TERRIBLE. Este es el momento en el no me devuelven el deposito que hice de 50 USD al ingresar al hotel. Lo quise hacer por efectivo y me dijeron que debia ser por la tarjeta pero ya han pasado 2 meses y no me han reintegrado mi dinero LO PEOR DE LA SITUACIÓN. El hotel no tiene ni whatsapp y el supuesto correo que brindan NO FUNCIONA. ES MUY TRISTE COMO UNA CADENA TAN RECONOCIDA HACE ESTO.

En general, no es bueno, cumple este precio de estacionamiento un poco caro, más de cincuenta días, si él te ayudó a estacionar 65. La comida no es tan buena, pero en general es buena.

Our hotel stay was generally great. All employees were kind and helpful. Breakfast was varied and appreciated. The only issue was not having enough elevators running during busy times of the day.

One of the cleanest and nicer La Quintas I've ever stayed in. It includes a nice weight room, updated lobby, abundant parking and it is next to I-25. I didn't try the pool or jacuzzi, but they looked good as well.

I had a wonderful stay at The Armstrong Hotel this past Easter weekend. This was a staycation while I hung out with some friends who live in Windsor. So, I didn't do much on the main drag of College Avenue. But it seemed like a bustling and exciting place. The room was well kept and clean, and the front desk staff were nice and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, and the water pressure was great. I requested a luggage rack, and someone placed in into my room with no problem. I would definitely return to stay again. Maybe the 3rd floor next time. I was on the second floor and bless the cleaning staff for all they do, but they are fast and furious with that vacuum cleaner in the morning. That was the bulk of the noise I experienced. Not terrible. The parking was convenient, and close by. My only critique is that the parking lot next to the Bohlender Funeral Chapel needs some light at night. When returning late at night, the parking lot is extremely dark. And some cars were double parked. I read some reviews about the loudness of the train that goes down the next block on Mason Street. It wasn't bad. You should always travel with earplugs, but the hotel provided ear plugs which was a nice touch.

Nice hotel, but a bit dated in the rooms. My carpet had a big wet spot when I got to room, that was weird. No spot above in ceiling, not sure what it was from. Housekeeping neglected to come the first day but they did come the second day at 8:30am. Knocked once - literally once - and then just opened the door themselves as I was on my way to open the door. Really frustrating to just let herself in with only one knock. Waited about 10 seconds, if that. I did let the front desk know when I checked out. Balcony could use a little more updated furniture, as well. Room is big! Isaiah and Priya (sp??) at front desk were amazing when I checked in.

La ubicación está muy lejos de la antigua ciudad Fort Collins, pero está más cerca de la autopista principal. Un punto en el que me decepcionó fue la falta de servicios de lavandería de huéspedes a pesar tanto del mapa de edificios como del mapa de salida de emergencia en la puerta de la habitación que lo enumeraba; se ha convertido en un baño para el personal. Además, la puerta de la habitación tenía un gran vacío por debajo de ella, lo que lo hizo demasiado fácil escuchar a las personas fuera del hall.

El chico de la recepción en el check-in fue un poco lento - había desaparecido en algún lugar en la parte de atrás, y le tomó un tiempo salir a ayudarnos. Había una cola de varios clientes antes de que él apareciera. Una vez que salió y nos ayudó, el proceso fue rápido. La habitación era bonita, todas las habitaciones son ”suites” y tienen una zona de estar al lado de la zona de la cama. ¡La cama era enorme y TAN cómoda! No utilizamos el servicio de limpieza ya que solo estuvimos allí una noche, pero la habitación había sido desinfectada y estaba limpia cuando llegamos. (Los letreros indican que la habitación ha sido ”desinfectada para su protección” en varios lugares). No hay servicio de habitaciones en este hotel, pero hay muchos restaurantes cerca para cenar. Tuvimos una estancia agradable y nos volveremos a alojar aquí. Frecuentamos esta propiedad una vez al mes y siempre hemos tenido la misma experiencia. Puedo recomendar este hotel.

Overall an okay stay. Convenient location just off I-25, with easy access to Denver Premium Outlets and nearby shopping areas. Basic amenities, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Good value if you're looking for a simple, budget-friendly stop near Thornton or just north of Denver.

Como miembro de oro de Hilton, siempre me hace un punto de estar en un Hilton por su buen servicio de escritorio y una habitación limpia y este Hilton no me dejó bajar. Situación excelente con el centro de la calle 16 al lado La habitación es limpia y lícita con cama cómoda
