I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at 25hours Hotel Zürich West. From the moment I arrived, the experience was warm and welcoming — the staff were not only professional but genuinely friendly, adding a personal touch that made a big difference. I especially appreciated the roomy interiors, which offered more space than most urban hotels — a real luxury in Zurich. The hotel also fits perfectly into the creative energy of the Zürich West district, with a modern vibe that feels authentic rather than over-designed. Highly recommended for travelers looking for something with personality, comfort, and consistently great service.

Hotel is nice, room not too small. View from the terrace is stunning and it’s particularly beautiful to look at the lake while having your morning breakfast. However, I was not expecting an hotel of this type not to have AC. I don’t even check as typically 4 star hotels do have AC. I ended up here in 3 days of heatwave, and the room was just too hot to allow me to sleep comfortably. This is especially concerning as my room was apparently in the “new” area of the hotel. It’s new and you didn’t put AC??

Hotel Bristol Zurich is in a perfect location, especially for a short layover. You’re within walking distance of all the main sights, the Old Town, restaurants, and the train station, which makes exploring the city very convenient. However, the price does not match the experience. The hotel felt more like a dated motel than a centrally located Zurich property. There were no toiletries provided (unless you pay) the breakfast selection was very minimal, and the overall atmosphere lacked warmth. Unfortunately, the front desk service was not welcoming, which made the stay feel even less pleasant. If location is your top priority, it works. But for the price, I expected much more.

In general, the hotel offers a balance between fee, location, and service. The room is clean, the location is suitable for walking to all the sightseeing places in Zurich. However, it is noteworthy that the bathroom and the toilet are not inside the room, you must go to separate places. This is not mentioned when I place the booking, or I didn’t pay attention to this detail. I travelled during the not-busy season so it is OK, most of the time when I wanted to use the bathroom, it was available. However, during the travel seasons, you should be aware.

Debo alabar el desayuno ya que estaba muy rico, muy bueno y muy limpio. En general, ¡es un hotel muy recomendado!

Room is equipped with microwave, kitchenware and small dining table which is good for family of 3. On a side note, you need to pay for dental kit and slippers.
