Un hotel más antiguo y cálido, un pareja japonesa de más edad en funcionamiento y un camarero de tía. La experiencia general es demasiado vieja, las instalaciones son muy viejas y cálidas son muy pequeñas; Está lejos de la estación de Tong Ben, el trayecto no funciona después de las cinco de la tarde. No hay servicio de transporte en el hotel. La caja es grande y los turistas con niños no son muy recomendados.

La recepción de la señorita Xiaoyu al principio del hotel era excelente. La gente era muy agradable y le dio elogios. La caldera después de la estancia era muy cómoda y la habitación era grande. As a Korean family living in the United States, we stayed here as a family of four with our two young children (40 months and 21 months old), and overall, we had a truly memorable experience. We booked through Trip.com, and because there were no clearly stated child occupancy policies during booking, we reserved the room as 3 adults. This later created some confusion during check-in, which I will mention below, but aside from that, nearly everything about this hotel was exceptional. First, the positives: The breakfast was outstanding—worthy of its Michelin Guide 2025 recognition. Every meal was beautifully prepared, thoughtful, and delicious. We chose a traditional Japanese-style room with tatami flooring, and for our family with young children, it was perfect. Being able to remove our shoes and comfortably live on the floor felt especially natural and relaxing as Asians, and parents with little children will understand how convenient and comfortable this setup is. The location is also excellent—within walking distance from Gora Station, where the mountain railway arrives. Even with two small children, the walk was very manageable. The onsen experience was wonderful, and the guest lounge available from morning until 10 PM was another highlight that made the stay feel luxurious and comfortable. The dining area itself deserves special praise. Enjoying breakfast and dinner while overlooking the beautiful inner garden pond was peaceful and elegant, and the restaurant service team was abundant, attentive, warm, and professional. It truly felt like top-class hospitality. Now, one disappointment: During check-in, one female staff member wearing a headscarf made several comments that felt unnecessarily cold and transactional. Because we booked as 3 adults, she repeatedly explained that our children could be accommodated because of that booking choice—as if we were receiving an exception—despite there being no clearly stated child policy during reservation. She also explained that only 3 adult yukata/lounge outfits had been prepared in the room because we booked for 3 adults, and said we could request children's clothing “if needed.” When I asked when we should request them, she simply repeated that we could ask when necessary. At that point, a more thoughtful hospitality approach would have been something simple like: “I see you have two young children—would you like us to prepare children’s outfits now?” That small difference would have reflected genuine care. At check-out, I again observed behavior that felt uncomfortable. A trainee staff member was assisting us, and when the trainee forgot to request identification, the same staff member visibly frowned and corrected the trainee in front of us. It felt unnecessarily tense and unprofessional in front of guests. What stood out was that every other staff member we encountered was warm, polite, smiling, and genuinely welcoming. They bowed, greeted us kindly, and made us feel respected. Only this one staff member felt noticeably different—cold enough that we were left wondering whether it was discomfort toward children, cultural bias, or simply a personal attitude issue. I travel frequently internationally for business in a senior executive role, and this was the first time I experienced service that felt this distinctly uncomfortable from a luxury hospitality employee. That said, I want to emphasize: everyone else at the hotel was wonderful, and the property itself is beautiful, peaceful, elegant, and family-friendly. We would gladly return—but I hope the warmth shown by the rest of the team becomes the standard reflected consistently by every member of staff.

A nice and magnificent hotel, we really enjoyed our stay even though it was only one night, the hotel location is very good on the edge of Yokohama Bay with a very beautiful city and ocean view, not too far from Minato Mirai station with very good access from Queens mal. Yokohama is very beautiful city not too far from Tokyo, we will love to come here again and stay more longer if visit Japan again next time

Todo estuvo genial. El tiempo era pésimo, así que nos alojamos la mayor parte del tiempo en el onsen del hotel y quedamos increíblemente contentos con la calidad de los onsen. La cena fue un buffet con algunas opciones interesantes. El desayuno era similar al de otros hoteles, pero con más variedad. Me encantó el sendero de 300 m entre el hotel y la estación del teleférico. Subir y bajar en teleférico fue rapidísimo y fácil. Llovió durante nuestra estancia, así que no pudimos disfrutar de las vistas del Fuji, pero imagino que serían preciosas desde el jardín en un buen día. Los baños son pequeños pero funcionales. Usamos tanto el onsen que nunca necesitamos la ducha de la habitación. Hay una bonita tienda de regalos y cafetería en la planta baja. Cafetera de autoservicio en el vestíbulo. La única razón por la que no le damos una calificación de 5/5 es que solo había una almohada para cada uno. Podríamos haber pedido otra, pero solo nos quedamos una noche y se nos hizo tarde antes de darnos cuenta. Las camas eran firmes, pero me gustaron. Las habitaciones son enormes, en comparación con otros hoteles japoneses.

