«Un hotel nuevo con buenas instalaciones. El personal del check-in es amable, aunque parecen jóvenes y algo inexpertos. Pero el gerente lo hace todo bien. Ofrece una buena introducción al hotel y todo lo que ofrece. Los restaurantes ofrecen comida china y occidental. El chef se asegura de que la comida sea de calidad y con un sabor exquisito. Un agradecimiento especial a Emily y a su compañera por la excelente atención. La habitación está equipada con buenos muebles, cómodos asientos y ducha. «Lo que más me conmovió de mi estancia fue la llamada del hotel antes de mi llegada. El personal no solo se interesó por mi hora de llegada, sino que también confirmó mis preferencias. Esta comunicación proactiva me hizo sentir realmente valorada. Durante toda mi estancia, todos los miembros del personal fueron muy amables. El diseño interior del hotel es precioso, con una fusión de estilos francés y de Jiangnan. «設施：26年新開的酒店，沒有裝修味道，設施很新。窗簾和窗紗都是電動的，非常方便。卧室的景觀很好，附近晚上也很安靜。洗護用品不錯，吹風機是戴森的，看得出來酒店很用心。房間寬敞，適合家庭出行。 服務：服務很好，特別是朱經理和小華，定了兩間房間，幫忙安排在一起了。朱經理還幫忙推薦了常州的美食，後來去試了下，果然好吃！ 衞生：房間打掃得很乾凈。 房間有迷你吧，也有歡迎水果。早餐在行政酒廊，種類挺多的，而且很有常州特色，小餛飩好吃。 總體來説非常不錯，性價比特別高，應該是常州性價比最高的五星酒店了，而且距離常州站衹有大約二十分鐘車程，很方便，下次來常州還會選擇這裏👍🏻»

Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team. KKazi Mostafa⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – A Perfect Stay, 100% Satisfied! We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tianmu Lake Yuhu Peninsula Hot Spring Hotel (天目湖御湖半岛温泉酒店). From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay. A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future! IIlia(伊莱）¡Bueno, en primer lugar, este es un lugar realmente maravilloso! El hotel es muy nuevo y temprano, tiene un gran lugar para caminar (lo llaman el jardín de meditación). Las habitaciones son grandes y acogedoras y muy elegantes. También hay una primavera caliente, pero no me fui, porque fuimos a Yushui primavera caliente. El desayuno es bueno. Es tipo de buffet con la mayoría de platos chinos, pero también tiene comida occidental. Para los niños también tienen playground con piscina de pelota. AAlwaysBeBirdinThe staff were extremely pleasant and quick to offer help when needed. Our room had a private hot tub which was excellent however it wasn’t set up beforehand so we had to coordinate them coming in to do so. Easy enough but I was slightly bother by them not taking off or covering their shoes while walking around our room. The public baths were absolutely lovely, biking the lake is wonderful, overall fully recommend for a quick get away.

UUsuario anónimoQueremos destacar el trabajo de la ayudante de habla inglesa Angelia que nos apoyó durante toda nuestra estancia. Desde que no hablamos chino, su ayuda era absolutamente invaluable, desde el ingreso a la tramitación de cualquier solicitud. Gracias a ella, nuestras vacaciones fueron totalmente libres de estrés y muy cómodas. El hotel también fue maravilloso, con habitaciones confortables y una ubicación excelente, pero fue la atención y el profesionalismo del asistente que realmente hizo nuestra estadía especial. No hay comida occidental en el desayuno, principalmente comida local.

UUsuario invitadoFood: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious. Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery. Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy. Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad. Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

UUsuario invitado東方鹽湖城內價格最高的酒店，其他幾家沒有住過無法橫向比較。 設施：所有景區內酒店都是要停車到酒店專用停車場到酒店中心辦理入住後再乘坐擺渡車到酒店，整個過程略有不便。不過酒店是景區內部位置最好的，看錶演逛景區都非常方便，步行到核心區域衹要幾分鐘時間。酒店設施該有的都有，住的很舒適，就是木質結構隔音不太好，如果運氣不好隔壁比較吵就難受了 衞生：房間內衞生不錯，乾淨整潔，公區衞生也沒有問題 環境：酒店環境很棒，建築與景區結合的很好，比較有氛圍，酒店位置鬧中取靜，雖然離景區核心區域很近，但在酒店內不會覺得吵鬧 服務：入住期間酒店服務不錯，唯一就是離店的一些環節比較拖沓 總結一下，如果預算足夠，且在東方鹽湖城景區有多日遊玩或是過夜的需求，鹽泉涵館酒店值得推薦

LLevi91Nobody spoke English. Checkin with passport was kind of long and resulted in many unnecessary questions. I asked for non-smoking room but clearly I could smell it in the room and there was ashtray on the table. I was afraid to use the AC because it looked dirty. On the second day the reception girl was very very nice also the ones in the SPA.
