Very easy to get to East Perth Suites, particularly on public transport (on the Yellow Cat bus). First impressions are good. There is a pink art theme running throughout. The front desk staff were very friendly. I loved the pool and garden area. It was clean and had a nice ambiance. There are BBQ facilities (I didn't use them though) which look to be well maintained.
We had an apartment with a separate bedroom. The bed was very comfortable, with plenty of pillows. Cleanliness was pretty good, although there was a hair in the bath that wasn't mine. Maintenance of the walls was needed as there was unused hooks on the walls which detracted from the aesthetics of our room. The art fits with the theme of the suites, although the framing could be upgraded to give a nicer look.
We had a nice stay and would visit again.

Convenient, clean and tidy.
Staff were nice.
Road facing suite was a bit noisy from traffic, but to be expected. Cove facing ones are probably quieter.
Fridge didn't have a shelf and there wasn't a tray for the oven, but the pool was great and had a nice view.
Perfect for a chilled mid week stay and handy for the Optus stadium.

The property is not bad and the location is good. Reception staff not that friendly. The photos show that the room comes with the canal/river view for the standard room. However, the photos are misleading. When we got there we got a standard room with street view. Went to speak to the staff about it, got told it’s not their problem and we needed to take it up with *******.
