Here’s my honest review! The studio is really pretty and clean. For the price, it’s super worth it , especially around Damansara where most places start from RM160 and still don’t offer much or aren’t as clean. The unit comes with a hairdryer, iron, mini fridge, microwave, and full cutlery set. No kitchen or stove, but enough for simple meals. Aircond is cold, Netflix is available (just log in with your own account), and the pool has a lovely view 🥰 definitely a bonus! Cons: Toilet drain had a slight smell and water pressure was a bit low (maybe I’m just used to stronger water at home hehe😅). Lift was also a bit slow had to wait 10–15 mins. But honestly, not a big deal. Still worth it if you’re looking for a clean, comfy stay on a budget👍🏻

Honestly said that this hotel is really worth for my stay for one night and I had been book this hotel since my first stay in KL, this would be my 8th time staying here. Will continue to book this hotel for all my upcoming trip. The room is super clean and all the toiletries provided. I would strongly recommend you guys to stay here and try it yourself. ☺️but of course for the one who drive, you will feel it’s easy to go to One utama shopping centre to look for food or you may go to the Curve, Ikano Power Centre Mall, Ikea for their meatballs, it’s near to the hotel. But for the one who didn’t drive, you may call Grab.

The hotel is in a good location with an affordable price, which was a plus. However, there were several issues during our 3D2N stay: Only 2 bottles of mineral water were provided for the entire stay, which felt insufficient. The flooring was not clean upon check-in. The toothpaste provided was barely 30% full and only usable for 2–3 times. Long waiting time for the lift, and when it arrived, it was extremely hot inside with no fan or ventilation.

The service apartment was generally comfortable and met the basic needs for a short-term stay. The room was clean upon arrival, with essential amenities like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a small kitchenette provided.

Clean room. But…. Location for this apartment so bad. Behind construction. Youll missed the road if u dont read maps carefully. Not recommend for family. For couple just ok. This room view all abandoned construction view. The room provides basic amenities which is good. Clean room. Fast check in. Got agent / receptionist at lobby. Lift all functioning. Just to remind this is vvv far from town. Else is ok. Oh ya grabfood&shopeefood rider also dont want to deliver food here. Hard to find food. Need go outside.

I had a pretty disappointing experience staying here. The location was very isolated, right next to an abandoned mall, with nothing interesting or useful within walking distance. Finding the place was a hassle, as the only way to access the hotel was through the car park, which felt strange and inconvenient. Checking in was frustrating too. Even though there were three staff members at the reception, only one was actually helping guests check in, so the process took way longer than it should have. The room itself was decent for the price I paid, but things started to go downhill the next morning. The elevators were a complete nightmare. Out of six elevators, one was reserved for staff, and the rest were either painfully slow or always packed. It took forever to get down to the lobby, and the same thing happened when we were checking out. Parking was another issue. It was really limited, which added to the overall inconvenience. The only good thing about the stay was one friendly staff member during the day, but unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to make up for everything else. With all the trouble I went through, I definitely wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone. It just isn’t worth the hassle.
