Honestly an outstanding, almost perfect hotel, save for some minor things The good: - amazing gym, with squat rack, bench press, free weights, attached some pictures. It even has lockers and showers. This was perfect on rainy days. - amazing reception and general hotel service, always very helpful and efficient. - best breakfast I've had in all of Central Asia. Think salmon crepes, beef tongues, and a large variety of delicious meals. - clean, comfortable rooms. - great location, with Navat and Fazia restaurants only 300m away. The bad: The restaurant had pretty bad service in my opinion: 1- I called to get room service (which is extensively advertised as 24/7) on day 1, and they hung up on me because I didn't speak to them in their language. There is no other way to order 2- On day 2, I figure I'd give them another chance and personally went there. They kicked me out saying they had to prepare for some party. So overall I never got to try it except for the breakfast. On the flip side this led me to walk to Fazia and Navat, both of which are excellent restaurants.

Номера чистые, полотенца, халаты, тапочки все необходимое в номере есть. Термальные источники, хамам, сауна, русская парная на дровах, холодная купель и большой бассейн все необходимое для отличного отдыха присутствует. Оборудовали сил зону с баром теперь можно заказывать еду и напитки не отходя от бассейна. Вообщем есть все для комфортного отдыха.

Breakfast had a good variety and the restaurant service was very pleasant. Overall, it’s one of the best hotels in Bishkek for comfort, service, and quality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city.

Avant hotel was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. And it’s quiet as well. The staffs were very nice and helpful. And they were on duty for 24/7. It was a great stay. Super recommended.

Extended my stay for an extra two nights and the staff has fixed the issue of the bidet not working the night before. The hostel staff were extremely kind and helpful qnd did not hesitate to assist or advice with any questions. Thank you for the wonderful service and I truly enjoyed my stay here!
