UUsuario invitadoWith our own private pool and in-house hot spring tub, we were enjoying a wonderful off-season quiet stay at this beautiful resort. The location is superb. Our villa is surrounded by lush vegetation, trees and bamboo forest. The villa has a large sitting room with tea table, oversized sofas and a crystal sharp TV. The bedroom is also very large with soft duvet cover. A huge bathroom with shower and toilet separated. Amenities are luxuries and in good sizes. The best of all was the service. We were pampered by ever detailed attention from the resort staff. The breakfast was also rich in local highlight's and delicious. We heard the resort will be snow capped during the winter time. We cannot wait coming back to see the different sight.

JJideyishufenlihuaAntes de las largas vacaciones, viajamos con nuestros hijos y mascotas y elegimos el Hotel Yuhu Peninsula Hot Spring. El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, con vistas al lago Tianmu, donde se puede contemplar la puesta de sol en un día despejado. El servicio del hotel fue excelente; nuestro mayordomo, Zeng, nos contactó con antelación por WeChat para cambiarnos a una habitación familiar y reservar una mesa para cenar. La sopa de cabeza de pescado del lago Tianmu se sirvió en un tazón enorme, fresco y delicioso. Cenamos en el hotel las dos noches, y los platos estrella (camarones de río en salsa de soja, tofu guisado con champiñones y ganso hervido) estaban exquisitos. La piscina termal pública tenía un amplio horario de apertura. Siguiendo la excursión recomendada por Zeng, visitamos el Mar de Bambú de Nanshan y vimos los monos Huali y Xing'an, que los niños disfrutaron muchísimo.

GGreat Traveller💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away. 💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park. 💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry…. ❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning. ❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud. ❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them. ❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car. 🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel. 🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole. I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

UUsuario anónimoQueremos destacar el trabajo de la ayudante de habla inglesa Angelia que nos apoyó durante toda nuestra estancia. Desde que no hablamos chino, su ayuda era absolutamente invaluable, desde el ingreso a la tramitación de cualquier solicitud. Gracias a ella, nuestras vacaciones fueron totalmente libres de estrés y muy cómodas. El hotel también fue maravilloso, con habitaciones confortables y una ubicación excelente, pero fue la atención y el profesionalismo del asistente que realmente hizo nuestra estadía especial. No hay comida occidental en el desayuno, principalmente comida local.

UUsuario invitadoThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

Desayuno: 10/10 Muchas opciones occidentales y chinas (frutas frescas, huevos, suma de dim, nodles). ¡El panquequete de la mente, hecho para ordenar, era divino! Servicio y limpieza: El mantenimiento sin escrúpulos en todo el hogar merece un aplauso. - El personal era atento y amigable, siempre rápido para ayudar. Verificación final Este hotel es una joya, ya sea para negocios, romance o un solo paseo. El diseño pensado, las vistas maravillosas y el delicioso desayuno lo hacen valer cada penique. ¡Regresaré y le recomiendo a cualquiera que visite la zona! Consejo: ¡Requerir una habitación de alto piso para las mejores vistas al río!

UUsuario invitadoI was so shocked by how big my room was for such a cheap price! The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom facilities were great. Very clean. The staff don’t speak English but it’s no problem as we could use translation apps. They helped me to order food on the delivery app. The location is quite convenient as it’s near to a metro station. I was really pleasantly surprised by this hotel and I would definitely stay here again!

UUsuario invitadoLa primera cosa que necesita saber es que es limpio. Las hojas cambian. La habitación es limpia. Vendrá con tobillo, jabón, caldera de agua, salidas para cargar, y un escritorio. El hotel dispone de grandes instalaciones. La mejor parte de ella es la lavadora y secador. 2 secadoras. 3 lavadoras. No hay problemas con agua caliente. Soy un viajero preferido por sólo habitaciones no fumadoras o habitaciones que no huelen como ella. Me desplazo al aire acondicionado para ver si tiene olor de humo que viene de él. Mi primera habitación huele a humo, pero me cambiaron a otra habitación sin problemas. El hotel es el mejor hotel de valor para una habitación única. La habitación era muy agradable, pero no me gustaba. Las habitaciones medianas no tienen ventana para que una ducha pueda hacer su habitación húmeda. La zona que lo rodea es muy grande. El mejor lugar es un negocio de nodos cerca. Asegúrese de girar el escape cuando duche y tendrás que hacer preguntas.

CChrisBooked an hourly rate room due to a flight delay. Immediately upon entering the lobby a gentleman - presumably a manager - offered me a cigarette. Even though I don’t smoke I found this to be a sweet gesture and an unmistakable token of appreciation of my business. It was also quite fitting as the facility is in an industrial area about 2 km from Benniu airport. Check-in was quick and I was immediately impressed with the room. Shiny new building constructed last year in an otherwise tired Neighbourhood. Spaciously narrow room. There were two beds, one single and one double. I’m surprised I’ve never seen this configuration before as it would benefit couples travelling with a child. TV was huge, wifi was fast and although the air con dial was confusing to turn on it pumped out beautifully cold air. Robot butler was fast. I think they offer shuttle service to and from the airport but a Didi is ~10 RMB. I was not expecting much but this place left an impression even though I only stayed for four hours. Thanks to the staff and I highly recommend it if the location meets your needs.
