¡El lugar era súper estético! Nos dieron bebidas de bienvenida para nuestra luna de miel y lo mejor fue que todo en el bar era gratis (a diferencia de otros hoteles que cobraban por los aperitivos y las bebidas del minibar). También estamos muy agradecidos con el personal de recepción por ayudarnos a conseguir entradas para la Fábrica de Chocolate Lindt para el día siguiente sin coste adicional. ¡Estaba todo reservado para dos semanas!

Tuve una estancia maravillosa en el 25hours Hotel Zürich West. Desde mi llegada, la experiencia fue cálida y acogedora: el personal no solo fue profesional, sino también genuinamente amable, aportando un toque personal que marcó la diferencia. Las habitaciones son excepcionales: con un diseño elegante, una decoración atrevida y divertida, y detalles cuidadosamente pensados ​​que le dan carácter al espacio sin sacrificar la comodidad. Aprecié especialmente la amplitud de los interiores, que ofrecían más espacio que la mayoría de los hoteles urbanos, un verdadero lujo en Zúrich. La distribución era funcional y relajante a la vez, lo que facilitaba la adaptación tanto si se viajaba por trabajo como por placer. El hotel también se integra a la perfección con la energía creativa del distrito Zürich West, con un ambiente moderno que se siente auténtico en lugar de recargado. Muy recomendable para viajeros que buscan un hotel con personalidad, comodidad y un servicio excelente y constante.

Me encantaría quedarme un poco más lejos del centro de la ciudad y este hotel satisface mis necesidades con hermosa vista al lago. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no es muy agradable. La ventana que se abre para tener una buena vista del lago Zurich, sin embargo, es muy peligroso para los niños si se sientan junto a la ventana, ya que no hay barrera sólo un bar largo. La habitación está muy cerca de la habitación, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. En una nota a la página, ordenamos un huevo frito una mañana y se llevó más de 20 minutos para servir, aunque hay menos de 5 mesas en la sala de desayuno y debemos seguir preguntando por ella que considero muy poco profesional. La máquina de expreso no funciona como la cápsula cayó todo el camino.

La habitación del hotel es demasiado pequeña, más de 10 metros cuadrados, y alojarse aquí cuesta más de 2.000 yuanes ... Amigos, no desayunen aquí. Es mejor ir al McDonald's de al lado. Aquí ni siquiera hay huevos revueltos ni salchichas fritas. Todo lo que puedo comer es café y pan, así que ¿por qué no comer a la carta afuera? mejor. El desayuno es relativamente pobre entre los hoteles europeos. Y gastamos tanto dinero, déjanos registrarnos nosotros mismos y completar un montón de información ... Además, aquí no hay hervidor de agua caliente y no hay nadie a quien pedir prestado en la recepción, lo cual no es conveniente en invierno. Pero hay varias ventajas: está relativamente limpio, la boquilla de la ducha es buena y la ropa de cama es relativamente limpia y suave. La ubicación es muy amigable para los turistas, pero con un transporte tan desarrollado en Zurich, en realidad es muy conveniente vivir en cualquier lugar, por lo que no hay necesidad de aglomerarse aquí. En general, no estoy muy satisfecho. La mayor ventaja es la ventaja geográfica, pero puede ser una ventaja en otras partes de Europa, pero en Zurich realmente no es necesario. The attentive staffs greeted with warm hospitality, and are always willing to assist with any requests. The hotel's elegant decorated rooms provide a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city. This hotel places emphasis on healthy sleep, hence they have worked with a Swiss family company, Roviva for the bedding (there’s a small card information on the benefits of roviva bed provided). The room also comes with a pair of arm chairs and coffee table and amenities, including free Wi-Fi, Nespresso machine and movable flat screen TV. Lastly they have also provided an umbrella and grocery tote bag in case you need it which was very thoughtful on guests needs. The breakfast buffet comes after booking the room (optional), offering a wide selection of fresh fruits and delicious hams, bread and yogurt options to start the day. All in all, my family and I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel.

Hotel is a 10 min walk from the bus station which connects to the train from the airport. The same bus station that takes to the central train station. It costs about 12CHF to 18CHF to or from train station. Hotel provides free rental bicycles which is very convenient. Facilities are OK. Room size is reasonable. Be aware that the uncovered glass of the shower may not suitable for all if privacy is important. The room we stayed were extremely hot. While it is only 14°-18° outside, the room temperature is definitely 30°+. It made hard to wear the proper clothing to fit the temperature for the day. No aircon, the only way to cool the room down is to open the side window which leaves no wall from the room to outside of the building. Yes, the only barrier are a couple of metal bars between the desk against the window to outside the building from our ninth floor room. Plus the window can closed by itself, you need to reopen it multiple times if you want the cooler air for a little longer. It’s hard for a hot night sleep. Breakfast is good and has good variety of the food and drinks. It costs 24CHF p.p. if it is pre-ordered. If stays in the same room, no, it is not recommended to stay here. It may have other rooms that are not as hot as the one we stayed.

We stayed at ibis Zürich City West for one night while visiting Zurich, and it worked well as a straightforward place to stay for a quick stop in the city. We had a triple room, which was a good size and worked well for our needs. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with enough space for luggage and a good night’s sleep after travelling. It wasn’t luxurious, but it had everything you would expect from an Ibis hotel and felt well maintained. In terms of location, the hotel is about a 20-minute walk from Zurich’s main train station, which makes it reasonably convenient if you’re arriving by train. The area felt easy to navigate, and although it’s not right in the historic centre, it’s close enough to reach the main parts of the city without too much difficulty. Our stay was very short — we arrived late in the evening and left early the next morning — so we didn’t get the chance to explore the hotel or use any of the facilities such as the restaurant or breakfast service. For us, the hotel simply served as a comfortable overnight stop. I would recommend ibis Zürich City West if you’re looking for a clean, reliable hotel for a short stay in Zurich. It’s particularly suitable if you just need somewhere practical to sleep before continuing your journey.
