Muy espaciosa y agradable habitación. También hemos mejorado por el hotel. El personal estaba muy bonito. El hotel es pequeño, por lo que no hay una sala de comedor común. En cambio, el desayuno se entregará a su habitación por la mañana. Las habitaciones están en el lado más caro y hay muchas instalaciones en la habitación que no me permitió usar.

A 12 minutos a pie de la estación principal de Zurich, afortunadamente todo el piso plano así fácil de caminar con equipaje. No hay pantalones de baño en la habitación a pesar de la planta de concreto. No hay alojamiento a menos que se lo solicite. Situación general conveniente con personal amigable y útil. Sauna y minibar gratis bono.

I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at 25hours Hotel Zürich West. From the moment I arrived, the experience was warm and welcoming — the staff were not only professional but genuinely friendly, adding a personal touch that made a big difference. I especially appreciated the roomy interiors, which offered more space than most urban hotels — a real luxury in Zurich. En general, disfrutamos de nuestra estancia, aunque estábamos a solo unos minutos en coche del centro de Zúrich y con un cargo adicional de 20 CHF por noche por el aparcamiento del hotel. La única lástima es que no tienen piscina. Aun así, estábamos a pocos minutos a pie para disfrutar del paseo junto al río. El desayuno estuvo bien.

I recently stayed at this hotel on November 16, 2024, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! After a long 13 hour flight from Hong Kong, I was grateful to be allowed an early check-in at 9 AM. This made a huge difference, allowing me to rest before starting my day. Mr. Filippo at the front desk was incredibly helpful. He not only assigned me a lovely room with a terrace but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby attractions, making my first day of a 13-day journey truly special. His courteous demeanor and willingness to assist were very much appreciated. The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk to the city center and attractions, with everything you need right across the street. Easy access via tram, good location with nearby restaurants & Migros Supermarkt opposite the hotel. Room upgraded, spacious room & fantastic breakfast with lots of variety.

I had a genuinely pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place to others. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, attentive, and very easy to communicate with. Any requests I had were handled quickly and efficiently, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. Everything I needed was available, and the facilities were in good condition and easy to use. I especially appreciated the comfortable atmosphere — it felt like a place where you could truly relax after a long day. The environment was also quiet, which made it easy to get good rest. In terms of overall experience, the hotel offers great value for money. Both the service and the facilities met (and in some aspects exceeded) my expectations. El hotel está a unos 10 minutos en tranvía del aeropuerto, pero el tranvía no llega hasta la puerta; hay que caminar otros 7 u 8 minutos. Sin embargo, el tranvía número 11, que tiene parada justo enfrente, conecta con las atracciones del casco antiguo y la estación de tren, así que es bastante práctico. El desayuno era muy variado y delicioso, ¡incluyendo tortitas de patata, que a mi madre le encantan! Las habitaciones son relativamente amplias para un hotel europeo, con las comodidades típicas de un hotel de 3 estrellas, y el precio es bastante bueno.

Nice and comfortable hotel...The hotel constantly update us on our upcoming reservations and let us know how tp get to the hotel from the train station. No xtra charge for early check in.

Fine for a business traveler. For couples...eh. Walls are pretty thin as stated. The ”lounge” is just a room on the 9th floor with a TV and some games. There's no deadbolt on the door. That being said, the sunrise corner room gets unbeatable views! Also, classic European bathroom where water just gets... everywhere when showering. So it's solid for a night in Zurich but not sure I could recommend it for a week of travel or if you're looking for something romantic.
