Hoteles con Piscinas en Bolívar, Colombia

We stayed 3 nights at this very comfortable hotel. We even wanted to extend one night and they were fully booked, which shows how popular they are. The decor from reception to lobby to room was a delight with full use of natural materials, giving a zen feel. The breakfast was buffet, but chouce of hot dished was limited. Also, we wanted to go for a swim at sunset, but the pool at this time was used as one big cocktail bar, literally dozens lounging in the,water, so that was disappointing.

La ubicación es excelente y el servicio es bueno. El hotel es bastante animado y diferentes organizaciones organizan actividades tanto dentro como fuera del hotel los fines de semana y durante la semana. La desventaja es que el aislamiento acústico no es realmente bueno. Se oyen los estornudos y la tos de al lado, así como el sonido de la televisión. Tuvimos un corte de energía por la noche, que se produjo aproximadamente en un minuto.

El hotel es excelente para familias y parejas. Tiene diversidad de juegos para los ninos. Tambien puedes usar las piscinas de torres del mar que es el hotel de al lado y pertenece a los mismos duenos. Tambien hay una infinity pool en el piso 10 de torres del mar, super recomendada. El servicio es espectacular, desde el personal del lobby, meseros, cocineros, jardineros. Fue una experiencia maravillosa. Para la playa, el hotel provee sillas y parasoles pero se debe pagar una tarifa de 50.000 COP por dia por ello(12USD Aprox). Todo muy limpio. Esta en un area tranquila de cartagena si lo que quieres es relajarte y disfrutar de las piscinas, el sol y la playa. El desayuno estilo buffet tambien fue espectacular con amplias opciones de comida Colombiana y extranjera. Sin duda volveria de nuevo.

El hotel tiene unas excelentes instalaciones,el Personal muy amable y servicial. Nos gusto mucho la ubicación cerca al aeropuerto. Tienen una oficina donde ofrecen los tour y las diferentes actividades en Cartagena.

Si pudiera darle más de 5 estrellas, se las daría. La verdad, excelente hotel en general. El servicio impecable, la comida deliciosa, las instalaciones son lindas y limpias, el cuarto tiene todas las comodidades, y está ubicado en un muy buen sector. Lo único que quizá podría mejorar es la cobertura del WiFi, pero es un detalle mínimo.

Buen ambiente La ubicación es realmente conveniente. Puedes explorar el casco antiguo a pie. La actitud del personal también es muy buena. Aunque no había agua caliente en el medio, ayudamos a solucionar el problema. ¡Hotel muy rentable!

El hotel fue una de las mejores cosas durante nuestro viaje, todo estuvo perfecto, las instalaciones muy bonitas y el personal fue amable y diligente. Sin duda volveremos

The experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning.
