I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at 25hours Hotel Zürich West. From the moment I arrived, the experience was warm and welcoming — the staff were not only professional but genuinely friendly, adding a personal touch that made a big difference. The rooms are a standout: stylishly designed with bold, playful décor and thoughtful details that give the space character without compromising on comfort. I especially appreciated the roomy interiors, which offered more space than most urban hotels — a real luxury in Zurich. The layout felt both functional and relaxing, making it easy to settle in whether you’re in town for work or leisure. The hotel also fits perfectly into the creative energy of the Zürich West district, with a modern vibe that feels authentic rather than over-designed. A 12 minutos a pie de la estación principal de Zurich, afortunadamente todo el piso plano así fácil de caminar con equipaje. No hay pantalones de baño en la habitación a pesar de la planta de concreto. No hay alojamiento a menos que se lo solicite. Situación general conveniente con personal amigable y útil. Sauna y minibar gratis bono.

I recently stayed at this hotel on November 16, 2024, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! After a long 13 hour flight from Hong Kong, I was grateful to be allowed an early check-in at 9 AM. This made a huge difference, allowing me to rest before starting my day. Mr. Filippo at the front desk was incredibly helpful. He not only assigned me a lovely room with a terrace but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby attractions, making my first day of a 13-day journey truly special. His courteous demeanor and willingness to assist were very much appreciated. The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk to the city center and attractions, with everything you need right across the street. Hotel is nice, room not too small. View from the terrace is stunning and it’s particularly beautiful to look at the lake while having your morning breakfast. However, I was not expecting an hotel of this type not to have AC. I don’t even check as typically 4 star hotels do have AC. I ended up here in 3 days of heatwave, and the room was just too hot to allow me to sleep comfortably. This is especially concerning as my room was apparently in the “new” area of the hotel. It’s new and you didn’t put AC??

Una experiencia increíble, desde el personal de recepción, las habitaciones hermosas, el personal que nos atendió en el desayuno y un bufet de desayuno muy variado., el de gimnasio todos fueron maravillosos, las instalaciones del gimnasio increíbles, súper grandes y muchas máquinas, las habitaciones bonitas, y el hotel también. 100x100 recomendado.

Any requests I had were handled quickly and efficiently, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. Everything I needed was available, and the facilities were in good condition and easy to use. I especially appreciated the comfortable atmosphere — it felt like a place where you could truly relax after a long day. The environment was also quiet, which made it easy to get good rest. In terms of overall experience, the hotel offers great value for money. Both the service and the facilities met (and in some aspects exceeded) my expectations. It’s clear that attention has been paid to the details that matter for a comfortable stay. If I visit again in the future, I would definitely consider staying here again. I’d also be happy to recommend it to friends or anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay.

Cuesta 7 CHF llegar al Hotel Krone Unterstrass desde el aeropuerto de Zúrich. Tome el tren desde el aeropuerto hasta la estación de Zúrich Oerlikon, luego cambie al tranvía 11 y bájese en la parada de Kronenstrasse. El hotel está justo al lado de la parada del tranvía. El barrio es muy tranquilo al anochecer. Pronto descubrirá que con 3 paradas más del tranvía 11 estará en la estación principal de Zúrich (Zürich HB), que es el centro de la ciudad. La habitación tiene un compresor de aire acondicionado de control manual (gracias a Dios), aunque hace bastante frío sin él (unos 14 °C fuera a finales de septiembre). No hay minibar y proporcionan una pequeña tetera metálica. El objetivo de mi reseña es elogiar a Laura Mannino (ortografía), el primer punto de contacto cuando visita el buffet de desayuno diario. Con su sonrisa y su actitud encantadora, es un activo para cualquier negocio de hostelería. Mi habitación en el quinto piso tiene un aire bastante nuevo y la verdad es que no tengo ninguna queja. Si prefieres alojarte en las afueras del centro y no pagar un ojo de la cara por una habitación de 400 a 500 $ por noche, el Hotel Krone Unterstrass es ideal. ¿Volvería? ¡Sí!

El hotel está situado en el lado izquierdo de la ciudad, detrás de la estación de tren, a unos diez minutos de la estación y de las paradas de autobús de larga distancia, ya que la ciudad en sí no es muy grande. El hotel es tranquilo y limpio. Elegí la habitación más barata, el ático, pero no me sentí agobiada. Sin embargo, prolongar la estancia supondrá un aumento de precio.

Free coffee and tea for guest at lobby! Welcomed with modern decor and 4 lifts to serve the various apartments. Spacious restaurant for daily breakfast. Room is equipped with microwave, kitchenware and small dining table which is good for family of 3. On a side note, you need to pay for dental kit and slippers.

Apartamento muy bonito, limpio y hermoso diseñado. Buena ubicación, la estación de tren está ahí tan 5 minutos al centro y a la vuelta. Nos encontramos con un niño, así que se le ofreció cama extra, pero desafortunadamente sin toalla, sólo por una tarifa. Nuestro segundo lugar, y si vuelve a venir, volveremos a elegir este apartamento.
