They’re welcoming and warm. Hotel staff are superb and service is good. Bed was comfortable and decoration of room was nice. Good ambience makes it all an enjoyable stay. Location near to the airport. Highly recommended.

The location is superb, walkable distance to Darul Hana bridge, India Street, Carpenter Street and Borneo Cultures Museum. Plaza Merdeka is right beside the hotel, you can go to the mall through hotel lobby. I love how comfy the bed is and receptionist is very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

No está mal si consigues un buen precio y una buena ubicación. El personal sentía que no tenía poder para resolver los problemas de forma creativa y, como resultado, prefería NO volver a contactarnos cuando abordaba los problemas que teníamos. No se aceptaba realmente que deberían ocuparse de los clientes a largo plazo (estuvimos allí seis noches)... Ah, y no elijas las habitaciones tipo estudio si viajas con un gato que necesita que lo mezan todas las noches. Es bueno... pero no excelente. Probablemente puedas encontrar algo mejor.

La ubicación era fantástica. Justo al lado hay un 7 eleven. La habitación era bastante amplia y proporcionan toallas nuevas todos los dias. Estuvimos en la planta 7, las vistas son geniales. La moqueta estaba bastante sucia y manchada, ambas noches al despertarnos por la mañana, nos levantamos con varias picadas de insecto...posibles chinches? Aun no sabemos. Lo que si sabemos que no eran de los paseos de la calle, porque estamos bien y nos levantamos con ellas. Recomiendo una limpieza a fondo...

At centre , can walk around, no need to call grab, very convenience and services is good , the worker is polite and good service , they also got car park for customer if you drive there or rent a car ,can walk at riverside , very relaxing.

Facilities like the pool and common areas were also well-kept and enjoyable. Overall, Grand Margherita Hotel offers great comfort, good service, and an ideal location. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kuching, whether for leisure or business.

Each time the unit is switched on, it produces a loud, persistent noise that disrupts rest. The room itself is clean and well-kept, and staff service is prompt, yet the noisy aircon significantly affects the overall stay. Addressing this issue would greatly improve the guest experience.

habitación con vista al río. la ubicación es increíble. A poca distancia del paseo marítimo de Kuching. La habitación es modesta y bastante sencilla: decoraciones y muebles sencillos y simplemente aburridos. Decir que el lugar es un hotel de cinco estrellas es una exageración. decepcionado con el aire acondicionado, incapaz de enfriar la habitación al nivel deseable. Las comodidades proporcionadas no son adecuadas para una habitación familiar.

Our 5th time staying here and have always been happy with hilton kuching rooms being spotless. However this time, we have got a room that is not so clean and things were in bad condition as compared to the previous rooms I have stayed in. Check in was great as attended by Bong. One other feedback, the lobby area parking attendant, there is one lady with short hair seems to be quite fierce looking and not sure if this is a hospitality service from Hilton Kuching as she does not even have a smile on her face as compared to the rest of the staff attending to the parking in the Lobby, they were very friendly and welcoming which I have always experienced in the past. Hope the management is able to do something about her and remind her on the basics of being in thehospitality service.
