Changchun ha vivido aquí en las últimas ocasiones, con un precio muy asequible, un transporte cómodo y un excelente área de centro urbano, excelentes vistas nocturnas y un servicio de calidad. Aunque es el hotel de cuatro estrellas más antiguo de Changchun, todo debe haber. Todavía está prosperando en el día de la fiesta. La verdadera estructura de la mezcla de lana está firme en paredes, el aislamiento de la voz es muy bueno, el agua caliente 24h es muy pulsa, la velocidad de reacción de WiFi es rápidamente indemorada. This is the best hotel I stayed at in China. Gorgeous views of the Jilin skyline, comfortable rooms and excellent staff. Good gym. But where it really shines is the restaurant. In the evening, they have an amazing buffet that serves all kinds of meat, including pork, duck, beef, sushi. After discovering that I had dinner there every single night.

This was my first time stay at Shangri-La Changchun and I was not disappointed. I felt welcomed when checked in. Ella at the front desk is professional and friendly. She introduced about the room facility to us, made the check-in process smooth and gave us free upgrade (Thanks, Ella!). The room we stayed was clean with beautiful view. The facility was nice. The breakfast was delicious and there were so many varieties of great food to choose. The cleaning lady was friendly and had her job well done. The staff also helped us call taxi. The fitness club and pool are great. We had dinner on the 2nd floor. The food was wonderful and the waiter was very friendly. The location of the hotel is central and perfect as a base in the city. We had an early check-out and need to rush to the airport. The gentleman at the front desk made the checkout extremely brief and wasted no time in getting us a taxi. All in all, we had a very pleasant and lovely stay at Shangri-la. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay again when visiting Changchun.

The front desk staff were especially polite, accommodating and thoughtful. They carried an elegant demeanour and exuded warmth in performing their duties. The carpet lining of rooms could be better maintained but the bathroom and bedding were spotless and clean.

Reservado este hotel debido a VIP tianchi & 3 horas de esquí gratis. Sin embargo, todavía estamos resuelven una cuestión de reembolso de depósito. Depósito de 1300 no se reclamaba debido a la prisa de la comprobación. Fue un reembolso complicado y el proceso está tomando mucho debido a que el efectivo se involucró. Esperemos que pueda resolverse pronto. En general, la bienvenida y el servicio es excelente. Sin embargo, el hotel es habitualmente inaccesible. El jefe y el jefe están muy entusiastas. Hace mucho tiempo que viajamos no se preocupaba en este tipo de hotel. Ha sido impresionado, pero esta vez no se reservaron hoteles en Changbai Mountain. Finalmente, eligió este hotel. ¡Realmente super limpio, el servicio no perderá el gran hotel! La próxima vez, también escogerá, la práctica económica!

吉林市這邊有項目，全國各地出差，住過的酒店大大小小几百個，真心被這家酒店感染到，前台服務很熱情，給我推薦了很多好吃的，沒有踩雷，而且吉林市很便宜，其次我淡季來，200多這個價格特別的好，空調單獨，床很舒服，我還特意問了床墊子的品牌，準備回去家裡也買一個，其次是衞浴很乾凈，真的不需要我收拾，拖鞋很軟，一看就是成本高的，然後門是2層，隔音真心不錯，作為常年出差的，這家的用品有點超過這個價格體驗了，牙膏特別多，而且牙刷很軟，被這個老闆打動到了，沐浴露洗髮水很好，沒有什麼香精味道，礦泉水都是百歲山的，太可以了，在酒店辦公很舒服，有單獨的桌子，真心推薦大家來這家酒店住，下週去滑雪，還來這個店！對了，早餐吃的很好，而且牛奶一直都有哈哈哈，不存在沒有了，這一點孩子很喜歡

The hotel is nice and to Changbaishan visitors centre is close by. The town to main street if walk takes about 20mins so better to get hotel shuttle service to drive around. The good thing about this hotel is that can arrange train station pick up and return but the arrangement is very troublesome. You need to have WeiXin and arrange 1 day before. The department that in charge for this service respond a little slow. Check in hotel process is smooth. Breakfast spread is ok. The driver that came to pick us was great and patients. We even engaged him to drive us to Yanbian for day trip where the national Park was close due to bad weather. Overall stay was good.

