Had a really great stay here! The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the overall service was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I also really liked the amenities provided — everything we needed was there. The environment felt calm and relaxing, perfect for a short getaway. Location was convenient and easy to access. Overall, everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. Highly recommended, especially for couples. Would definitely come back again! 😊

Pros: - Good location close to the city center. - Quite modern architecture and interior. - Not bad breakfast. Cons: - Our rooms were not ready when we arrived around 18:00. At our request, we received welcome drinks as compensation. - Although we asked for two rooms on the side of the hotel opposite the road, one of our rooms still faced the road. - Even with the windows closed, the road could be heard at night (7th floor). This worsened our sleep. - Two types of pillows. One of the pillows was really uncomfortable. - The air conditioners in both rooms did not work, the remote displays showed an error. - Quite weak water pressure in the showers. - The girl at the reception could not give us any documents when we checked out. As a result, the hotel, in our opinion, does not correspond to the level of 5 stars. Its level is 4 stars.

La recepción no es útil, el aire acondicionado no funciona, solicitamos a los fans, pero no tienen fans, la habitación era demasiado caliente. Durante el desayuno, como estamos apurando porque tenemos una visita a ir, no nos permitió tener desayuno, ninguno de los empleados era útil, la vieja dama en la cocina era tan ruda, ella no nos dejaría tener un pequeño desayuno rápido, incluso si ya es 8am , El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, y no me gusta el hotel.

Bueno, el desayuno hasta las 12:00, el jefe no tiene obstáculos para comunicarse en inglés.

Great hotel, tasty food, wonderful service, and very central location. I will stay again when I travel there next.

Отель очень неплох, хотя номера маленькие. Спа - огонь, там почти всегда пусто. Что плохо, так это забывчивый персонал. Забыть положить мыло в номер при заезде гостей. Забыть его принести после напоминания. Забыть отремонтировать лейку в душе. Забыть убрать номер. Пойти за карточкой и не вернуться - это, увы, в норме.

Hotel is fine, it's located next to a casino. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was large and recently renovated. The hotel is definitely not 5 stars though, it's a 3 star at best. They can improve some things to make it better. There is only one lift which was out of order in the morning which meant we had to walk up and down 5 stories for breakfast. There is really strong smell in the room from the renovations which needs to be dealt with. The breakfast was ok but nothing special and the quality of food could be improved.

Room was large and had all you would want. Took a deposit for mini bar but mini bar wasn’t actually filled, which was odd- but deposit was returned. Great breakfast, lovely outdoor pool area and decent sized gym
