I really enjoy my stay in the place. It so neat and clean and i love to come back.

Very clean rooms; filling breakfast; very thoughful message during breakfast. I only had a problem with parking space; they can house 6 cars but if you park last, you may be called to move in order for others to move their car. Otherwise, I recommend 10/10!

Lim Ket Kai Luxe has been my go-to hotel in Cagayan de Oro. Mainly because there are very few choices. Rooms are clean and spacious, the breakfast buffet has enough selections and variety. It is most ideal because of its location. Accessible to all sorts of transportation (public, TNVS, etc), while it is geographically far from the Laguindingan Airport, the airport shuttle service terminal is located strategically at the Lim Ket Kai Mall nearby. A big plus for those who plan to commute to and from the airport. The hotel also has a decent swimming pool and fitness and wellness center (although I didn't get to visit and use this trip).

El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, en el centro de la ciudad, en el centro de la ciudad, en el centro de la ciudad, en el centro de la ciudad, en el centro de la ciudad, en el centro de la ciudad, en el centro de la ciudad, en el centro de la ciudad, en el centro de la ciudad, en el centro de la ciudad, en el centro de la ciudad, en el centro de la ciudad, en el centro de la ciudad, en el centro de la ciudad, en el centro de la ciudad, en el centro de la ciudad, en el Nos quedamos por dos 3 días de tintos (un total de seis días), el desayuno fue una especie de sopa, ya sea un huevo solado o un huevo duro cocido; arroz vaporizado; entonces lo que parecía que los restos de la cena la noche anterior - una mañana fue chop suy (verduras como broccoli, flores de cauliflor; y carotitas); otra mañana fue sardinas, peces en caballo; el único objeto que considero un desayuno era su corizo de carne de vacuno (pero el corizo de carne de vacuno no era saboroso o aparentemente completamente cocido). Me sorprendió que no hubiese galletas de desayuno Filipino - tocino, longanisa, e incluso spam. El menú de desayuno necesita ser revisado.

Located very conveniently close to the bus stop, this hotel is surrounded by shops and small food stalls - perfect for grabbing a quick bite or coffee. Both the room and the bed were comfortable. The room was surprisingly soundproof, blocking outside noise effectively. Overall, it provided a very comfortable overnight stay.

I booked three rooms to stay in at CDO Grace Residence Hall for my family, I can say that, it was a great and comfortable experience here in Cagayan De oro City.

The hot and cold shower was not working. They refused to give us complementary water during our second day even though we told them that we would not be availing the free breakfast because of our early flight.

You need to call the owner of that unit and ask the room number and parking lot number incase you bring a Car before coming in because trip does not mention/include what room number you were staying and it’s beyond my expectations. when we arrived it’s almost 11pm due to delayed flights and the Guard doesn’t let us in because we don’t have the room number and owners name of the unit,I wasn’t expecting that because I thought there were front desk that accommodate us when we arrived there and only show our booking information and that’s all,but it’s totally different. And so, that’s the time we call the owner of the unit letting them know we are there lol but considering the time we checked in I think she’s nice and considerate, and again I thought it’s free parking because that’s what trip says haha but it’s not,because the owner ask charges for parking fees and so we paying it again, but what I like about this place is that they have kitchen utilities, so it’s really great if you plan of buying and cooking food for yourself/families upon staying there for couple of days and to add up,there are also extra beds and blankets too,and over all it’s a nice place.