GGochuHonestly an amazing hotel. Great service and very helpful staff. It’s an old hotel but they’ve maintained it well. Highly recommended for a week worth of snow activities. Hotel also provide booking services beyond skiing/snowboarding like ice fishing.
Only downside is that it’s a bit far away from the ski field entrance.

They can’t speak English but they use WeChat to talk to us and help us everything since we booking like booking the bus or send us how to go to railway or How to find the bus. They also help order the food, booking scenic spots tickets, write the sign to help us to get back to hotel went we go out. If we have a chance, we will absolutely come back here.

PPaw5566Very Disappointing Stay – Not Suitable for Foreign Guests
We came to Wanda expecting it to be a convenient, one-stop destination for accommodation and skiing. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing.
1. Poor Support for Foreign Guests
As foreigners, we are not familiar with using WeChat mini programs. We expected the hotel staff to assist us, since everything needed to be booked through the app. However, the check-in counter staff were not trained to help foreign guests at all. We wanted to book ski suits and a ski coach directly at the hotel, but we were repeatedly told to “book on WeChat.”
Even after explaining that we did not know how to use the app, the staff simply brushed us off. In the end, I had to ask my local guide to arrange a ski coach elsewhere, and we did not ski in Wanda at all because of this very poor service.
2. Check-in Process Was Unhelpful
We were told that hotel registration must be completed on the WeChat app. Again, we explained that we did not know how. Instead of assisting us, the staff kept asking us to “go back to the room and do it ourselves.” This is not suitable for international travellers who may not speak Chinese or know the system.
3. Room Issues in Extreme Cold Weather
During our stay, it was -20°C outside, yet the heater in the room was not working properly. Our children fell sick with fever. The windows were not sealed properly, and cold wind kept coming in. The door also kept beeping even though it was closed tightly. In such harsh winter conditions, this is unacceptable.
4. Chaotic Breakfast Experience
Breakfast was always overcrowded. Staff showed no pride in their work and did not manage the situation. There were six of us, yet we were assigned a four-seater table and were expected to squeeze. It was clear that no one was supervising or caring about guests’ comfort.
Overall
Our stay was far from what we expected. This hotel operates like a self-service property, where guests are expected to know how to use WeChat mini programs, book everything themselves, and manage their own arrangements. It is not a one-stop service destination.
For international travellers, especially families with children, I do not recommend this hotel. The lack of assistance, poor room conditions in extreme cold, and disappointing service made our experience very unpleasant.

22Yann3I had an amazing stay at Floral Baihe. The entire place is exceptionally clean, and the location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk to plenty of restaurants. The surroundings are peaceful and serene, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff ( especially 韩丹) were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

This resort is tucked away at the foot of the attraction, making it the most convenient of spot to visit ChangBaiShan 👍🏼 regardless of the weather, there are facilities (ktv/entertainment/convenience stores, etc) that travellers can take advantage of if the weather is adverse and routes up the mountains are closed for the day. There is even a restaurant area that caters nice food, pricing might be steep to some but it is definitely delicious. The butler service is also excellent at keeping you informed of all the activities, which is not easy when they have like close to full capacity of guests during my stay, kudos to them. And last of all, I got to celebrate my anniversary with thoughtful preparations from both cleaning crew as well as the concierge! Marvellous work! 👍🏼

