A 12 minutos a pie de la estación principal de Zurich, afortunadamente todo el piso plano así fácil de caminar con equipaje. No hay pantalones de baño en la habitación a pesar de la planta de concreto. No hay alojamiento a menos que se lo solicite. Situación general conveniente con personal amigable y útil. Everything I needed was available, and the facilities were in good condition and easy to use. Necesitábamos estar cerca de la universidad y este hotel es lo más cerca que se puede estar. También es muy conveniente para tomar tranvías y caminar hasta la ciudad y otros centros comerciales. El personal del hotel está bien capacitado y el personal de limpieza fue muy amable y flexible.

We stayed at ibis Zürich City West for one night while visiting Zurich, and it worked well as a straightforward place to stay for a quick stop in the city. We had a triple room, which was a good size and worked well for our needs. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with enough space for luggage and a good night’s sleep after travelling. It wasn’t luxurious, but it had everything you would expect from an Ibis hotel and felt well maintained. In terms of location, the hotel is about a 20-minute walk from Zurich’s main train station, which makes it reasonably convenient if you’re arriving by train. The area felt easy to navigate, and although it’s not right in the historic centre, it’s close enough to reach the main parts of the city without too much difficulty. Our stay was very short — we arrived late in the evening and left early the next morning — so we didn’t get the chance to explore the hotel or use any of the facilities such as the restaurant or breakfast service. For us, the hotel simply served as a comfortable overnight stop. I would recommend ibis Zürich City West if you’re looking for a clean, reliable hotel for a short stay in Zurich. It’s particularly suitable if you just need somewhere practical to sleep before continuing your journey.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, a solo 6 minutos a pie de la estación central de Zúrich (Zürich HB), lo que lo hace fácil de encontrar y muy conveniente. Supongo que es un hotel de estilo express, por lo que el check-in es sencillo y la habitación cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias. Hubo una escena impactante cuando me registré: debido a un vuelo retrasado, llegué al hotel casi a las 12 de la noche y un personal masculino de la recepción me dio las habitaciones 308 y 309. Cuando mis amigos y yo deslizamos nuestras tarjetas para entrar a la habitación, descubrimos que ya había invitados en ambas habitaciones, ambos invitados chinos, y ambos estábamos sorprendidos y avergonzados. En la recepción, el personal también se sintió muy avergonzado. Se disculparon profusamente y no sabían a quién llamaban. Después de una larga llamada telefónica en alemán, les dieron dos nuevas habitaciones, una de las cuales fue mejorada a una suite con 132 vistas. . La habitación es grande y hermosa. El único inconveniente es que la habitación es demasiado grande y el baño es un poco complicado. Los desagües de los otros dos lavabos estaban un poco bloqueados. Desenrosqué el tapón del desagüe del grifo de la izquierda y encontré un objeto duro atrapado en el interior. Parecía sucio, debía haber estado bloqueado durante mucho tiempo. No sé por qué nadie informó y lo arregló. Lo desconecté y esperé que el hotel lo encontrara y lo limpiara. Todo lo demás está bien. El hotel es muy avanzado. Todos los interruptores de control son pantallas táctiles. También hay aire acondicionado, pero no se puede activar, pero afortunadamente no hace demasiado calor. Debo alabar el desayuno ya que estaba muy rico, muy bueno y muy limpio. En general, ¡es un hotel muy recomendado!

Room is equipped with microwave, kitchenware and small dining table which is good for family of 3. On a side note, you need to pay for dental kit and slippers.

Apartamento muy bonito, limpio y hermoso diseñado. Buena ubicación, la estación de tren está ahí tan 5 minutos al centro y a la vuelta. Nos encontramos con un niño, así que se le ofreció cama extra, pero desafortunadamente sin toalla, sólo por una tarifa. Nuestro segundo lugar, y si vuelve a venir, volveremos a elegir este apartamento.
