El hotel cuenta con recepción las 24 horas. La cabaña es muy acogedora y tiene una hermosa vista. Puedes ver la vista del lago desde el pequeño balcón. El estacionamiento es conveniente y gratuito. la ciudad y justo después del semáforo. El único inconveniente es que el camino de la puerta está en pendiente y hay que subir para volver andando al hotel.
I recently stayed at Scenic Hotel Southern Cross and had a very pleasant experience. One of the biggest highlights of this hotel is its excellent location – it's within walking distance to many of Dunedin's main attractions, including the Railway Station, Baldwin Street (the world’s steepest street), and Queen’s Gardens. Whether you're in town for sightseeing or just want convenient access to key places, this hotel is ideally situated.
The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were warm and welcoming, making the entire stay hassle-free. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring the city.
Another plus is the on-site hotel parking, which is a great convenience, especially in a central location like this.

This hotel is very good, clean and comfy. I love their bed. It's so soft and comfortable. It's located in the good location. If you don't mind hearing the noises of cars and sirens.

Nueva Zelanda básicamente no proporciona zapatillas ni artículos desechables. Contacta con ellos antes de viajar al extranjero para prepararlos tú mismo, lo que también contribuye a la protección del medio ambiente, aunque es un inconveniente😊
Love their hot pools and amenities. Location would be 5mins driving from city. If you have car would be very convenient, I don’t think you can walk to city with this distance.
Our unit was warm when we arrived on a Winter’s afternoon, and very comfortable. Everything was clean and well-cared for. There was plenty of seating and the wall artwork was pleasant and appropriate. We liked the Information folder. The shower was not very powerful but was adequate and the bed was comfortable.
La recepción es chino, servicio entusiasta, limpio y higiénico, es una habitación plana, no hay ruido de dos pisos. El lugar de ver los ping-pongs está muy cerca, no muy lejos hay un restaurante panda muy delicioso, envasado y de vuelta al hotel para comer es genial.

SSalami00000Está a unos 8 kilómetros de Queenstown, pero está muy cerca del aeropuerto. Hay un centro comercial cercano con muchas tiendas grandes, en el que es muy fácil comprar. La habitación del hotel es muy grande, nueva y limpia. Tiene nevera, utensilios de cocina, lavadora y secadora, etc. Se puede decir que es bastante completa. El único inconveniente es que el aire acondicionado y la secadora gastan mucho. ruido.
La habitación muy cómoda, y el chico de recepción muy amable. Tienen una tienda de alimentos, lo que nos pareció útil. También dejaban calentar tu comida en el microondas si lo necesitabas. Eso si, es el hotel más apartado de todos.
::))We were thrilled to be the very first guests to leave a review for this stunning new resort! The location is fantastic, just a quick 10-minute drive to town, and our room offered breathtaking views of the Shot River, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere.
We arrived around 10 PM, and the hotel reception was impeccably prepared, warmly welcoming us and even upgrading our room! It looked exactly like the photos, with a design and interior that perfectly captured the vibe we were seeking. They had welcome drinks waiting for us, and we appreciated that milk was available on request at any time.
The breakfast was a delightful a la carte experience, featuring an array of delicious options. The serving staff was not only attentive and kind but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants!
We also indulged in room service, which exceeded our expectations in both taste and punctuality. Although the fitness room and movie room were still under construction, the small maintenance issue we encountered in the bathroom was addressed swiftly by the staff.
Our stay has left us eager to return and see the final results of this new gem. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!

LLandersMercure Queenstown Resort has offered very good services with great hospitality. The room given has a great view overseeing a big lake right from the middle. Livin (A name for New Zealander, I suppose) offered great hospitality for us and even treated us a VIP favour by giving an in room slipper.. thank you.. if you are lucky you can even spot a double rainbow…

AAylwinDLocation: The hotel is located close to the Queenstown airport but approximately 15 mins away from Queenstown itself.
Parking: There is no parking bays at the Hilton (only valet) itself but it shares with Doubletree which is limited. Due to some maintenance work, level P2 was closed off and had to park in a reserved slot for the night. Cost of parking is NZ$ 16 per night.
Rooms: This is where my issue lies, the room temp is centrally managed and it was freezing at night especially with the floor to ceiling windows. Had to go to the front desk for portable heater and extra blankets on the 1st night. Bathroom is non-heated (with tiled floors) so extra cold in there. In most places we stayed in NZ, the bathrooms had heated lamps overhead for comfort. I requested the accessible room for mom and it was provided as requested although the location of the room was on one end of the building which is a distance to walk.
Food: Breakfast was a good selection and ran from 630 to 1030am.

Hotel de apartamentos cerca del aeropuerto, muy cerca de la estación de autobuses, a unos cientos de metros del supermercado New Word, habitación grande, vajilla completa, lavadora, secadora, lavavajillas, microondas, estufa, es simplemente un hogar en el viaje, la cama es un poco pequeña pero cómoda, muy buena elección, perfecta.

There are no bedroom slippers and the design of the toilet doesn’t quite make sense to me, it has gaps between the doors hence it’s super cold when i get out of the shower even when i already turned off the aircon. Shower screen glass is not totally opaque which can be awkward. We also requested extra hangers 3 times as we had a long stay and only got it the third time we asked. Otherwise, i think the room is cozy. Breakfast is standard everyday. Location wise you need to walk down the hill to the central area and walk back up which can be tiring.
