在酒店前台辦理入住手續就等了好久，前台工作人員顯然不熟悉業務，要讓我刷房費，事實上我已經在攜程把所有的房費都交清了！然後又説要我250刀作為按金，其他相同的酒店都要20刀！我覺得也是因為他明顯不熟悉業務造成的！ 房間總體還行，但是設備有幾項都有問題：有一個床頭燈不亮、書桌上的接線板管用、衞生間沒有浴液、也沒有香皂！ 早餐有點簡單，唯一值得點讚的是鮮榨橙汁還不錯！ 總體的入住體驗一般般很一般

La habitación del hotel es limpia y cómoda. La mañana es tarde, se perdió el desayuno, el personal del hotel traerá frutas de forma especial. La próxima vez escogerá permanecer.

Lo que me gusta: (1) El té/café disponible 24 horas, el desayuno es sencillo pero suficiente opciones, huevos, salsa, waffles, pan, harina de ovejas, jugos, café, frutas de té (2) El personal es profesional, explica las cosas bien. (3) Los muebles son ligeramente más nuevos que el otro Hampton que me queda. Lo que se puede mejorar: (1) He estado esperando en la isla 3 (Puerta 512) de 745pm a 830pm y he llamado dos veces para asegurar el servicio de navegación. La habitación de la habitación es muy buena, pero no es muy buena. Entiendo que quizás sea fuera de su hora de servicio habitual, pero me pregunto si pueden hacer un servicio de empresa en común con otras marcas de hotel para que los clientes puedan ser recogidos antes. (2) Me ofreció la habitación al final del pasillo, pero hay ruido de agua muy alto que viene de las tuberías cuando alguien usaba el baño a la puerta o al piso. En general, daría una 4 estrellas como la actitud del personal (chequeo, checkout y limpieza de la dama) y su servicio merece un gran respeto, estándar hasta un desayuno par y una habitación limpia.

Fantástico lugar. Fui a Denver para una conferencia. Este hotel en el centro de Denver estaba muy cerca del lugar. Habitaciones limpias y espaciosas. Muy agradable personal. También almacenaron mi equipaje antes de entrar. Recomendado!

This was 1 of the nicest stays we have had this trip. Checking in was very quick and warm. We were welcomed as a pet owner which is very important as some places say pet friendly but treat you like they rather you didn’t have a pet. Why do they say pet friendly? This place was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely come back. The motel is very near the downtown area. This place was excellent.

I stayed at the Westin the night before my flight because I didn't want to panic about getting to the airport on time. I'd heard Westin is good quality and the location really is so convenient so I splurged. I kind of wish I hadn't. The room was very basic. The shower was nice, but there was nothing about my stay that made me think ”worth every penny!” Especially since they charge for internet. Good things: the staff are delightful although they definitely seemed understaffed and a bit stressed. The rooms are very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It's AT the airport and so easy to navigate! I asked for some extra water and they brought a lot. The room service food was so good. Meh things: the carpet made me super glad I brought my own slippers. It didn't seem dirty, but something about carpeted hotel rooms are kind of icky. The coffee cups were all paper and I just felt like I was making a lot of trash when all I wanted was evening tea and morning coffee. Boo things: not even an hour of free wifi? Just straight up ”pay 18 extra dollars on top of the hundreds for a basic room so you can tell your family you arrived ok and make sure you know where to go at the airport tomorrow.” I don't know, I'm not a business guy but it felt very cheap and petty.

No-frills, budget-friendly hotel conveniently located. The free breakfast was more than adequate. The staff, although professional and competent, were not exactly friendly or welcome. The biggest issue was the shower/bathtub. La presión del agua era muy baja y el agua caliente se desvaneció bastante en 5 minutos de la vuelta al duche.

First off this hotel has a great location. You can get on C-470 in just 2 - 3 minutes and access to I-25 is just as easy and takes only 5 or so minutes. Within less than a mile radius is the Park Meadows Mall, several supermarkets/drug stores, more restaurants than you can imagine, Walmart, Sam's Club, Target, Costco, Ikea, golf courses, bike trails, parks, and so on. The hotel appears to have been updated fairly recently as all finishes in the building looked clean, shiney and quite new. Our room was of average size with 2 queen beds that were very comfortable. We especially liked the fact that the shower/toilet area was separated from the bathroom sink area. The room was very quiet as there was no noise from either the outside or from adjoining rooms or the hallway. I usually don't sleep well in hotels, as the slightest noise keeps me awake, but during our stay here I slept like a baby. The front desk personnel were professional, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. The only slight minus to our experience was that the breakfast menu was on the light side compared to most other hotels we have stayed in, however the dining space is spacious and clean. In summary, you can't go wrong in choosing to stay at this well managed hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at The Armstrong Hotel this past Easter weekend. This was a staycation while I hung out with some friends who live in Windsor. So, I didn't do much on the main drag of College Avenue. But it seemed like a bustling and exciting place. The room was well kept and clean, and the front desk staff were nice and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, and the water pressure was great. I requested a luggage rack, and someone placed in into my room with no problem. I would definitely return to stay again. Maybe the 3rd floor next time. I was on the second floor and bless the cleaning staff for all they do, but they are fast and furious with that vacuum cleaner in the morning. That was the bulk of the noise I experienced. Not terrible. The parking was convenient, and close by. My only critique is that the parking lot next to the Bohlender Funeral Chapel needs some light at night. When returning late at night, the parking lot is extremely dark. And some cars were double parked. I read some reviews about the loudness of the train that goes down the next block on Mason Street. It wasn't bad. You should always travel with earplugs, but the hotel provided ear plugs which was a nice touch.
