El servicio de este hotel es realmente bueno y super amable. No puedo hablar inglés con mi esposo y hablo por teléfono todo el tiempo, pero el personal de servicio es paciente para ayudar a resolver el problema. La habitacion esta muy limpia.

The stay was excellent. Location was nice and good view to both sides, open view and there is no blockage of view by building. We booked for the peak time and there were rush for check-in, however the Manager assisted in between to help the check-in staff and he took initiative to add more supporting staff to control the rush. Unfortunately, I couldn't get his name. The breakfast restaurant was good and nice food. They had pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and gym The staff are good; only we found the cleaning team missed to clear the trash, which i reminded them and they did. Might be because of busy schedule due to full occupancy of the hotel. The hotel is connected to Fujairah mall, and is easy to access the outlets. Also, they have valet parking and also underground free parking. Totally we were impressed with the stay.

Отель очень понравился, 19 этажей, бассейн на крыше, классный тренажёрный зал, есть спа салон. Номера большие просторные, с большой кроватью и твёрдым матрасом, с видом на море. Море через дорогу, в 100 метрах, на пляже всегда пусто. Много рыбок у камней и черепахи, не надо ездить на острова. В 10 минутах ходьбы пляж Умбрелла, там классно и купаться и вечером гулять. В 20 минутах ходьбы есть рыбный рынок Fishmarket, там можно приготовить свежую купленную рыбу. Завтраки вкусные, разнообразные, молочная каша, мюсли, овощи, фрукты, натур сосиски, соки, жарят по твоему желанию яичницу. Голодным не останешься. В номерах убираются каждый день. Есть чайник. Единственный минус - нужен переходник для розеток, но они продаются в каждом магазине и стоят не дорого. Вокруг отеля есть несколько маленьких магазинчиков, где можно купить воду и мелочи необходимые

The procedures were easy, and their treatment is very beautiful, the hotel and the room are top in cleanliness and beauty, I liked the idea of offering fruit to residents, even the quietness of the place is very beautiful, I did not stay there long but a beautiful experience

Carpet was stain, found hair in bathroom, room was dusty. Order orange juice got delivered in night. Ordered omlet at brekfast but did not delivered for me. My husband got. Food & bevergae did not come to assist us. Waited for seat but finaly we have to find seat. Breakfast time also seats were not available have to wait. Not worth it. Horrible stay.

El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, cerca de un centro comercial. La habitación está limpia, el personal es apropiado y no hay cargos ocultos. La habitación era masiva con todos los equipos de cocina. El hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad, pero hay espacios de estacionamiento gratuitos en el exterior. Nos vamos a volver.
