El baño estaba cerrado (totalmente, el agua no se derramaba), así que intenté usar el baño, y allí la cabeza de ducha no funcionaba, por lo que no podíamos hacer la cosa más básica de tomar un duche en nuestra habitación. No intentamos cambiar las habitaciones porque nos encontramos después de medianoche y estabamos demasiado cansados para hacer frente a la queja y el envasado y para movernos a una habitación diferente. Sin embargo, esto no es aceptable. Estaría esperando esto en un albergue barato, no en un hotel fantástico.

Este hotel está convenientemente ubicado a solo 3,5 kilómetros del Teatro Dream of the Red Chamber. El ambiente es elegante y el vestíbulo ofrece café gratis las 24 horas. El servicio de membresía de Youku es especialmente especial, ya que es el primer hotel en el que me he alojado que lo ofrece. 去石家莊事先沒有訂酒店，從火車站出來乘一站地鐵，出地鐵口就看到金燦燦的大樓。就是天鵝湖大酒店。立馬攜程上下單。房間挺大，酒店衞生不錯，早餐也還好，服務員很熱情。最滿意的是有智能馬桶。酒店一樓有大浴場，二樓有汗蒸館。我們在dy上團的券，泡温泉，汗蒸加水果小時自助不到80元一人。

El hotel está en una excelente ubicación, justo al lado de Wanda Plaza. La habitación también es muy cómoda. El piso es alto y la vista es buena. La ropa de cama es muy limpia y cómoda. La decoración es retro china. En invierno, una niebla -Se proporciona un humidificador y un purificador de aire gratuitos para los inviernos secos. Para las personas que aman la limpieza y tienen narices sensibles, se puede decir que es muy considerado. El hotel cuenta con instalaciones completas y un muy buen ambiente. Oliver en la recepción es atento, cálido y educado. También preparó cuidadosamente muñecas para los niños con anticipación. Volveré la próxima vez.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel was centrally located and nearby many restaurants, supermarkets, and stores. We had breakfast every morning at the 4th floor - no coffee but a fair amount of choices for food (all Chinese). The lady in charge of the breakfast area was also very helpful. We received a room upgrade which we really appreciated 😄 The room was very spacious with a separate toilet and shower, perfect for groups. Amenities include shampoo and shower gel, plus toothbrushes and disposable towels which were replenished every day. We found the place clean with no weird smells. Overall would highly recommend for travelers on a budget ☺️

La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, ¡perfecta para disfrutar de las vistas! ¡El servicio de Kira en recepción fue sencillamente espectacular! Nos recibió con una sonrisa nada más entrar, hizo el check-in rapidísimo y fue increíblemente atenta en todo momento. Nos hizo un upgrade de habitación y trajo lo que necesitábamos con una rapidez asombrosa. ¡La próxima vez que venga a Shijiazhuang, sin duda alguna volveré a elegir este hotel! La habitación es realmente enorme y vale muchísimo la pena. 🌟

UUsuario invitadoRoom & Cleanliness: I booked a double room but was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a 6-person family suite! The room was spread over two floors and was incredibly spacious and modern. It was very clean and well-equipped, though it lacked a refrigerator. One minor issue was the lack of a heater on the lower floor, which stayed quite cold, so I spent most of my time on the upper floor where it was warmer. Service & Perks: The staff provided decent service, and although their English was limited, they were very helpful. Check-in was a bit slow despite there being few customers. A huge plus of staying here is the 30% discount on ski passes and complimentary access to the Ski Lounge. Having access to the lounge meant I didn't need to rent a locker for my belongings, which was very convenient. Transportation & Getting There: After arriving at Taizicheng High-Speed Railway Station, walk to the far left towards the bus parking area. You’ll pass ski rental shops and staff holding signs for various hotels. Take the shuttle bus (runs every 15-20 minutes) and stay on until the very last stop right in front of the hotel. Don't make the mistake I did by getting off one stop early at Thaiwoo Ski Resort, or you’ll have a long walk! Ski Access & Facilities: For snowboarding, just take the elevator to the 1st floor, which leads directly to the ski slopes. You can buy passes and rent all your gear and outfits right there. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor. I stayed in Building C, which is a separate building from the lobby but only a very short walk away. Noise & Atmosphere: The room was extremely quiet and offered great privacy. At night, the atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful, though it gets incredibly cold (I visited in late December). Surroundings & Dining: At the ski area, you’ll find a McDonald’s, and inside the main building, there are noodle shops, milk tea stands, and restaurants serving Xiao Long Bao, wontons, and hotpot. I highly recommend walking over to the Thaiwoo Ski Resort area in the evening. There are plenty of restaurants, clothing shops, live music, and beautiful light decorations—it’s a great spot for photos. Note that Thaiwoo has its own separate ski entrance from the hotel's.

