Really no bottle of water in the room. Room size was good enough. Hot water was good. Reception was nice. The carpet was too old to be cleaned. Heater was not that efficient that just better than nothing. Room located at different level which you feel get lost in the corridors😅

Es una muy agradable Año Nuevo. Absolutamente amar la tranquila sauna, jacuzzi y piscina. También hacen un gran desayuno. Lo amar! Altamente recomendar a la gente que busca una cocina agradable en un bonito barrio.

We were able to find the hotel easily on arrival very friendly reception staff We went to the room and found the tv had a personalised greeting on but the it was not working however phoned down to reception and they quickly rectified this We used the pool facilities and it was very busy and the male changing room and entrance to the spa area was very cold We were awaken at 1am by the fire alarm going off and this was due to a inconsiderate patron smoking in their room The bed was comfy however was on wheels and that is not ideal as it kept moving when you sat on it The follows were not great The room was nice and clean and the bath and shower floor were very slippery Otherwise a nice place to stay and fairly priced

We had a fairly nice stay. It was all ok but the cleanliness standard was very low even after raising it which was very disappointing for such a prominent brand of hotel. Service was good with friendly and helpful staff at the front desk.

El hotel está en la ubicación perfecta y fácil de acceder en ruta a la siguiente ubicación. El Wi-Fi fue un poco decepcionante con la necesidad de comprobar los correos electrónicos y el servicio de trabajo, pero nada que causara mucha molestia en nuestra estadía en el hotel.
