這次帶着長者和孩子入住瀾也酒店，整體體驗格外舒心，酒店的服務細節滿滿，讓人倍感温暖，是一次超滿意的入住體驗！特別感謝管家李佳麗的全程照顧！ 入住當天我們抵達較早，還沒到正式辦理入住的時間，途中孩子不小心嘔吐，弄得衣物臟亂，一時手足無措。前台工作人員看到後特別貼心，沒有絲毫怠慢，主動贈送親子中心體驗券，讓我們先去親子中心清洗整理、更換衣物，完美解決了燃眉之急，服務特別人性化。 短暫休整準備入住時，我們隨口提及房間隱約有異味，工作人員立刻記在心上，第一時間安排人員上門，對房間進行全屋深度清潔通風，態度誠懇、響應迅速，全程高效又貼心，讓人十分認可。 驚喜的是房間內還放置了阪本龍一的專輯。安頓好家人之後，我們循環播放《聖誕快樂，勞倫斯先生》，悠揚沉靜的旋律在房間緩緩流淌，伴着音樂卸下旅途奔波的疲憊，安安靜靜聽了一整晚，這份藏在客房裡的文藝小心思，格外打動人心。 最讓我感動的是酒店的細節關懷，作為女生夜間難免有突**況，半夜臨時需要衞生巾，聯繫酒店後工作人員很快就送上門，貼心又周到，充分照顧到女顧客的私密需求，細節拉滿。 這次出行特意帶家中長輩體驗酒店水療，配套設施十分完善，位置便捷、使用方便，體驗感極佳。水療舒適度很高，長輩體驗過後連連稱讚，放鬆效果特別好，非常適合帶長者前來休閑放鬆。 整體來説，瀾也酒店的環境、設施和服務都無可挑剔，親子服務貼心、人文關懷到位、休閑設施優質，還有難得的文藝氛圍感，是親子出遊、家庭度假的優選。唯一小小的期許就是希望水療相關定價可以再親民一些，性價比會更高。後續出行還會優先選擇這裏，也真心推薦給各位出行的朋友！

My wife and I had an absolutely perfect, unforgettable stay at NOA RESORT & WELLNESS Aranya — a true hidden gem on China’s Gold Coast . We booked the Hall room (40m²) on the fourth floor (the hotel’s top level), and it could not have been more ideal: bright, quiet, with sleek modern minimalist design, floor-to-ceiling windows, and thoughtful touches like full smart controls, blackout sleep mode, and premium bedding that ensured deep, restful sleep. From arrival, the warmth and professionalism were outstanding: we were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks, and the 24/7 complimentary shuttle service made exploring Aranya effortless — prompt, courteous drivers took us anywhere in the resort (Chapel, Lonely Library, beaches, cafes) in minutes. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely friendly, anticipating every need and responding instantly to requests. The resort itself is a masterpiece of restrained luxury and healing design . Standout highlights include: - DECK (Lobby Lounge): A chic, all-day social hub — by day a specialty coffee shop; by night a craft beer bar with 12 rotating taps, plus light meals and occasional mini talks or live performances. - Outdoor Pool & Poolside Bar: A serene, sunlit pool with comfortable cabanas and umbrellas, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. - Spa & Wellness: A tranquil spa offering professional massages, singing bowl therapy, and meditation sessions — ideal for unwinding and reconnecting. - Fitness Center: A bright, well-equipped gym with modern equipment for keeping up your routine. - Dining: PopChuan Restaurant serves elevated, light Sichuan cuisine by a master chef, plus fresh, balanced breakfasts with local ingredients. Location-wise, NOA is unbeatable: close to Aranya Chapel, Lonely Library, and the beach, yet peacefully secluded. The entire property feels like a calm, artistic sanctuary — stylish but never cold, luxurious but never pretentious . In short, this was one of our best couple getaways ever. Instalaciones: Muy bien con un castillo, Privilegios del Horizon Club (disfruta de happy hour de refrescos y vino durante todo el día): puedes disfrutar de la vista al mar y tomar una comida ligera Higiene: sensación de hotel de cinco estrellas Entorno: Hay un jardín exterior con acceso directo a la playa. Servicio: El equipaje se entregó con entusiasmo y los niños quedaron muy felices y recibieron recuerdos cuando se fueron.

Located right on the slope with a great view, however to get to the main area with restaurants and shops you either have to ski there or walk down and take the shuttle, if the lifts close you'll have to walk up the slope with all your gear. It's inconvenient but definitely doable especially at the price point. The actual apartment was nice and warm with basic necessities and comfortable beds, however the towels provided were all thin single-use towels.