Gracias a las reseñas de otros huéspedes que mencionaron el transporte, el viaje desde Odawara hasta el hotel fue un poco complicado, pero una vez que llegamos, sentimos que la elección fue totalmente acertada. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, con vistas a la montaña desde la habitación, que además es limpia y ordenada. El helado gratis del hotel estaba delicioso y era ilimitado, lo cual es digno de elogio. El desayuno era abundante y el bufé de la cena era muy bueno, con sashimi y anguila a la parrilla ilimitados. ¡Incluso tenían una langosta deliciosa! La variedad de bebidas también era ilimitada. Esa noche, disfrutamos del onsen al aire libre frente a la cascada y los árboles, y tenerlo todo para nosotros fue muy agradable. ¡El servicio de transporte del hotel es muy conveniente! El personal fue muy atento y detallista, con una actitud excelente y explicaciones claras. Aparte del inconveniente del transporte, todo fue maravilloso.

Hotel fantástico, pero debido a las reformas actuales del edificio, fue un poco difícil encontrar el vestíbulo. Por lo demás, es un hotel de categoría relativamente alta, a poca distancia a pie de la estación de Kawasaki.

Según la página web, ¡es un lujoso balneario de aguas termales! El personal habla inglés y la información sobre las habitaciones y el restaurante fue muy completa. El tofu casero del desayuno estaba especialmente delicioso, y la cena también. Su ubicación es ideal, a pocos pasos de la autopista de peaje de Gora que lleva al parque. Las instalaciones del hotel también son muy prácticas. Quiero destacar especialmente las aguas termales; estaban notablemente más calientes que las termales comunes, y como solo podía sumergirme unos cinco minutos seguidos, me sumergí en pequeñas cantidades varias veces. La vista desde la ventana también era preciosa; pude relajarme junto a ella, disfrutando de la brisa de la montaña. ¡Sin duda me alojaré aquí de nuevo la próxima vez que visite Hakone!

Great budget stay for the solo traveler! The place was always thoroughly clean and staff were friendly and helpful. It took some getting used to since it was my first time staying at a capsule hotel. For instance, no outside shoes in the capsule area: disposable slippers are provided once you arrive, so switch to those affter putting down your luggage. If you need an extra pair, you can grab one at the front desk. Also, your locker key has a QR code attached, so that you can scan to enter the capsule, locker, and shower areas. I kept forgetting to walk with it just going to the locker room, which you need the QR code to access! Thankfully, other guests would open the door for me since we shared the same space. One thing to note is the cleaning time between 11 AM and 3 PM: the capsules are unusable since they change the sheets, make the beds, etc., so it's best to be out in the city exploring or down in the lobby. Any bottles you leave in front of your capsule might be considered trash when they clean, so if you want to keep your drinks, keep them in the locker. If you have several personal items on your bed inside the capsule, depending on what it is, they may not enter to change the bedding, etc. so keep that in mind. They also provide sleepwear, disposable toothbrush and mini toothpaste, bath and hand/face towels in a small bag that they replace each day! There are proper places to return used sleepwear and towels (large laundry bags are clearly marked), same with trash disposal. There is a shower area with separate stalls. Many people tend to shower at night, so if you don't want to wait, it's best to shower before the cleaning time in the morning, or before 10 PM. Some girls would shower (and sometimes wash their hair), so it's common for many people to be in the showers late at night, even after midnight! Thankfully, there are small couches in this area, so no need to stand and wait. Also, the lockers are a bit tiny and narrow (see pic with disposable slippers), but I assume they are the standard for capsule hotels. They are the main storage for small items; luggage (like suitcases) is stored in an adjacent room. All in all, I would stay there again! Very close to Yokohama station, there are several restaurants, a few Family Marts and a Lawson's are within walking distance, as well as a mall called VIVRE with about 8 floors to browse.