GGeneric UserI don't normally bother to write reviews, but this place is truly deserving of one. Our stay at Anaya was amazing to say the least. The place was so beautiful and serene, rivaling many of the luxury ryokans in Japan but with their own modern twist. We stayed in the queen room, and it’s fairly simple but more than adequate and comfortable. The in-room drinks and snacks were delicious, and they provided an additional special treat each day, which was an experience on its own. There wasn't a television, but we never felt that there was a need for one. It was a place where you can truly focus on unwinding and take things slow, but when needed, the Wi-Fi speed is sufficient for streaming on your own devices. The hotel is unique where you can just do everything within their compounds without needing to travel anywhere else. We really loved the Japanese bookstore, which is a must-visit, and spend some time admiring the garden next to it. They provide activities as well, so you will never feel like there is nothing to do. The spas are also highly recommended, which in fact warrants a trip all on its own even if you do not stay at the hotel. One of the spas is a re-purposed factory, and it's a truly unique experience which will appeal to architecture enthusiasts. Food was a little pricey, but you have a lot of options, and the ones we had were great. They even had their own provision shop for you to stock up on snacks and drinks. One of the main factors that truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Zhi Hui. She went above and beyond to share her personal contact in order to make sure we were well taken care of, answering our questions promptly and making arrangements for us. She even followed up with us after our departure to make sure we arrived at our next destination safely. The other staff around the hotel, including the restaurants, were also very friendly and helpful. There was even a sweet young lady selling what they harvested from the mountains as well as small snack stores, one of which was operated by a very friendly lady selling Japanese-style desserts. Our interactions with the people all felt really genuine and sincere. The experience wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for our very pleasant experience with the people working in and around the hotel. They normally use a multi-seater buggy to ferry guests around, but when we were caught in the rain, they actually arranged a car to pick us up instead. Anaya Lanya Hotel is simply extraordinary, and we cannot recommend it enough.

MMichael 林世俊Singaporean of 6 stayed for 5 nights during March ski season Booked the 3 rooms apartment, 3 showers, 3 toilets with 1 bathtub, hairdryers, Humidifiers, clean, spacious enough for family Home kitchenette available but no utensils, cutlery to use but only 4 cups and a kettle Service is good, responsive especially the gentleman at front desk very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is simple but it is sufficient, good and filling enough for a morning start The service staff at the breakfast restaurant remembers our daughters selection too and is attentive to children. SPA overall is a good respite for the cold weather but hygiene poor, do not compare to Japanese onsen as this is just a heated pool concept with outdoor pools. Movie tickets are good and we managed to catch 1 almost everyday and totally enjoyed ourselves. Short walk over to LAWSON, shops, and skis shops, rentals, ski academy Question is, will I stay again, YES!

OOleg SuGood: 1. Location is amazing, you can ski directly from the building entrance. 2. Warm room, central heating, large windows with nice view, overall good. 3. Locker for the ski equipment. Other: 1. NO towel, they provide disposable towels only, which is a bit weird, had to buy towels in a nearby shop. 2. Breakfast is just frozen dumplings in the freezer, if I would know before, would book a room without breakfast. 3. Need to access room through WeChat with 200rmb deposit. So tricky if you don’t speak Chinese. Overall, knowing those flaws, would prepare in advance, but its a good place to stay, would book again in future.

Los empleados no se comunicaron claramente, ni utilizaron el sentido común. Cuando primero pedí al empleado del escritorio que nos acompañara a las primaveras calientes, dijo no y nos volvió, pero sabía que era complicado llegar allí y que tenía que decir a las primaveras calientes que eramos invitados del hotel, Como sucedió cuando yo había estado allí antes. Es posible sólo comunicar con una aplicación de traducción aquí, ya que ningún empleado habla una sola palabra de inglés, incluso. El menú electrónico del restaurante es sólo en chino, así que necesitamos usar una aplicación de traducción para leer el menú, también. En cuanto a nuestra habitación, el refrigerador no funcionó, aunque estaba acoplado, y las matraces eran duras.

RRichterA true 5 Star experience. The room is top notch with a large window overlooking the sea. Service is outstanding in all categories. Breakfast is full and rich. The hotel dinner buffet is so extraordinary that I say you must try it at least once! We were amazed at the variety of dishes and the quality. Hotel location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk and you can have your feet in the sand or water. The Qinhuang Alley Food Street is also within walking distance or very short cab ride. This food street is very lively and fun to visit especially in the evening. Two other recommendations for things to do are Lao Long Tou (Old Dragon Head) which you can get to by cab. And if you are a fan of the Olympics you really should visit Olympic Avenue Park. Amazing relief sculpture wall over 300 meters long portraying Olympic history. Must be seen to be believed. Thank you to all the friendly and professional staff and chefs at Grand Hotel Qinhuang for making our 4 night stay so enjoyable. Qinhuangdao is a wonderful city with so many different things to do and experience we hope we can return again.

У персонала есть переводчик очень классный, так что не бойтесь, что чего-то не поймете Так же есть прачечная На фото был бассейн, но мы не смогли его найти :( Рядом находится море в 400 метрах. В 3км есть что-то по типу клуба, туда вход 50 юаней, но идти до туда особенно ночью очень страшно, но это никак к отелю не относится. Это информация для туристов ;) так же тут есть макдональдс в 5 минутах от отеля + очень много ресторанов, особенно на русском, я очень удивилась. Там принимают абсолютно всю оплату, даде рубли и евро, кроме юнионпей… А так, я думаю, что в этом отеле неплохо, он красивый и уютный, и кстати очень большой + недорогой
