El desayuno estaba bien, pero la razón principal era que el personal de servicio no entendía inglés y no podían entenderlo incluso si no querían beber agua con gas. Además, había una persona de recepción que se negaba a hacerlo. Ayude a conectar la tarjeta de membresía de Marriott, diciendo que no se pueden hacer reservas en plataformas de terceros y la actitud fue irrespetuosa.

El Mercure Duisburg es un hotel muy bueno. Especialmente por el precio que pagamos para 4 personas. El sofá-cama era cómodo para los niños y la cama para nosotros era agradable. La piscina era muy agradable. Los niños la disfrutaron mucho. La ubicación es absolutamente perfecta. La calle principal de compras está detrás del hotel a unos minutos a pie. No quedaron galletas extra, otros invitados también les pidieron. Tal vez sea bueno cambiar las galletas. Las galletas no son tan caras hoy, así que Accor, por favor, actualizar allí.  - hay sólo 1 ascensor. Eso fue muy incómodo porque el personal también usa el ascensor, especialmente también el mantenimiento de la casa con los coches.  - el tapete podría ser cambiado. Es limpio, pero parece viejo y se lleva. Colocan un discurso divertido, así que lo hace un poco mejor. Pero aún así, espero que la próxima renovación, por favor, tome eso también.  - la televisión tenía principalmente canales alemanes. Los canales de noticias también estaban en inglés. La televisión inteligente, desgraciadamente, no tenía aplicaciones como Netflix o Prime, etc., por lo que podía inscribirme con mi propia cuenta. Ni había manera de ver mi teléfono. Así que cuando los niños estaban durmiendo, me acabo de ver una película en mi teléfono... Algunas cosas pequeñas, pero nosotros recomiendamos el hotel. Si tienes un presupuesto más grande, puedes encontrar un hotel más lujoso, estoy seguro. Volveríamos.

Struggled to get through to the hotel as the phone number on the app used to make booking was in correct. The hotel is easy to find and transport links from the airport I give a 10/10 plus connection to the city was super easy. Upon arrival, the service desk staff were pleasant and apologised. Finally checked in and the room was clean and well done. However, my room was facing the major road and extremely noisy during the entire stay as the road is a busy one.  Ordered a late dinner and disappointed with my under done beef patty, the bun it came with required an electric knife to get through. I did complain and an apology was given.  Now, the hotel room doors bang whenever they’re being closed and made my stay unbearable. Something definitely needs to be done as I was put off!! Before retiring to bed, I hung the notice to not be disturbed..alas! the following morning after breakfast I just wanted to have a quiet time but I was rudely interrupted, disturbed coupled with the loud doors as the cleaners went about their inspections 2 x in a space of 10 minutes.  I would have loved to stay here on future visits but it’s a NO!!  The breakfast was lovely, sauna and swimming pool facilities too. I did not use the gym. Otherwise it’s in a good safe location.

El nivel de limpieza de la habitación no respondió a mis expectativas. La recepción era excusable y me trasladaron a otra habitación - el baño también tenía algunos pelo. Desearía haber reservado uno de los otros hoteles y definitivamente lo haré la próxima vez. No debería haber un número de pelo en el piso si está limpio. Muy decepcionado

The location of the Adina Hotel is very good. It is close to the train station, very convenient, and at the same time surprisingly quiet, which I really appreciated. What I liked most is that the room is well equipped for a longer stay. Having a full-sized fridge, a washing machine, and basic cooking facilities makes a big difference and adds a lot of comfort. The gym is perfectly fine, and there is also a swimming pool, which is a nice bonus. Overall, I was quite happy staying here for an extended period. There are a few downsides though. Housekeeping is supposed to happen every three days, but in reality it is quite irregular and unpredictable. Sometimes it does not happen at all unless you actively ask for it, which is a bit annoying. There is an app to request services, but unfortunately it did not work properly during my stay. Breakfast is okay but very basic and repetitive. The selection was exactly the same every day over two weeks, which gets boring quickly. In general, it is a good hotel for a longer stay, especially if you value space and self-service facilities, but there is room for improvement in housekeeping consistency and breakfast variety.

Podría haber elegido el hotel con el termó para celebrar mi cumpleaños con mi familia. Estamos llegando demasiado pronto, pero podíamos entrar. En el restaurante nos sirvimos muy apropiados y amables y cuando se nos dio cuenta de que mi cumpleaños está a punto o incluso decorar una mesa extra. Todo en general, la comida también era muy buena, el termismo era sensacional. Tuvimos un buen tiempo y gracias. 

Usually Crowne Plaza is quite a bit more modern and updated. Staff seems inexperienced and not trained for 4+ stars, somewhat rude and takes very long to check in… Rooms are size wise good, bathroom on the old side but clean. Overall I would recommend staying in Dusseldorf itself, as this is quite far for a city visit traveller.

The room was small but clean, which was fine for a short stay. However, the breakfast cost €25 and had very few choices — definitely not worth the price. The swimming pool was also quite small, more for a quick dip than for relaxing. On the positive side, the hotel is located in the city centre, which made it convenient for sightseeing and dining out. Overall, a fair stay but overpriced for the limited facilities provided.

El ambiente es hermoso y el desayuno es rico.

Newish Hotel, in a remote location, need a car to get around. The rooms have no climate control, needed to request a fan as it was hot and humid in room. The 'natural pool' was freezing and quite dirty to look at, pointless as not heated in Germany. For a chef hotel, breakfast was average, not consistent, one morning the eggs benedict were great, next morning, totally overcooked and unappealing, Pancakes were aweful. At dinner, service was also inconsistent, forgot the soup, brought it after a long time after main course, just didnt work. We also found it to be very inflexible for a small luxury boutique hotel - they only provided sparkling water in the room, when we asked to switch the bottle to still water, there was poor communication and a charge of 8 euro for the still water? tap water tasted pretty salty and did not want to use that in the coffee machine either. overall pretty average, would not return or recommend
