Hoteles con piscina en Bolívar, Colombia

The experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, cerca a la ciudad amurallada y a las playas de Bocagrande a las cuales se llega caminando. Justo a la vuelta hay tiendas y supermercadps- Respecto a las instalaciones si bien no son nuevas, están bien conservadas y les hacen mantenimiento El servicio fue lo mejor, todo el personal es muy amable y atento.

El hotel tiene unas vistas magníficas y unas habitaciones modernas. Eso es todo. El servicio es de 3 estrellas, pero el check-in tarda muchísimo. Al principio, se demoraban unos 10 minutos en introducir algo en el ordenador, luego nos dijeron que volviéramos a recoger la llave después de las 15 h (hora del check-in). Cuando volvimos, tuvimos que esperar otros 5 minutos, estaban haciendo algo y volvían a imprimir. Eso sin contar el tiempo que pasamos en la cola. El hotel se promociona como de 4*, pero no proporciona albornoz ni zapatillas. Y el kit de afeitado en la habitación resultó ser de pago, lo que descubrimos durante el check-out. Por cierto, pudimos encontrar zapatillas. Al parecer, en el spa local. No dan toallas para la playa, solo para la piscina. Intentaron venir a limpiarnos a las 7 o 21 h, la aspiración en sí es encomiable, pero el tiempo es sorprendente. El desayuno no está nada mal. No tiene playa propia, solo una pública. La comida del restaurante de la piscina no está mal, pero el servicio necesita mejorar. Olvidamos llevar comida y ni siquiera se disculparon ni nos hicieron ningún cumplido. El resto fue tal y como esperábamos

Muy buen hotel cerca de la playa y del casco antiguo. Servicio servicial y extremadamente educado en la recepción. Deliciosos desayunos con mucha fruta y opciones ilimitadas. Hace 2 semanas que no tomamos desayunos así en toda Colombia. La piscina de la azotea también abre hasta bien entrada la noche. Un pequeño inconveniente por la falta de agua potable en la habitación, pero no creo que exista tal tradición en Colombia. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel, así como la cadena Holida Inn. Usamos esta red muchas veces en todo el mundo y nunca hemos tenido ningún problema.

The Osh hotel has such an amazing vibe. As you enter the lobby, you are greeted by their lovely staff with a welcome drink. Check in was really smooth and they offered options for my room category, and the location was great. Literally walking distance to local bodegas, bars and restaurants. Osh is located 10-15 min from walled city, which made dinner options and tours easy to get to in the area. Prior to my stay in the Osh hotel, I stayed at the Hilton with my travel group for four days. In comparison although most tourist stay at the Hilton or the Hyatt. I would opt to stay at Osh every time. Beautiful pool on the main floor and rooftop. While there is not beach access, I believe you can simply book a tour for a beach day at Aqua Azul or Makani Luxury Wanderlust. During my stay also schedule a massage in my room which was a nice add on before I traveled back home. I highly recommend you experience The Osh in Colombia. Suites are also available to splurge a bit and treat yourself. 

Casa Santa Clara: Sofitel Legend de AccorHotels. También es la más grande de las tres marcas de lujo de la ciudad. La imagen muestra el jardín. También es un sitio histórico donde podrás desayunar rodeado de exuberantes plantas tropicales y junto a antiguas murallas moteadas con pilares. ¡Es maravilloso! También estoy muy agradecido por la recomendación de los internautas en esta ocasión. También soy miembro de Accor, así que lo elegí. El servicio fue como se esperaba, cálido y sofisticado, y fue el primer hotel que conocí que ofrecía un regalo de bienvenida: ¡una gran bolsa de café colombiano en polvo! ¡Me siento muy considerado! Además, mucha gente se casa en Cartagena. También conocí aquí a una familia vestida con sus mejores galas. Vea la última imagen. Jajajaja

So cozy and lovely place🥰. Added one more night to my reservation because loved the harmony and peace that I felt on that hotel. The breakfast was amazing 200/10 🤩. Great variety of fruits,healthy and local food. Thank you so much to Andrey so polite and charming guy who helped me in everything; as well as Jorge who is so professional doing his work, Alfredo and kitchen girls, thank you for so delicious food. The rooftop is a dream but unfortunately don’t have (stable) bartenders to enjoy drinks.Sadly to say the general manager was unprofessional and unkind, must to improve his professional relation to drive a good management of a hotel of this category. I would love to go back in my next trip to Cartagena 🤍🇨🇴 . Recommendations: if don’t tolerate noise, don’t book the rooms next to the street.

All rooms overlook a central courtyard, which is nice but not practical as people are always passing by so you can’t leave the window open as you get no privacy. The curtain is not a curtain but a rolling blind, so either shut or open. My room happens to be on the ground floor, where the restaurant is. It may be better on the other floors. So just artificial light. There is also no desk in the room. Otherwise the room is decent and clean. The breakfast is simple but good with coffees, juice some fruit and an omelette. The place is secure and the reception have to open for you to go in and out. Location wise it’s pretty good as well as it’s within the wall but not where wll tourists hang out. Pretty safe Check in strictly at 3pm even if the room is available 😅

Los deliciosos eran sólo pina de fruta y papaya. El resto de la comida no era delicioso. The hostel is nice and in the prime area but the only thing I didn't like is that it lacks a common area and the terrace is closed most of the time except few hours. Also, you cannot eat or dine on the rooftop despite it being a nice seating area and they close around midnight! For a remote worker like me, this is a bad thing. Also in the amenities listed here, they included towels but it was not complementary! They only have pizza restaurant.. So no other dishes within hostel too.