A true 5 Star experience. The room is top notch with a large window overlooking the sea. Service is outstanding in all categories. Breakfast is full and rich. The hotel dinner buffet is so extraordinary that I say you must try it at least once! We were amazed at the variety of dishes and the quality. Hotel location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk and you can have your feet in the sand or water. The Qinhuang Alley Food Street is also within walking distance or very short cab ride. This food street is very lively and fun to visit especially in the evening. Two other recommendations for things to do are Lao Long Tou (Old Dragon Head) which you can get to by cab. And if you are a fan of the Olympics you really should visit Olympic Avenue Park. Amazing relief sculpture wall over 300 meters long portraying Olympic history. Must be seen to be believed. Thank you to all the friendly and professional staff and chefs at Grand Hotel Qinhuang for making our 4 night stay so enjoyable. Qinhuangdao is a wonderful city with so many different things to do and experience we hope we can return again.

La ubicación del hotel es conveniente, con fácil acceso a la playa, restaurantes y atracciones cercanas. Las habitaciones estaban limpias, pero la vista de nuestra habitación era decepcionante, descuidando el desplome y los edificios sin acabar que parecían inseguros debido a la posibilidad de que cayeran desperdicios. La piscina, la playa y la piscina, se encuentran en una zona de la que la piscina no se corresponde con la realidad y se siente engañosa. Fue una gran decepción. La habitación era muy tranquila, pero no había agua para beber. Se nos dijo que podíamos usar las piscinas de los hoteles cercanos, pero esto resultó invero, lo que añadió a nuestra frustración. En general, aunque la ubicación es una ventaja fuerte, me parece que el hotel es demasiado caro por las instalaciones y el nivel de servicio que ofrece.

¡Todo fue perfecto! Todo el personal fue muy amable y profesional. La habitación era muy bonita, cómoda y limpia. Excelente desayuno, con variedad para todos los gustos. La piscina y el gimnasio eran geniales, diversión garantizada. ¡Hotel y personal fantásticos!

Traer a la familia juntos es un pequeño y pequeño vivaje de Ansoft durante unos días, la experiencia global es especialmente satisfactoria y debe darse a cinco estrellas. El entorno del hotel está tranquilo, la zona pública está bien tratada y se encuentra cómoda dondequiera. La habitación es amplia y luminosa, la higiene está muy bien, y las camas son suaves y duermen muy bien. El personal es muy amable. Entre y saldrá a preguntar y saludar. Las consultas de preguntas también se responden con intimidad en el momento oportuno, no harán sentirse duros. El desayuno es rico y el sabor también está en línea, los niños adultos y niños pueden encontrar el amor a comer. Estas combinaciones también pueden utilizarse normalmente en la piscina y en el gimnasio. La familia se relaja mucho después de la comida. Pueden ir a la excursión o a corto plazo, y la próxima vez que vengan, se dará prioridad a este lugar.

In spite that it is older hotel, the rooms are in good condition, equipped with a comfortable bed with crisp fresh white linen. Due to heavy rains the aircon had some difficulties to absorb the high humidity. Fresh fruits were provided at arrival. The hotel has a topnotch spa  facility.  The breakfast on the 5th floor is extensive. Even traditional soup with multicolored noodles and donkey burgers are served. The Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor was deserted and the temperature inside was uncomfortably hot, so we had diner at the nearby Wanda Plaza.  Truly 5-star was the attentive and efficient support of the front desk manager Miss Ciu Tianmei. She facilitated our visit to the shrine of Mary Mother of God in Donglü, situated in a remote village 40 kms outside of Baoding. Without her  help we would have great difficulties to make this visit. In addition we thank Miss Ciu Tianmei to find a solution to keep our medicines cool, as there is no fridge in the room.

Aspectos Positivos: 1. Prácticamente un cinco estrellas, con todo lo que se puede esperar. 2. El servicio es excelente, las entregas son muy rápidas. 3. El aire acondicionado enfría bien, aunque hace un ruido extraño. 4. Permiten y te suben el pedido de comida a domicilio a la habitación. 5. La habitación está muy bien insonorizada. Aspectos Negativos: 1. Para ir del sótano a la habitación hay que cambiar de ascensor tres veces, lo cual es muy incómodo. Similar al hotel Niccolo Suzhou. 2. Es muy difícil aparcar. Si estacionas en la superficie, hay que caminar una distancia considerable. La entrada al parking subterráneo es muy estrecha, y el propio parking subterráneo es bastante caótico. 3. El agua caliente va y viene.
