No hay pantalones de baño en la habitación a pesar de la planta de concreto. No hay alojamiento a menos que se lo solicite. Situación general conveniente con personal amigable y útil. I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at 25hours Hotel Zürich West. From the moment I arrived, the experience was warm and welcoming — the staff were not only professional but genuinely friendly, adding a personal touch that made a big difference. The rooms are a standout: stylishly designed with bold, playful décor and thoughtful details that give the space character without compromising on comfort. I especially appreciated the roomy interiors, which offered more space than most urban hotels — a real luxury in Zurich. The layout felt both functional and relaxing, making it easy to settle in whether you’re in town for work or leisure. The hotel also fits perfectly into the creative energy of the Zürich West district, with a modern vibe that feels authentic rather than over-designed. Highly recommended for travelers looking for something with personality, comfort, and consistently great service.

Hotel Glockenhof Zurich offers Switzerland charm and modern comfort, making it one of the top choice for leisure and business trip on visiting Zurich. Situated in the heart of the Zurich city, it provides good access to Zurich's main attractions, shopping areas, and near to the Zurich Main Station transportation. The attentive staffs greeted with warm hospitality, and are always willing to assist with any requests. The hotel's elegant decorated rooms provide a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city. This hotel places emphasis on healthy sleep, hence they have worked with a Swiss family company, Roviva for the bedding (there’s a small card information on the benefits of roviva bed provided). The room also comes with a pair of arm chairs and coffee table and amenities, including free Wi-Fi, Nespresso machine and movable flat screen TV. Lastly they have also provided an umbrella and grocery tote bag in case you need it which was very thoughtful on guests needs. The breakfast buffet comes after booking the room (optional), offering a wide selection of fresh fruits and delicious hams, bread and yogurt options to start the day. All in all, my family and I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel.

Hotel is nice, room not too small. View from the terrace is stunning and it’s particularly beautiful to look at the lake while having your morning breakfast. However, I was not expecting an hotel of this type not to have AC. I don’t even check as typically 4 star hotels do have AC. I ended up here in 3 days of heatwave, and the room was just too hot to allow me to sleep comfortably. This is especially concerning as my room was apparently in the “new” area of the hotel. It’s new and you didn’t put AC??

La habitación del hotel es demasiado pequeña, más de 10 metros cuadrados, y alojarse aquí cuesta más de 2.000 yuanes ... Amigos, no desayunen aquí. Es mejor ir al McDonald's de al lado. Aquí ni siquiera hay huevos revueltos ni salchichas fritas. Todo lo que puedo comer es café y pan, así que ¿por qué no comer a la carta afuera? mejor. El desayuno es relativamente pobre entre los hoteles europeos. Y gastamos tanto dinero, déjanos registrarnos nosotros mismos y completar un montón de información ... Además, aquí no hay hervidor de agua caliente y no hay nadie a quien pedir prestado en la recepción, lo cual no es conveniente en invierno. Pero hay varias ventajas: está relativamente limpio, la boquilla de la ducha es buena y la ropa de cama es relativamente limpia y suave. La ubicación es muy amigable para los turistas, pero con un transporte tan desarrollado en Zurich, en realidad es muy conveniente vivir en cualquier lugar, por lo que no hay necesidad de aglomerarse aquí. En general, no estoy muy satisfecho. La mayor ventaja es la ventaja geográfica, pero puede ser una ventaja en otras partes de Europa, pero en Zurich realmente no es necesario. El sistema de transporte está muy, muy desarrollado y se pueden cambiar de autobús y de tren a voluntad.

Fine for a business traveler. For couples...eh. Walls are pretty thin as stated. The ”lounge” is just a room on the 9th floor with a TV and some games. There's no deadbolt on the door. That being said, the sunrise corner room gets unbeatable views! Also, classic European bathroom where water just gets... everywhere when showering. So it's solid for a night in Zurich but not sure I could recommend it for a week of travel or if you're looking for something romantic.

Está muy cerca de las atracciones, basicamente caminar puede llegar, está muy encantador alrededor, todo es una pequeña tienda de café, etc. El entorno es muy bueno, muy nuevo, muy moderno. Bien

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, a solo 6 minutos a pie de la estación central de Zúrich (Zürich HB), lo que lo hace fácil de encontrar y muy conveniente. Supongo que es un hotel de estilo express, por lo que el check-in es sencillo y la habitación cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias. La ducha tiene buena presión de agua y la habitación es muy tranquila. También tiene algunas instalaciones pensadas para la comodidad de los huéspedes, lo cual es muy considerado.

We stayed at ibis Zürich City West for one night while visiting Zurich, and it worked well as a straightforward place to stay for a quick stop in the city. We had a triple room, which was a good size and worked well for our needs. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with enough space for luggage and a good night’s sleep after travelling. It wasn’t luxurious, but it had everything you would expect from an Ibis hotel and felt well maintained. In terms of location, the hotel is about a 20-minute walk from Zurich’s main train station, which makes it reasonably convenient if you’re arriving by train. The area felt easy to navigate, and although it’s not right in the historic centre, it’s close enough to reach the main parts of the city without too much difficulty. Our stay was very short — we arrived late in the evening and left early the next morning — so we didn’t get the chance to explore the hotel or use any of the facilities such as the restaurant or breakfast service. For us, the hotel simply served as a comfortable overnight stop. I would recommend ibis Zürich City West if you’re looking for a clean, reliable hotel for a short stay in Zurich. It’s particularly suitable if you just need somewhere practical to sleep before continuing your journey.
