Hotel reformado y bien situado. El servicio era bueno y la habitación cómoda. Por desgracia, en nuestra habitación la campana extractora de la cocina no funcionaba y no había ventanas que se pudieran abrir, la única ventana grande era fija y no se podía abrir, así que solo entraba la luz. Cada vez que cocinábamos, toda la habitación se llenaba de humo y no era agradable.

We were thrilled to be the very first guests to leave a review for this stunning new resort! The location is fantastic, just a quick 10-minute drive to town, and our room offered breathtaking views of the Shot River, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. We arrived around 10 PM, and the hotel reception was impeccably prepared, warmly welcoming us and even upgrading our room! It looked exactly like the photos, with a design and interior that perfectly captured the vibe we were seeking. They had welcome drinks waiting for us, and we appreciated that milk was available on request at any time. The breakfast was a delightful a la carte experience, featuring an array of delicious options. The serving staff was not only attentive and kind but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants! We also indulged in room service, which exceeded our expectations in both taste and punctuality. Although the fitness room and movie room were still under construction, the small maintenance issue we encountered in the bathroom was addressed swiftly by the staff. Our stay has left us eager to return and see the final results of this new gem. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!

酒店環境特別好，老闆娘是一位中國姐姐，特別好，還給我牛奶，這裏很安靜，而且離景區很近，十米的地方有個麥當勞和加油站，100米的地方有一個炸魚薯條也是國人開的很好吃但不友善，總之酒店很乾凈衞生，地理位置好，方便快捷，停車很方便

Room was bit smaller than expected. Location is good near to airport. Housekeeping didn't done vaccum everyday. And only thing i don't like in room was iron pillars which goes side way and cover all mountain view and as we had one year old one he got hit alot of times on that iron pillar. If u look money vise it perfect stay

The room was very spacious and offered a nice view, which was a highlight of the stay. Free parking was also convenient for guests travelling by car. However, the property feels quite dated and could benefit from refurbishment. The cleanliness of the room was below expectations, with some areas not as well maintained as they should be. Another downside was the shower pressure, which was very weak and made showering less enjoyable. The hotel is within walking distance of Queenstown City Centre, but the walk is a bit longer than expected, especially when returning uphill.

“Fantastic stay – highly recommend!” I had an excellent stay at the Cambridge Hotel. The location is perfect, within easy walking distance to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a great city view from the balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always going above and beyond to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The facilities were also impressive, especially the indoor pool and overall cleanliness of the hotel. Everything felt well-maintained and welcoming. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, combining comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Looks like we got a recently renovated apartment. It was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Housekeeping was prompt whenever we needed it.Basement parking was available for our stay, and the unit was conveniently located next to a staircase leading directly to Stanley Street, where our ski bus pick-up point was. It was also less than a 10-minute walk to the town centre. Overall, no regrets—it was an excellent choice and great value for the price. Es muy adecuado para viajes familiares. Es limpio, ordenado y cómodo. Hay una cocina para cocinar y es conveniente ir al muelle en el centro de la ciudad. para ir a todas partes. Me quedaré aquí de nuevo la próxima vez.

Mercure Queenstown Resort is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms were spotless, the location is perfect, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The amenities were well-maintained and made for a very comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

excellent view nice clean bed but the bathroom corners have some spider webs other than that its very nice and clean. very friendly staff and they even gave us a free upgrade which is always nice of them.