The location is perfect for travelers who need easy access to Changbaishan Railway Station, and the park right across the street provides a lovely place for a relaxing stroll. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the outstanding service I received from the moment I checked in. Chen Yuanyuan (陈园园), the hotel staff, was an absolute delight. She is always smiling, polite, and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the beginning, she warmly escorted us to our room and took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in detail. Her thoughtfulness did not stop there. She proactively connected with me on WeChat to ensure quick responses to any requests we had. The next morning, she personally reminded us about breakfast and even offered to come to our room to guide us to the restaurant. Her dedication was evident as she stayed until we were seated comfortably in the buffet area. Even after checkout, her exceptional service continued. She presented us with lovely hotel gifts and waited with us until our taxi arrived, ensuring a smooth departure. Chen Yuanyuan’s service attitude is truly commendable. Her attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism set a high standard for hospitality. She is undoubtedly a role model for her peers and a huge asset to the hotel. This experience reinforced my belief that service in China is truly excellent, and it’s because of staff like her that I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Changbaishan in a different season. SStevey_FlI read extensive reviews before I booked this hotel a few months ago, and my experience staying 3 nights here did support those excellent reviews.
The services were superior and the staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good and packed with sufficient proteins and nutrients to prepare for a full half day skiing. You can rent ski equipments ( even clothing) right at the basement conveniently after you are done eating. Ski passes and ski classes can be purchased right there, with the channel discount prices, so you avoid the hassle of doing these things at the Ski Service Center.
There is a Tesla Model Y always ready to take you from hotel basement to the ski slopes (the ski-in and ski-out access was closed during my stay there but in most cases you could do it) and take you back to hotel whenever you call them a few minutes ahead of time). The hotel itself is located within walking distance to the ski lifts, so even without the transportation assistance, it is manageable by putting on ski boots and just walk back and forth with your skis.
The room I booked has a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a living room with TV and dining table and a kitchen sink and stove ( but no utensils yet so don’t expect to cook meals there). Bottle waters and snacks were replenished daily for free.
Besides its own dinning facilities and a small grocery store on the basement, there are plenty of options to eat and shop on the Main Street just down the road from the hotel. Overall, the New Story is a happy story and I look forward to returning in a year or two.
(My advice for those who can afford flexible schedules, try to come here in slow season like now outside the Xmas and Chinese New Year windows, the snow is still quite good yet the crowds are not existent and you can get really good deals in staying, though the lift ticket is still not cheap, 430 RMB a or some $60-65 a day. Much more in busy season).

FFootloose YBThe hotel is only a 3-minute walk from Changchun Railway Station. It is very convenient if arriving at that station. The locality has plenty of convenience shops and some restaurants (local food).
Check in was efficient, though, like virtually all hotels outside Beijing and Shanghai, only Chinese is spoken. Staff have to use a translation app to handle English. Not sure what they do if some other language.
The room was ready and clean on arrival at 2pm. It was reasonably spacious. It did not have a desk, but a 1-metre diameter round table, which could serve as a desk. However, because it was not placed against a wall, there were no power points at the table. There were sufficient power points around the room, however, just not at the table. Lighting was good and temperature control was precise. Unfortunately there was no mini fridge. The bed was a bit too firm for me. There was a proper luggage rack, which was good.
The bathroom was reasonably spacious too. All fixtures looked very new. Hot water came through quickly. Water pressure was good, but drainage in the shower might need some maintenance.
Almost all food at breakfast were Chinese items. Like many hotels outside of Beijing and Shanghai they don't have much more than sliced bread, butter, jam and yogurt, in terms of western items. Even teaspoons, forks and knives were unavailable. Imagine spreading butter on your sliced bread with chopsticks. The Chinese food dishes, on the other hand, changed daily. Fruit was limited to just one kind (melon) that didn't change daily. The simple fact that nearly 100% of guests are domestic tourists, not foreign tourists, explains the above.
Management needs to train their dining room staff to speak softly. It was striking how often staff shouted across the room to other staff and even customers,, creating a noisy atmosphere.

UUsuario anónimoHotel is located directly in the Wanda international ski resort, near the smaller ski service center. There is also a shuttle bus every half an hour to the big skiing center, which is convenient for everyone who would like to start their skiing experience there.
However, we were a bit disappointed that the hotel staff members didn’t speak English, or just very little and therefore every issue or request was handled using the translation machine (and the translation wasn’t very accurate). Even though the staff was trying to be helpful, translating every single sentence was frustrating and tiring to say the least and both the staff and even us have gotten annoyed with the rather lengthy process.
Accommodation charges included also 3 skiing tickets (equipment included). Although it might be a big plus for a family with 1 child, for us it wasn’t that much of an advantage. We wanted to buy the same rights and benefits for our second child, but it wasn’t possible, so every day we needed to start with buying a skiing ticket for one child and renting an equipment, as it wasn’t possible to buy the ticket and renting the equipment for the whole week.
The hotel breakfast was very tasty with variety of choices. Mostly Chinese options with fewer western style food, but this wasn’t problem for us, as we like Chinese options more.
We were also satisfied with cleanliness and hotel amenities, a little convenience store directly in the lobby was also nice to have.
