不能差到哪去！一樓二樓都是房間，負一樓是餐廳，還可以嚐嚐李姐的手藝。想去別的地方玩店裡也有小哥專門帶你去玩，不用怕找不到地方，點贊點贊！！更細節的體驗衹有來了才能感受到了，真的非常推薦大家來玩，祝李姐家生意興隆！！

La ubicación del hotel está cerca del Festival de Ice y Nieve. El servicio general del hotel es excelente, excepto cuando nos ingresamos. La actitud de la dama en el escritorio frontal fue extremadamente mala y impaciente. La habitación no funcionaba y se cambiaba de habitación para nosotros. El desayuno buffet está bien con una selección de comidas.

Servicio increíble y comodidades fantásticas. El personal se desvivió por el cumpleaños de mi esposa. Muchísimas gracias a 小雅, 佳宇, 小曹, Ana, Vicky, Sarah y Fiona. Sin duda, nos alojaremos en el hotel de nuevo en el futuro.

El hotel es realmente llamado en el número de la río de la colina 1 ️⃣, porque el diseño de la habitación es muy bueno y cómodo 💯 El paisaje también me hace sentir en mi imagen, el personal también es muy cuidadoso 🙏 Me ayudó a llamar al aeropuerto 👍 El alimento del hotel también es adecuado para los ciudadanos de Hong Kong ✔️ Recomendar alojamiento 👍
