Hoteles con Bares en Sumatra Meridional, Indonesia

Grand hotel. Pero la habitación es normal. Sé como un hotel de presupuesto en la habitación. Pero piscina y gimnasio son los mejores que he visto en muchos hoteles. Muy cerca de un centro comercial, pero ese centro está desertado.

Puedo decir que este hotel necesita renovación La ubicación, las instalaciones y las aminoraciones son buenas Pero la habitación es tan vieja y un poco creíble Ahha~ I found cockroaches in the room and toilet-- Decepcionado por 5 estrellas hotel

The Club room is vwry huge the bath rub is awesome ...everything is perfecto Plus the brrakfast OMG U can find all Palembang dishes here let say kue jam 8,lupis ,buhur sumsum,pempek,lontong sumthing and the International bfast also yum

Strength : reasonable price, delicious breakfast, room service also great, kindness, near from downtown or airport Weakness : can be noisy because of other guests and music, a little messy(but bearable)

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but I chose it because it’s conveniently located near my workplace. I was really impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and service. Everything was excellent. The amenities were complete, the staff were attentive, and the overall experience truly felt like a genuine five-star stay. However, I was a bit surprised to learn that a deposit of Rp500,000 per room was required upon check-in, as this information was not mentioned on Trip.com. It would be helpful if this detail were clearly stated in advance for guests’ convenience. Even though it’s not right in the heart of the city, transportation is easy since online taxis are readily available. Getting to the city center or exploring nearby attractions was no problem at all. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Definitely a hotel I’d consider returning to.

Un hotel de calidad y estratégico que ofrece habitaciones con 3 camas. A pocos pasos del hotel hay una estación de RM y enfrente del hotel hay una parada de autobús. La zona Bugis también se puede llegar a pie a unos 20 minutos del hotel.

The receptionist is professional by providing facilities information. The room is far from the escalator. I need to arrive my room with 4 turns….(Maybe my room type is located there.) The room is spacious. Some stains are spotted on the linens including bed sheet cover and duvet cover. As I just stay for one night, this won’t be a big issue to me. The pillow are too high to sleep and I use a towel instead.

Location superb, close to main road, close to many malls and markets. Downside only room not really big compare to other hotels in palembang area. If you travel with kids can be quite hassle

Stains exists on freshly washed bed sheets. The hotel's laundry somehow couldn't get rid of such stains leading to perception of unwashed / unchanged bedsheets Bath towels have fermented smell like they have not been sunned / dried enough after washing

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.
