A 12 minutos a pie de la estación principal de Zurich, afortunadamente todo el piso plano así fácil de caminar con equipaje. No hay pantalones de baño en la habitación a pesar de la planta de concreto. No hay alojamiento a menos que se lo solicite. Situación general conveniente con personal amigable y útil. Sauna y minibar gratis bono.

Hotel room was clean and modern. Customer service needs a lot of improvement, particularly a receptionist called Natasha. After collecting our luggages from the storage, I proceeded to asked her for the hotel room key as we have yet to check in. She then said ”she wouldn't know anything as I did not provide any details to her”. As a front desk staff, I would think it is part of your responsibility to maybe ask? On another occasion, I asked her if it was okay to get something delivered to the hotel tomorrow as I forgot something and needed it urgently. Her respond was ”Isn't it too late now that I ask her?” The look on her face was a look of annoyance. I told her I could cancel it if it wasn't allowed. Eventually, my item was not delivered as she probably did not cascade the information to the staff on duty the next day. Would appreciate if she could respond nicely, especially when you're in the service line. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with ******?? I've observed that she was very friendly and accomodate a guest of a different race whom asked her for a favour. If you'd like consistently good service, I'd suggest put your money elsewhere. The accomodation doesn't come cheap as well.

I had a genuinely pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place to others. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, attentive, and very easy to communicate with. Any requests I had were handled quickly and efficiently, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. Everything I needed was available, and the facilities were in good condition and easy to use. I especially appreciated the comfortable atmosphere — it felt like a place where you could truly relax after a long day. The environment was also quiet, which made it easy to get good rest. In terms of overall experience, the hotel offers great value for money. Both the service and the facilities met (and in some aspects exceeded) my expectations. It’s clear that attention has been paid to the details that matter for a comfortable stay. If I visit again in the future, I would definitely consider staying here again. I’d also be happy to recommend it to friends or anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay.

La habitación es un poco pequeña, pero considerando que es un hotel renovado a partir de una casa privada completa (en una zona residencial), las habitaciones originales deben dividirse en varias habitaciones. La decoración general es muy nueva, más nueva que la de la mayoría de los hoteles de Suiza. Hay chocolate suizo gratuito en la recepción del hotel, que es delicioso. Lo que es digno de elogio es que el hotel ofrece un microondas en la recepción y los huéspedes pueden tomar prestadas varias herramientas en el restaurante del hotel en el primer piso, para poder comprar comida en el supermercado exterior y calentarla. En general parece un hotel familiar.

Easy access via tram, good location with nearby restaurants & Migros Supermarkt opposite the hotel. Room upgraded, spacious room & fantastic breakfast with lots of variety.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, a solo 6 minutos a pie de la estación central de Zúrich (Zürich HB), lo que lo hace fácil de encontrar y muy conveniente. Supongo que es un hotel de estilo express, por lo que el check-in es sencillo y la habitación cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias. La ducha tiene buena presión de agua y la habitación es muy tranquila. También tiene algunas instalaciones pensadas para la comodidad de los huéspedes, lo cual es muy considerado.

It was a very good hotel. I will definitely choose this hotel whenever I come to Zurich again. Very polite, very friendly and very efficient staff. They do all your work. Here I would like to thank ( fanni ) for helping us a lot and doing everything she could to ensure we had a good stay.

We stayed at ibis Zürich City West for one night while visiting Zurich, and it worked well as a straightforward place to stay for a quick stop in the city. We had a triple room, which was a good size and worked well for our needs. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with enough space for luggage and a good night’s sleep after travelling. It wasn’t luxurious, but it had everything you would expect from an Ibis hotel and felt well maintained. In terms of location, the hotel is about a 20-minute walk from Zurich’s main train station, which makes it reasonably convenient if you’re arriving by train. The area felt easy to navigate, and although it’s not right in the historic centre, it’s close enough to reach the main parts of the city without too much difficulty. Our stay was very short — we arrived late in the evening and left early the next morning — so we didn’t get the chance to explore the hotel or use any of the facilities such as the restaurant or breakfast service. For us, the hotel simply served as a comfortable overnight stop. I would recommend ibis Zürich City West if you’re looking for a clean, reliable hotel for a short stay in Zurich. It’s particularly suitable if you just need somewhere practical to sleep before continuing your journey.

Free coffee and tea for guest at lobby! Welcomed with modern decor and 4 lifts to serve the various apartments. Spacious restaurant for daily breakfast. Room is equipped with microwave, kitchenware and small dining table which is good for family of 3. On a side note, you need to pay for dental kit and slippers.

Apartamento muy bonito, limpio y hermoso diseñado. Buena ubicación, la estación de tren está ahí tan 5 minutos al centro y a la vuelta. Nos encontramos con un niño, así que se le ofreció cama extra, pero desafortunadamente sin toalla, sólo por una tarifa. Nuestro segundo lugar, y si vuelve a venir, volveremos a elegir este apartamento.
