Grande ubicación - cerca de la estación JR. Sala única es pequeña pero supongo que es una norma para Japón. La cama no es muy cómoda - es demasiado suave. También un poco de mal olor en la lavandería

As nice a hotel as anyone would want to stay in while visiting Tokushima on the island of Shikoku. Terrific service, clean facilities and room, an amazing bonus free onsen (hot springs), a very well equipped gym which is a bit rare in Japan and the property is located right in the middle of town next to the central train and bus stations. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood as well as a shopping centre across the road and lot's of small shops nearby. Upon first arriving, the entrance is a little tricky to locate so be sure and follow the instructions that will come with the booking confirmation.

If you are looking to trade the frantic energy of Japan’s megacities for something soulful and secluded, this is it. Nestled deep in the mountains, the property offers a unique, almost cinematic atmosphere. There is a touch of moody, beautiful isolation here that you simply won't find anywhere else. The service was impeccable from the moment we arrived; staff met us at our car to handle our luggage immediately. For those driving, the ample parking and EV charging stations are a massive plus. The orientation was thorough, with the team explaining everything from onsen etiquette to the nuances of our dinner service. A truly high-end, evocative experience.

Smile Hotel Tokushima is a good choice for a short stay. The room is clean, simple, and easy to use, typical of a Japanese business hotel. It’s comfortable enough for resting after a long day. The breakfast is quite good, with a buffet style and a decent variety of options, including some local dishes, which makes it more enjoyable than a typical business hotel breakfast. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes from Tokushima Station. Overall, it offers good value for money, though the room is a bit small and facilities are basic.

It's just next to JR Tokushima station and the bus station. Very convenient and lots of shopping places and nice restaurants nearby. The hotel looks new. Will definitely recommend it.

Hotel is located near the art museum and next to a beautiful beach with a wonderful sea view. There are two onsen and both are good. And there are several restaurants serving Japanese and French cuisines. The prices are reasonable and we enjoyed a wonderful French Kaiseki. The resort is well managed and guests are warmly greeted and helped with luggage on arrival and departure. It’s highly recommended.

The hotel cleanliness is superb although is classis hotel, the hotel staffs are very polite and helpful. Very convenient location and there are many amenities are within walking distance.

Muy central en la proximidad de la estación de tren, sin embargo tranquilo. Muy amable, personal competente, habitaciones grandes ! , muy limpio. Un pequeño, hermoso hotel. El desayuno - excelente, gran selección, oeste como japonés, ambiente elegante - no se ofrece directamente en el hotel Agnes, sino en el cercano, a unos 100 metros, ”Casa de la madre”. También el Notre-Dame no está directamente en Agnes, sino también en el hotel Hotel asociado directamente frente a Agnes, a unos 15 m de la calle, estación de tren, tiendas, estación de autobuses a unos 250 m de distancia. Para mí, en términos de precio / rendimiento un hotel óptimo. Me sentí muy bien allí y me quedaría allí en cualquier momento.
