Hotel antiguo algo renovado. El personal super amable, me dejaron hacer el check in temprano al llegar de un vuelo agotador.El desayuno es un 10!, es espectacular y muy completo y variado.El hotel esta muy cerca del centro. Solo resaltar que es un hotel con los precios altos como todos los de este pueblo.Lo Recomiendo!

我們新西蘭南島之行最滿意的酒店！住了3晚，房間挺大的，進去就知道是用心維護的，有陽台、有窗户，有浴缸，問前台要有一次性拖鞋，免費停車，暖氣一開就熱。這加家酒店的餐廳也很不錯，不用出去也可以，我們的晚餐和早餐都是在酒店吃的。因為是高爾夫度假村，周邊環境非常好，園林設計也是養眼。 服務也是很專業， 唯一感覺遺憾的是床有些軟，我不太適應。 總之，我們下次來還要住這裏，也推薦給看我點評的朋友。

We stayed here for one night upon touching down at Queenstown in the evening. Hotel is conveniently located near the airport, with a good view of the Remarkables mountain range within sight from our window. There is a cluster of shops and eateries nearby, although they were closed by evening time. Overall, a pleasant stay.

I had a great experience at Scenic Hotel. During check-in, the male staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. He gave me lots of useful information about the area, including the best places to eat, where to park, and tips for seeing the penguins. His local knowledge really helped make our trip easier and more enjoyable. The next morning, after coming back late from travelling, I asked the reception if I could check out 15–20 minutes later. The staff member on morning reception was very cool, understanding, and friendly. She happily allowed the late checkout with no issues at all. Overall, both staff members provided excellent service, and I really appreciated their kindness and helpful attitude. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding customer service!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were lovely, right from reception, housekeeping to porters. As we had been travelling for a couple of weeks, having a laundry in the hotel was a lovely bonus. There were food places of all varieties within walking distance as well. Definitely recommend staying here

Great hotel with magnificent views. We booked a Deluxe King Room with Lake Views and the view was magnificent. The service was excellent and the staff welcoming. The fireplace was a nice touch! The parking is a bit of a hassle with very limited free parking ($20.50 NZD per day) and the rooms are older with old tech and carpets.

La ubicación es muy conveniente, a solo una parada de autobús del aeropuerto. Hay muchos restaurantes cerca, incluido el gran New World. Está a unos 8 kilómetros de Queenstown, pero está muy cerca del aeropuerto. Hay un centro comercial cercano con muchas tiendas grandes, en el que es muy fácil comprar. La habitación del hotel es muy grande, nueva y limpia. Tiene nevera, utensilios de cocina, lavadora y secadora, etc. Se puede decir que es bastante completa. Gorgeous aesthetic throughout this lovely hotel! Gorgeous views of the Shotover River, pool, sauna and steam room all make this a luxurious stay.
