Location at Ocean Park 3 is good for exploring The Venice Grand World, which provides good photos spots on weekends. On weeknights, it's very quiet and gondolas are not operating. There's Aeon supermarket in Vincom Megamall at a short walking distance nearby. There're also free Vincom shuttle bus to get to Hanoi Opera House and Times City. The buses are nice and new, not too crowded and come every 15 minutes in peak hours, hourly other times. It's self check-in and check-out at Amanda. My room was quite basic in furnishings, with good bedsheets and towels, and brightly lit with both natural and artificial lights. I like the smart TV with pre-login Netflix for guest to use. Bathroom is a narrow long room. Because the shower area has no door and vanity sink is a half sink, the bathroom is wet all the time. The toilet dispenser with no middle core was hard to move and the sharp metal flap scratched my hand when I tried to adjust it. In the end, I had to use a built-in hand towel compartment in the vanity mirror for the toilet roll instead. The bathroom mirror and shelf weren't clean at arrival. The staff recleaned for me and apologized. Sound proofing is good for external noise (I didn't hear the karaoke from outside the house when I was in the room) but I often heard people inside unlocked the door and operated the lift. Overall, it's a pleasant stay at Amanda!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and found it to be excellent value for the price. One of the highlights was the staff- they were well trained,very polite and courteous throughout my stay, especially appreciated that many of them were bilingual, which made communication smooth and convenient. The hotel is clean and well maintained, also the breakfast buffet provides a good variety of food selections. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Lovely concept with dynamic vibes, staffs are professional and friendly. Free breakfast, Wifi. Laundry facility equipped on Lobby floor. Excellent, will come back.

El entorno de la vivienda está tranquilo, la habitación está bien mantenida, la cama está cómoda y la noche está bien descansada. La actitud del personal es amable, se comunica con el público, si es necesario, ayudará a tiempo, el precio es bueno

This hotel is very difficult to be located by the map from the Grab app, and there is no such hotel from the app. There is another hotel called the same name which is very confusing for a visitor. However, the breakfast is served on the 8th floor with fantastic bonsai and unique birds in cages. Breakfast serves pho and Vietnamese coffee.

Beautiful apartment with full kitchen. Stayed here as we have friends in the area and Ecopark is such a nice place to stay if you aren’t looking for the Hanoi hustle and bustle. Easy check in instructions, great communication throughout and really good value for money. Would (and probably will) stay again!

El personal tiene educado, ayuda a los clientes, eficiencia de trabajo, el tipo de comida de buffet es suficiente y de buena calidad. El hotel tiene un cupón de spa gratuito de 30 minutos para que el hotel vuelva al trabajo para relajarse. La habitación está limpia, el papel único sugiere cambiar otras marcas, más fácil de usar.

Los lugares de interés cercanos, el viaje para tomar fotos de tarjetas de juego son muy convenientes, hay actividades de desempeño a veces y son muy cálidos. Al lado del hotel hay un autobús y una buena experiencia de viaje.

Not a bad place to stay at, but I suggest disposing your beverages or snacks in a trashbin after cleaning or washing them up (off) because they will collect small ants - the only concern... As for the location, in my opinion, it is really good to have a walk for the city part.
