With our own private pool and in-house hot spring tub, we were enjoying a wonderful off-season quiet stay at this beautiful resort. The location is superb. Our villa is surrounded by lush vegetation, trees and bamboo forest. The villa has a large sitting room with tea table, oversized sofas and a crystal sharp TV. The bedroom is also very large with soft duvet cover. A huge bathroom with shower and toilet separated. Amenities are luxuries and in good sizes. The best of all was the service. We were pampered by ever detailed attention from the resort staff. The breakfast was also rich in local highlight's and delicious. We heard the resort will be snow capped during the winter time. We cannot wait coming back to see the different sight.

Antes de las largas vacaciones, viajamos con nuestros hijos y mascotas y elegimos el Hotel Yuhu Peninsula Hot Spring. El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, con vistas al lago Tianmu, donde se puede contemplar la puesta de sol en un día despejado. El servicio del hotel fue excelente; nuestro mayordomo, Zeng, nos contactó con antelación por WeChat para cambiarnos a una habitación familiar y reservar una mesa para cenar. La sopa de cabeza de pescado del lago Tianmu se sirvió en un tazón enorme, fresco y delicioso. Cenamos en el hotel las dos noches, y los platos estrella (camarones de río en salsa de soja, tofu guisado con champiñones y ganso hervido) estaban exquisitos. La piscina termal pública tenía un amplio horario de apertura. Siguiendo la excursión recomendada por Zeng, visitamos el Mar de Bambú de Nanshan y vimos los monos Huali y Xing'an, que los niños disfrutaron muchísimo.

酒店很漂亮，環境優美，處處是景，休閑散步很舒適，自帶室外温泉，不過由於天較熱沒有去體驗，衹在外面看了下，很有意境。房間很大，乾淨整潔，床睡着很舒服，衞生間也非常大。膠囊咖啡機，迷你吧一應俱全，連吹風機都配備的是戴森。帶陽台，床面對着整面的玻璃移門，現野開闊通透，令人心曠神怡。服務周到，管家提前一天即已主動聯繫，發送酒店位置、內部活動以及南山竹海遊覽地圖等各種訊息，全程提供服務，反饋及時。早餐很豐盛，中式西式品種齊全，味道不錯，還有扎肝、麪疙瘩等物色點心，水果有荔枝、龍眼以及常規的西瓜、西瓜等等。家人們都很滿意。

💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away. 💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park. 💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry…. ❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning. ❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud. ❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them. ❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car. 🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel. 🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole. I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

Queremos destacar el trabajo de la ayudante de habla inglesa Angelia que nos apoyó durante toda nuestra estancia. Desde que no hablamos chino, su ayuda era absolutamente invaluable, desde el ingreso a la tramitación de cualquier solicitud. Gracias a ella, nuestras vacaciones fueron totalmente libres de estrés y muy cómodas. El hotel también fue maravilloso, con habitaciones confortables y una ubicación excelente, pero fue la atención y el profesionalismo del asistente que realmente hizo nuestra estadía especial. No hay comida occidental en el desayuno, principalmente comida local.

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

La habitación estaba impecablemente limpia e higiénica, y el servicio fue excelente. Un agradecimiento especial a las camareras de pisos, Wang Hongxia y Li Xuemei, por ayudarnos a decorar la habitación y entregarnos todo en la puerta. Incluso nos dieron las entradas que consiguieron para las atracciones turísticas reservadas con antelación. Además, respondieron a todas nuestras preguntas. ¡Incluso mi esposo elogió el servicio, diciendo que fue increíblemente atento!

房間面向青山風景秀麗，有個小陽台晚上坐坐吹吹晚風很舒服，配套設施很齊全，個別設施有一點點老舊不過整體都挺出色的 衞生做得很好，酒店內房間內處處都打掃得很整潔 環境非常好！依山傍水，打開窗就是山林，空氣特別清新，酒店裝修很大氣，處處有細節，電梯口擺放得飲用水，四處裝飾得插花盆景非常漂亮，空氣中一直有淡淡得香茅氣息很舒服。 酒店服務尤其出色，客服小朱從入住前到到家後一直處處關心到我們，提的要求都能及時響應，入住體驗非常好！在餐廳和大堂遇到的服務人員也都很nice。 温泉尤其推薦，要不是泡不了太久恨不得三天都在温泉玩，種類多，活動豐富，泡得很放鬆也很開心，家裡人都很滿意，下次來天目湖還是優先考慮這家！ 酒店照片拍得少了見諒

酒店後面就是網紅打卡博物館和萬達廣場，酒店配套設施齊全，早餐也不錯，種類豐富，口味可口，特別是當地特色餐飲很不錯，前台kiko 服務熱情周到，房間衞生很乾凈，床品很舒適，裝修風格清新自然，入住體驗舒適愜意

El diseño estético del hotel es de primera clase y se trata de un cuidado atento y entusiasta tan pronto como entre. También hay un parque de cuchis. La puerta se vio que no era grande. El resultado fue que estaba muy grande. La piscina no estaba abierta. No estaba nadiendo muy mal. Es un buen hotel de vacaciones. Apenas tienes que salir. Hay muchos juegos en el hotel. Hay hoteles en el interior y en el exterior, hay piscinas de sopa, hay sopa de sopa en el balcón, También hay oficinas. No hay muchos tipos de desayuno, el sabor es bueno.
