Location Location Location. Situated between the Harbour Arm and the Old High Street, it is the perfect base. The staff are brilliant considering they are dealing with all sorts of clientele. The rooms are clean , bed is comfortable. We can recommend the BBQ pizza. Lots to see and do. You know the adage you get what you pay for. Here you get that and more.

Disappointed with the pool , dirty, no cups available for water, locks broken on doors . Floor slimmy. Room ok but dusty at the bottom of the tea station, fan not working in bathroom, Breakfast was terrible, orange juice was really watery and tasteless , plates too hot and no serviettes provided to hold , cereals were ok , no pastries very poor selection for the price , bread was cheap and soggy and when toasted burnt...yuk ! Too much pepper on the tomatoes , baked beans cheap and nasty , sausages were nice, bacon horrible and cooked in clumps so some were under cooked and some extremely crispy and salty. For the price of £17 a head , I think the breakfast was 1/5. lady staff member was very nice, polite and helpful 5/5. Sorry to say but we won't be back 😞

Desde un lugar donde se estacionó en el medio de Londres, el hotel es muy tranquilo, el entorno es bueno, el estacionamiento es conveniente y gratuito, el restaurante del hotel es bueno, el desayuno también puede, o el precio es más alto

Tuve una estadía agradable en el Holiday Inn Express London - Dartford. El proceso de check-in fue rápido y eficiente, y el personal fue amable y profesional. Mi habitación estaba limpia, era cómoda y estaba bien cuidada, y ofrecía todo lo que necesitaba para una estadía corta. El desayuno de cortesía fue un buen detalle, con una selección decente de opciones para comenzar el día. También aprecié la conveniencia de la ubicación, que facilitó el acceso a las áreas cercanas. En general, fue una experiencia cómoda y sin complicaciones, y consideraría hospedarme aquí nuevamente en el futuro.

Good location close to ebbs international train station for Eurostar. For us it was to see family. Towards Christmas has a local coop convenience store closed and restaurant which was ok at breakfast but they could keep up with the buffet demands but to be honest the large group of people being greedy and taking all the food didnt help. All in all was happy all around.

Fantastic stay in the newly and tastefully decorated Clifton Hotel. We received a very warm welcome from friendly and helpful staff, and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is in a great location opposite the beach with lovely walks along The Leas and also boasts a Marco Pierre White restaurant on site which has made for a definite return visit. A delicious breakfast was included in our stay with a huge choice of cooked or continental dishes and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Will be returning very soon.

This is an old building near the waterfront. The sounds of seagulls can be heard outside; great atmosphere!   The building itself has kind of claustrophobic feel to it. It has small rooms, low ceilings, narrow, winding stairways, and sloping floors. If open and airy is your preference, this is the wrong place.  But the staff are very capable and friendly. It’s a short walk from both the ferry port and the train station. Hope to visit again.

El personal del hotel fue muy amable y no me molestó durante mi estadía en la silla, todo fue atendido de manera eficiente. Definitivamente regresaré allí la próxima vez que visite Ashford. Muy buena ubicación. Visité todo Londres durante tres días porque el hotel está ubicado cerca de la estación de tren.

My fault that I booked this room in a hotel without air con. Still I was lucky it was not too hot outside. The hotel provided a fan which when put near the window cooled the room down nicely. Unfortunately though you can not close the curtains if the fan is in the window. This was not a problem for me though because I normally wear a mask and the earplugs when I travel.  All in all it was very good stay the bed was comfortable and clean. I didn’t hear any trains during the night and the Location is very good to be very close to the station. I would stay there again.
