Beautiful hotel. Grand entrance with chandelier. Easy check in. Warm welcome from staff. Hotel staff Assisted with every request and made the holiday pleasant. Room had beautiful river and city views. Was actually better than the pictures online. Breakfast location: High ceilings and full windows overlooking the city and river. Spacious. Great selection of different cuisines. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again.

La ubicación era buena y el hotel estaba limpio. Era un poco ruidoso, ya que las habitaciones no están insonorizadas y se oía a la gente andar. Value for money. Big and spacious rooms. Comfortable beddings and showers. Located directly opposite, 200m away from Exit A of Ren Ming Guang Chang subway station. Although the furnishings are slightly depleted, the rooms were clean and comfortable to stay in.
The staff are also responsive and quick to resolve our room's problem.

Our stay at Park Kairos was amazing! The staff are very friendly especially the VIP manager’s service. Location of the hotel is also excellent and most importantly, it is well decorated and clean. Enjoyed our stay in the Korean style room. The staff even prepared a fruit platter for a birthday celebration. Highly recommend!

Durante el check-in, no podíamos aterrizar directamente delante del hotel, ya que dos vehículos bloqueaban el camino. Según el personal, estos coches pertenecían a los conductores que esperaban regularmente fuera para solicitar a los clientes, lo que hizo bastante incómodo para nosotros descargar nuestras maletas del taxi.
La habitación de lavandería está situada en el sótano, donde la recepción de señales móviles es muy débil. Además, el número de lavavajillas y secadoras es insuficiente para el número de huéspedes, lo que lleva a tiempos de espera largos.

Well centralised hotel with malls ard it that are of walkable distance.
Hotel even prepared dumplings for us to celebrate the dong zhi festival
They also set up a small cute decoration with free cake to celebrate our anniversary
Helpful and friendly staffs such as Long Cui and housekeeper that kept our room tidy daily
Hotel has 4 washing machine and 1 dryer also

Shangri-La es Shangri-La, y todo en Changchun Shangri-La me satisface. está completamente satisfecho. Durante el período en Changchun, el primer día llegué aquí a Youshan y Wanda se comió Haidilao; el segundo día fui a Jingyuetan y por la noche caminé por Guilin Road. El Museo del Sitio de las Sombras está bien. La gente de Changchun que conocí es muy confiada y pacífica, y es realmente agradable viajar a Changchun. We booked the Gyegok trekking through Trip.com, but as foreigners, we had trouble communicating with the trekking company. The manager helped us, and we had a wonderful time that will remain a pleasant memory.
If we have the chance to come to Changbai Mountain again, we would definitely choose this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We are truly grateful for the warm hearts of all the staff.
Also, grilling skewers and enjoying a glass of soju in the hotel parking lot was an unforgettable delight.

UUsuario invitadoWhat a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families.
For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though.
I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective.
Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building.
I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle.
But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat.
The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient.
It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C.
There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort.
Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol.
Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding.
We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day.
The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around.
Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back.
We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

This old dog picked this place as a first-timer to Changbaishan because on paper it reads like a dream:
✔️ 5-minute walk to the Changbai Mountain VIP entrance
✔️ Hot springs inside the compound
✔️ “Eco-exchange” — which I later learned refers to exchanging comfort for character development
Location? Prime marrow bone. 🦴
Reality, however, is a scenic winter obstacle course.
The hotel is thoughtfully scattered across three separate buildings — one for check-in and breakfast, another for hot springs, and because suspense is important in life, the Food Plaza lives in yet another building.
In winter.
On ice.
With wind that slaps.
Not exactly age-old-dog friendly. I waddled. I shuffled. I negotiated with my knees. At one point I believe my soul lagged behind and had to catch up.
To offset this Arctic triathlon, the staff are available 24/7 on WeChat, responding faster than I can type “why did I choose this hotel?” Efficiency deserves a respectful tail wag. 🐾
Now let’s talk Food Plaza, the hotel’s redemption arc.
The food is genuinely scrumptious, warming, and emotionally supportive after being bullied by Changbai winds. Takeaway is allowed — which means you carry it yourself. Eco-exchange again. This dog fetches his own dinner. 🥸
Then there’s the hot spring schedule.

