The room was spacious, elegant, and offered a stunning panoramic view of the city, making it a delight to wake up to each morning. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities in the room added a luxurious touch to the experience. The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, especially the rooftop bar and the well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Overall, it was a superb stay, and I would highly recommend Sheraton Bishkek for anyone visiting the city.

NNurke88I had a great experience at Novotel Bishkek City Center. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well managed. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, with everything needed for both business and leisure stays. The staff was extremely professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth, and the service throughout the stay was excellent. The location is also very convenient, close to the city center and many key places in Bishkek. Breakfast had a good variety and the restaurant service was very pleasant. Overall, it’s one of the best hotels in Bishkek for comfort, service, and quality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city.

AAizat tamiziHad a really great stay here! The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the overall service was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I also really liked the amenities provided — everything we needed was there. The environment felt calm and relaxing, perfect for a short getaway. Location was convenient and easy to access. Overall, everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. Highly recommended, especially for couples. Would definitely come back again! 😊

UUsuario anónimoHotel is fine, it's located next to a casino. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was large and recently renovated. The hotel is definitely not 5 stars though, it's a 3 star at best. They can improve some things to make it better. There is only one lift which was out of order in the morning which meant we had to walk up and down 5 stories for breakfast. There is really strong smell in the room from the renovations which needs to be dealt with. The breakfast was ok but nothing special and the quality of food could be improved.

RRohana IthninLa casa de la familia y yo hemos estado 3 días y 2 noches en este hotel y la ubicación es la zona residencial.El desayuno es delicioso y hay muchas opciones.Este hotel no tiene ascensores, por lo que hemos llevado nuestras maletas hasta el tercer piso por escaleras.
