El hotel es genial. Muy rentable. El desayuno se tomó en el edificio principal. Hay muchas variedades y el sabor es bueno. El hotel es muy grande a nivel de finca. Los boletos se pueden comprar en un solo lugar para las aguas termales. Muy cómodo y recomendado. "Supervisor de servicio: Zhou Ping. Elogie la actitud de servicio es muy buena. Cortés y educado. En el área escénica del lago Tianmu, puede tomar el autobús turístico del hotel hasta el salón de té y la cafetería, ambos en la montaña, con vistas al hermoso lago Tianmu. En el costado del muelle, puede tomar un bote a las pequeñas atracciones del lago Tianmu.

El ambiente del hotel es muy bueno, el tipo de habitación con tatami también es bueno, el gerente del vestíbulo Wang Jie es muy entusiasta y otro personal del hotel nos acompaña al automóvil turístico para visitar todo el complejo de Hantian, la actitud de servicio del personal del hotel es muy bueno. La experiencia es buena

El desayuno es muy bueno, el servicio es muy cálido, el ambiente del hotel también es muy bueno. Al llegar al hotel, hay personal que da la bienvenida al lavado de autos gratuito. Miss Sister ayuda a llevar el equipaje a la habitación. El desayuno tiene un traslado en coche. La actitud del servicio de aguas termales también es muy buena.

Al igual que esta forma de ocio pura y natural, el servicio en las aguas termales es profundamente mi corazón, especialmente alabar a Cao Xianzhi, Li Meizhen, Zhang Qunfen, Zheng Linyi, Han Xiang, Liu Mingwen.

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

I really like this place, it is an excellent relaxing place to spend time after a hard work week. I would like to thanks 王杰 and 周平. Their service is above expectation. Looking forward to visiting this place again.

帶寶寶出來住兩天，之前來過一次就看中松果的套房，結果説是最近在休整，管家王傑幫忙調換了主樓的湖景房，房間超大。 風景優美，小朋友每天都玩的很開心，走的時候都捨不得。樓層管家張菊英也非常熱情，每天都給小朋友送來吃的喝的玩的。前台陳妍服務也很好。有機會下次再來住住。

我們出行主要是遛娃，娃有的玩，我們有的休息這個是旅行宗旨，最終選擇了涵田度假村，由於時間自由，特意選了清明節假期前去，提前下定了攜程春促酒店預售3天2晚套餐，包含各種項目，早餐，驚喜得是還有正餐的抵用券，那這樣我們不用出度假村找吃的。 🚩第一天進入度假村，整個環境非常優美，安靜，大片的草地，開花的樹兒，清新的空氣讓人感覺特別田園，放鬆，瞬間旅途中疲憊被濾掉大半。 🏠我們住的是別墅區，停車到大堂門口辦理好入住，有專門的管家可以提供各種諮詢和幫助，這個還是很棒的，跟着服務員小哥到達房間是雙人榻榻米，房間如圖，很乾凈，裝修很温馨，孩子們可以當作遊樂場到處跑，跳……房間送了歡迎水果，迷你吧裏的飲料也可以暢飲，衞生間裏也有寶寶牙刷牙膏很周全！很贊！ 🎡房間後面就有商業街基本上孩子玩的都在那邊，可以憑優惠券去玩沒有其他費用，孩子有的玩，我們有的休息，這個很贊👍 🌮關於吃，早餐還是很豐盛，水果，甜點，米飯，湯粥，一應俱全，用餐環境也很棒，正對面就是天目湖，非常漂亮，用餐路徑—要從別墅區加遊覽車接送到主樓才可以，因為裏面太大，叫車後一般5分鐘內就可以到達。行車3分鐘可以到主樓. 我們第一天正餐在9樓的中餐廳，菜品性價比很高味道也不錯，可以吃吃當地菜，晚餐可以吃粵菜，不過粵菜不如中餐廳好吃。 想到就寫這麼多，供大家參考，個人感覺是家庭聚會很不錯的選擇
