We’ve had a lovely time at Auberge Saint-Antoine! The hotel is lovely and the staff are great, it’s in a great location and some rooms have lovely views like the one we were lucky to get. We used the valet the first time we stayed there who were great, but ended up parking across the road at the multi-storey car park the rest of the days as the valet is around $45+tax and tip so works out quite expensive. We found a really lovely spot around the corner for breakfast too called L’Antiquaire Buffet, they have amazing breakfast and really well priced, lovely staff too! The hotel is in a great location and easily walkable to a lot of sights and great restaurants.

El hotel más satisfecho de este viaje! Se recomienda fuertemente! La ubicación es muy conveniente, conducir a la montaña de Huanhu en diez a quince minutos, puede dormir más tarde en la mañana, el hotel tiene un gran parque de estacionamiento muy conveniente, junto a la estación de gasolina.

La habitación estaba limpia e incluía desayuno gratis. Por circunstancias imprevistas, no pude registrarme en el hotel a tiempo, pero Ctrip me ayudó a coordinar y pude reprogramar mi llegada. ¡Gracias, Ctrip, por su atención desde el otro lado del mundo! ¡Y gracias al hotel!

¡Mi estancia fue absolutamente increíble! La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable: justo en el centro y cerca de todos los lugares de interés, muchos a un paso. El vestíbulo te recibe con un aroma refrescante y la cálida sonrisa del personal; te hacen sentir como en casa desde el primer momento.
Comí el filete más jugoso de mi vida, ¿y la piscina climatizada 24 horas? ¡Relajación total! Lo único que cambiaría es la ubicación de la piscina. Actualmente hay que atravesar el restaurante y el vestíbulo (abiertos a personas que no son huéspedes), así que se siente un poco incómodo pasar en traje de baño. ¡Un paseo privado o una piscina en otro lugar sería perfecto!
En resumen, la pasé increíble y sin duda volvería. 🤗

Pls note we went to this Hotel for a long weekend gateway with another couple. The check in process was easy and friendly. On our way to our rooms we noticed the corridors could have used some vacuuming, not a great first impression. Our room smelled musty and could do either an update, there was no safe in the room so we carried our valuables with us. The bathroom towels looked really uninviting in a greyish hue that once was white. The hard mini container shower gel was impossible to get out. The grounds and outdoor facilities were great, we used the pool and the Kayak on the lake. We also had a wedding party next door that kept us up till the wee hours, not very considerate at all.

I love this hotel. They have warm chocolate cookies, free hot spa and sauna. The bed is comfy and I had a really good sleep. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. I will definitely write a formal complaint.
I was at the shower - the shower gel and shampoo were both empty. Obviously they didn’t refill the bottle. That’s fine. I called the counter and asked them to bring me new bottles. They rejected and asked me to go down. Ok that’s fine. I asked my friend to go down. He came back and said someone would come to change the bottles soon. Sure. I stood in the shower room for 10 minutes and no one came. Ok maybe they needed more time. I came out of the shower and sat down on the bed. Another 10 minutes. So I asked my friend to find someone. He was told that someone would come again. Another 10 minutes. A man came and gave me a bottle of shampoo and body lotion???? My friend went out again and finally got me some shower gel in a cup. It took more than 30 minutes and I just stood there. After shower, I got to do the skincare routine, dry my long hair and so on. Eventually, I went to check out. I was late of course. The lady asked me to pay for late fee. I was like ???????????????????? Explained and she agreed to waive the fee. Everything was perfect until the empty da** bottles. I am late for my lunch reservation now and I am missing some attractions for sure.

HHanyiiStayed for one night with family to see Mont Tremblant. Great location, booked a room with two beds and the room has a pull out sofa bed so really recommend it. Parking is $22/night if you are bringing car. Breakfast is nice with your average continental breakfast. Room is clean and organized with a nice view outside. The hotel is overall a bit old but not a major issue.

HHello there!We had a wonderful stay at Chateau Frontenac. We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised to be offered an early check-in with a discounted upgrade to a king bed room with a view, which was a great start to our visit.
The room itself was lovely. It is on the smaller side, but that is completely expected in a historical hotel and only adds to its charm. Everything was well maintained and comfortable.
The service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The location is unbeatable and you truly cannot find a better spot to explore Old Québec and the surrounding area.
It is on the expensive side, but if you are visiting for a short stay and want to make the most of your experience, it is absolutely worth it. I would highly recommend it for a memorable stay in Québec City.

MMatt88My sister and I just finished visiting my son in Toronto and we decided to visit Montreal. We booked 2 rooms.
We had a terrible experience at Royal York Fairmont . We got kicked out from the lobby lounge by Karen over there for voicing our concern for the service being slow.
For we had absolutely low expectations for QE. When we checked in there were 3 staff at the counter. 2 of them were engaged in their friendly conversation and one of them stepped up to help us. I thought that was totally unprofessional for the staff chatting among themselves in front of guests.
Rooms are basic and clean. The location is central. The staff has showed no warmth and attention. In Asia a hotel of this level will greet u warmly and the better one will remember your name.
Services at restaurants in Montreal are top notch. We visited some with long history and the staff took pride to explain to us the history. It is a shame Fairmont has some of best historic buildings in Canada and the staff showed no interest to highlight the history of the buildings.
I travelled a lot for me to earn a diamond member here. I will avoid staying at Fairmont and any of their member hotels from now on.

MMarley KThis hotel is a little gem in a super area of downtown Montreal. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable, with high-quality sheets and a good selection of comfortable pillows. A kitchenette made it very easy to pick up salads or snacks to refrigerate or reheat leftovers from a restaurant the night before. Breakfast is included and there’s a good selection of fruit, boiled eggs, smoked salmon, deli meats and yogurt. Cereals as well. While there were scrambled eggs, I tried them twice but not cooked to my taste. Having said that, there were fresh pastries and bagels, so a bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon with some fruit served very well.
This hotel is very walkable to Notre Dame, Place des Arts and several theatres and museums. Lots of great restaurants to suit anyone’s tastes. The subway is literally a 3-minute walk and in 10 minutes, you can be at the Jean Talon Market, which has a plethora of foods and drinks to suit anyone’s taste palate.
I’d highly recommend Hotel and Spa Carre St. Denis and will definitely be back next time I visit Montreal.

Ubicación: 9/10 Muy buena vista al mar, el mar está justo fuera de la puerta, y este debe ser el lugar favorito para los locales y turistas para caminar y tomar fotos. ;
Cleanliness: 8/10 La habitación estaba limpia muy bien, pero había un fuerte olor de blanqueo cuando entraba la puerta;
Calidad del sueño: 2/10 Un grupo de personas en la habitación siguiente estaban haciendo ruidos altos y reíndose descuidadamente toda la noche. La habitación era muy agradable, pero no me gustaba nada. A pesar de que nos quejamos ante la recepción del hotel, el personal se acercó a la puerta para recordarles, también se quejaron otras habitaciones, y el personal se presentó más de una vez.
