Prima @ Primavera City, Near SM Uptown Cdo

The location of the property is right next to SM CDO Uptown Mall, which makes shopping and errands very convenient. While it is quite far from CDO downtown, I specifically chose this hotel because it is away from the heavy traffic, and that worked out well. The facilities are well-kept and thoughtfully designed. Since it is a studio-type apartment, the inclusion of a mini kitchen with an induction cooker and microwave was very practical for longer stays. The rooftop pool was another highlight—clean, well-maintained, and offering a panoramic view of the entire city.

Great location and friendly staff. Nice pool. The big ref was also a plus. But the unit itself needs work - there was a gap in the balcony glass so it was really noisy at night. You could hear all the motorcycles and jeepneys and dogs barking. Also, there was a glass transom above the door which allowed light from the hallway to come into the room and made the room bright at night. There was a brown out middle of the night and there was no way to contact the front desk - mobile number listed on the trip app just kept ringing, no one answering or replying to messages (despite receiving welcome messages from the same number). Shower curtain in the CR wasnt very clean.

Nice location but it gets noisy at night.

Very conveniently located Staff are very helpful Just beside the big mall

room at road side, the windows are to thin that it was like sleeping on a motorbike. Woke up every 5 minutes. Sheets are old and spotted, not really inviting.

I had a fantastic stay! It was clean, modern, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect — close to SM. The staff were friendly and responsive, making everything easy. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Small shower area, basic furniture, comfortable bed, close to Starbucks and SM mall.

Check-in was easy, the only issue is there’s limited parking and paid parking was not offered to be reserved when I called to reconfirm the booking 1 week prior. The studio units are really nice, the staff upon check-out are also courteous. Would definitely stay here again. 😊😊😊😊

Loved my time at this condo. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice view of Manila Bay. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and the ocation is convenient—close to malls and restaurants. Lobby can get busy at times, but overall it was a smooth and comfortable stay. Definitely recommend!
