Grand Hyatt İzmir İstinyepark

Hermosas habitaciones decoradas con calidez, pisos y paredes de mármol en el baño, excelente ubicación conectada a un nuevo centro comercial. Me encantó.

The environment here is absolutely wonderful. It's clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. Highly recommended!

This is like our 2nd home and we feel like our home. Staying just in Hyatt as is kid-friendly and inside shopping mall, you can find absolutely everything for you

This is our fourth stay at this hotel, and it's still really great. I like it. I thought the coffee capsules would be provided for free again, but they're still not, which I find unacceptable for a five-star hotel. Since we’ve always parked in the parking garage for the past three years, we’ve never paid any fees. This time, we had to pay fees because we didn’t register our license plate at the front desk. Unfortunately, we weren’t informed about this either. We then asked them to arrange for a refund. We’re still waiting for a response!! The service was better in previous years.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Izmir. Although we stayed for only one night, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is elegant, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and beautifully maintained. The location is next to Istinye shopping mall and is also excellent for exploring the city by ferry ,metro or tram line. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Very new hotel, located in connection to the new Izmir mall Istinye Park. I could find only positive in this hotel which are the following: 1. Nice bright room with comfortable bed 2. Matrass and pillows are beyond comfort, very nice 3. Bathroom spacious and clean with all the necessary 4. Staff is helpful and replies fast to your needs and requests 5. Direct passage to the mall and back through the floor using the card 6. Spa area is very nice and massages are good quality 7. There is a pool 8. Few steps from the hotel you can find a tram stop Istinye Park which is a direct line by the shore to the center of the city 9. The view from the room is amazing to the whole Izmir from above.

Very new hotel, very nice. Suggested 👍🏻

Get upgraded to nice view room . Have a comfortable stay and will definitely come back and stay next trip.

I had the most comfortable stay during my trip to Turkey at this hotel. It is conveniently located within a commercial complex, right next to a modern, large shopping mall. The mall’s basement houses a food court with a variety of delicious options. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from metro and tram stations, providing direct access to the city center. The rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. To top it all off, the hotel's breakfast was absolutely delightful. Highly recommended for both convenience and comfort!
