Lovely clean and welcoming hotel with great facilities. There is a spa and pool at the hotel and a restaurant. We ate in the bar area and the food and service was excellent. The receptionist was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.

It was very amazing staying at this hotel the staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful I would recommend this hotel to anyone

酒店是由當地老建築改造的，據説牆磚都有幾百年歷史了，有典型的英國田園風，隔壁還有個小樹林可散步，非常清新自然，是出差和家庭出遊的好選擇。

Not too far from the train station and easy to find. Hassle free check in, clean room. The corridor had a slightly odd smell but inside the room was fine. Had the standard room with 2king beds and a shower, no bath. Happy with the room and bed was comfy. Lovely water pressure and a toilet that actually flashed well! Overall decent place, good value for money, would go again.

Nos quedamos en marzo 2024 tuvimos una buena experiencia entonces, pero esta visita el fin de semana pasado 11 de mayo 24 fue muy decepcionante encontramos la sala sucia con insectos que se deslizaban bajo la cama, pedimos que cambiara la habitación que hicimos pero encontramos el mismo problema que yo algunos de los que se han referido a la recepción nocturna, se levantó con una 3ª habitación limpia a mediodía, ahora muy cansado dormimos bien y hablamos a la recepción al comprobar quién nos ofreció un desayuno complimentario que fue agradable pero no te hace querer volver de nuevo Si las habitaciones se les presentan tan sucias, por favor ver fotos he escrito al gerente del hotel el 13 de mayo pero aún no han recibido respuesta

Upon arrival the receptionist Chloe, made me think twice, did I book the right hotel! Her demeanour was not so welcoming, no smile, body language was off, no questions asked such as ”have you stayed here before”. She was quite blunt and straight faced. However, the room attendants, spa staff, and the young lady (blond hair) on the bar approximately 9pm on 20th February were very cheerful and polite, we had a brief conversation. The only downside, I found a mouse dropping on my duvet! Other than this, I would stay again.
