This was our second stay at this hotel, and everything was still perfect. We want to express our appreciation for one of the staff members at check-in, Yuki. She remembered us—perhaps because of our limited Mandarin skills (haaaa....haaa.....)—and went out of her way to ensure we understood everything we needed to know. Yuki also reminded us to reach out to her or her colleagues if we needed any assistance. Her efforts made our stay even more enjoyable!!

很失望的一次入住體驗，我一般很少給差評，但是這一次我要給ACA一個差評，希望能引起酒店管理層的重視！ 服務：首先服務很一般，五鑽的酒店這個服務是令我有點失望的，打電話給前台打兩遍才有人接，退房的時候也沒人問我有沒有開車，需不需要掃停車碼。 酒店早餐也不符合五鑽酒店的標準，豆漿是加了水的，水煮蛋是空頭的，不新鮮，煎蛋是冷冰冰的，應該要考慮有一個保温措施，而不是煎好了就直接放盤子裏！唯獨滿意的就是瓦罐湯，瓦罐外面乾乾淨淨沒有油漬，湯底也清澈透亮，喝起來清清爽爽！給做瓦罐湯的師傅點一個贊！另外就是酒店主打的江景，我認為這個景色還是挺不錯的，要是玻璃能擦乾淨就更好了，景觀玻璃內側上面一坨油，還是我自己拿毛巾擦掉的，因為酒店的紙巾真的要吐槽，五鑽酒店提供的抽紙還不如快捷酒店的抽紙好用。哎 客房服務和客房主管檢查驗收這方面還是有很大的進步空間！就説這麼多吧，越説越失望...

Very centric and fancy hotel, a good value and comfortable stay. The suite is huge, you get 2 bathrooms, a living room and the bedroom. They gave us the room a bit earlier than check-in time and although they took a while with our passports, they were very nice overall. Same as everywhere, be ready with the translator apps.