Ah yes — write this review. ✔️
⚠️ Now, the bone that refuses to go down smoothly.
Despite having a relaxed stay, I felt continuously pressed for a 5-star review — on departure day from the first meeting in the lobby to gentle reminders all the way up the bus.
At that point, it stopped feeling like hospitality and started feeling like an exam I didn’t sign up for.
It made me sad, actually — because it suggests staff performance may be chained to guest reviews like sled dogs pulling corporate KPIs.
Trip.com, if you’re listening:
no guest should ever be pressured to review.
The moment reviews are pushed, ratings stop being honest and start being decorative.
This old dog is an independent reviewer.
I don’t bark on command.
I don’t roll over for stars.
And the harder the push, the more my paw hovers over the lowest rating out of pure principle.
Still — despite the ice, the walking, the soul-searching — the location alone makes this a smart base for Changbaishan first-timers.
Just come prepared with:
• good boots
• strong knees
• emotional resilience
• and the confidence to say, “I will rate when I’m ready.”

La habitación es grande, el baño también es grande, caliente y agua caliente, rápido, rica desayuno, la vista a la vista es mejor que la vista a la montaña, la pobre habitación familiar está esperando a la montaña, el personal es agradable, ¡adiós!
El río delante del hotel también puede bajar al río. Hay gente local que se mueve sobre hielo y esquí (bajo el río, ver si hay gente local)
La única inconveniente es que no hay comida cerca del hotel (cerca de pie), pero no podemos conducir por nosotros mismos, y Jilin no es grande. El último día el coche está de vuelta y es conveniente salir! Lamentablemente, no hay tiempo para probar la comida del hotel (no desayuno). ¡Tendré la oportunidad de volver la próxima vez!

I was in touch with Vincent on we chat before I came and he helped us organise Christmas Dinner at the Westin . Throughout our stay he was there for our every need , nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to look after us . A real asset to the hotel . Other members of staff I’d like to mention - Julie at breakfast who noticed as soon as we came in , remembered and served us our drinks , laid the table with a knife and fork and anticipated our needs .
Likewise Tyler in the Ski equipment area - who went out of his way to help us every day always with a smile on his face .
I have to say that the service we received has been the best we’ve had in any hotel in China in the 18 months we’ve lived here .
The location of the hotel was also excellent as it was right on the slopes and the next to the ski hire shop.
I would highly recommend this hotel

No pueden hablar inglés, pero usan WeChat para hablar con nosotros y ayudarnos todo, ya que reservamos como reservar el autobús o nos envíamos como ir al ferrocarril o cómo encontrar el autobús. También ayudan a ordenar la comida, reservar entradas de escenarios, escribir la señal para ayudarnos a volver al hotel, nos fuimos.

NnurelyaImpression: The hotel is so cute and really kids oriented. Its newly built and opened, hence not all taxi driver knew about the location. In Trip.com - English, the name is Sunggari Club Hotel. But if you want to ask taxi driver or bus, you should mention Sungouli instead and search in Amap using chinese name given in Trip.com.
Location: West slope of Changbaishan. If the weather permitted, you can see the peak of Changbaishan from far away but very nice view. It was more happening at night around Swissotel area and more shops and restaurant around that area.
Hotspring located in Clubmed building not far ifrom Swissotel and Burger King. The shuttle bus will only drop and pickup at Swissotel and not Clubmed, so you have to walk back to Swissotel once you finished with the hotspring.
Pros:
1. Kids friendly - decorations, play area, room. All so cute and pretty.
2. The room package inclusive of the entrance vouchers and activities - skiing, deer place, hot spring, special event, breakfast. So it is really worth the money.
3. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful - even tried their best to communicate with us in English.
4. There is laundry room with washing machine and dryer and the detergents to wash and dry your clothes.
Cons:
1. The hotel supposed to be kids friendly, but smoking is allowed inside the hotel. We've requested non-smoking room and we've got it. but the problem is, it is not non-smoking floor. Shockingly, there is smoking area in the hallway of the rooms besides the elevator in every level. So the smell will travel to the entire hallway and into the room. Since it was winter and heavy snow, we can't really open the window to let the smell get off. It was so suffocating. Really frustrated in regards of this as I strongly suggest for the hotel to consider implement a strict rules not allowed smoking in the premise and have a dedicated smoking area far from the room and eating place to promote safe place for the kids.
2. Even the hotel considered new, the toilet bowl still old-school, not automated as most of the new airbnb/homestay that we went. So for Malaysian, no bidet is the big concern 😅.

UUsuario invitado這個酒店有點九十年代的感覺，設施稍有陳舊，但是每個細節服務都讓你很舒服，很用心。這趟去金水鶴酒店，酒店免費幫我們升房，早餐品種雖然不太多，但是像媽媽的味道。床品很舒服，隔音也不錯，一覺睡到天亮。酒店很氣派，温泉雖然不算大，但是服務很周到。酒店的服務員都在微笑，而且是自然的微笑，對小朋友們很友好，不像我們在西坡萬達那邊感覺到是一種純商業化的氣氛。就像旁邊的美人松公園那樣自然和諧。
