Los baños privados son difíciles de usar, pero el baño público grande y el baño al aire libre fueron geniales.
Me encantan los helados y las bebidas que ofrecen después del baño.
La comida es normalita. ¡Ah! Supongo que el hecho de tener que pagar por hora para el bar de bebidas es un punto negativo.

Muy buena ubicación. Está justo en la estación Sendai JR. La habitación es grande y limpia. Las instalaciones en el baño son muy impresionantes! Muchas tiendas y restaurantes justo al lado del hotel.

The hotel location is close to Matsushima sightseeing area, very convenient for taking Matsushima Shima-meguri Island Sightseeing Cruise as well as visiting Zuiganji Temple / Entsu-in Temple etc. The hotel restaurant offers delicious dinner and breakfast. The onsen is good. The room rate is also reasonable.

The hotel is about 15 mins walk from Shiroishi Station and 4 mins walk from Shiroishi Zao Station. The room is quite big and bed is very comfortable. There are a Key Cafe in the Lobby and also 2 japanese restaurants. I have a pleasant stay in the hotel.

The lobby was spacious to chill and nice, especially when the in-house pianist played some soothing classical. My room was decently cosy. My bed was a combined layout of 2 single beds, though one mattress was slumping low overworn out on its spring, while the other was firm. Felt kinda weird sleeping in the centre, which I usually do, with the gap and unevenness. Service was excellent and attentive. Kind assistance from front desk Loida, helping me to translate conveying a request I wanted to put across for my next hotel stop. There is a public bath on the 16th floor, nice and clean. Elevator is kinda slow though. Location is under 10mins walk from Sendai JR station, on a quiet stretch away from the bustling shopping area.

The rooms are equipped with a shower, TV, refrigerator, air conditioner, and dehumidifier, and the beds are quite comfortable. Pajamas are provided, and other amenities can be picked up at the reception if needed

IIampareMuy bien situado. A pocos minutos a pie de la estación de Sendai y alrededor de muchas tiendas, restaurantes y tiendas de departamento. Hay 7-eleven y Starbucks en el primer piso. La habitación es muy agradable. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad. Encontrámos un problema con el secador de pelo a medianoche y el personal cambiaba una nueva para nosotros inmediatamente.

Location within walking distance from the JR Sendai station. Staff was polite and helpful. Love that you can check if the restaurant is full in the morning via the TV in the room. Coin laundry payment is cashless. Such an enjoyable stay.

Room and hotel both had nice amenities. But the room could have been a bit cleaner. I noticed during my 4-night-stay, that the room had not been vacuum cleaned once and two times I received a slip of paper by the cleaning staff that the cleaning could not be completed. One time they stated that there still was my stuff on the table and therefore it could not be cleaned. Another time, they did just leave the slip without checking a reason. I was confused both times, since all the things left on the table were the ones the hotel put there. The bathroom should also not only be treated for mold, but should be cleaned more thoroughly in general, since there was still dirt on the walls and cealing, which caused a small number of flies to live in the bathroom.
Some people might also find it hard to fall asleep, since the walls are thin and you can hear the noise from the street as well as the very loud bathroom vent that is on 24/7 and cannot be switched off.
Location of the hotel was easy to find and very central, so that was really nice.

UUsuario invitadoI am so glad I chose Komatsu-kan during my stay in Matsushima. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. When I told him I am a vegetarian, he kindly informed the kitchen to exclude animal flesh and seafood from my meal. (Usually, hotels ignored my food request, or they just gave me tofu and pickles for my meal.) The next morning, I was so surprised to see my breakfast. I loved the fresh salad, steamed vegetables, over-easy eggs, chawan-mushi, and the pickles even tasted better than before.
Then the room surprised me with the pine tree and the beautiful sea view. The next morning I woke up at 4:45 to see the sunrise. Just from my room, I could see the sun slowly rising from the other side of the sea. Stunning! I really enjoyed the little Me time here.
Actually, this hotel is well-maintained, and that helps raise the value of it. I also love the fresh little flowers right next to the washing basin. And the people working here are quite ya-sa-shi. They are kind and gentle. Generally speaking, this is a nice place worth staying and relaxing in.

CCrazyKimA nice little hotel, conveniently located near the Sendai Station and is easy to find. The artificial public hot bath, though small, is nice to get rid of fatigue after a day's tour. The breakfast place is a bit small but the food is very nice with sashimi. A bit disappointed though as they didn't serve beef tongue curry (beef curry instead) on the day of my stay, but overall quite a good hotel and will book again if I ever visit Sendai again.

MMarble202Transportation: easiest with a 50-min taxi ride from Sendai airport unless int’l traveler wants to transfer via trains/buses. Nearest bus stop/little township is 遠刈田温泉 (13-min by foot to the Inn).
Key feature is open air onsens in forestry — this is why I chose to stay. Delightful breakfast and dinner (during dinner, there are all-inclusive drinks menu + additional charge ones). I enjoyed the 2nd night’s beef/daikon pot in particular. There are hearth side afternoon refreshment, happy hour beer, post-dinner snack that you will be kept fed warmly.
The aircon in Buna room would blow directly on the head so the fan blade should be adjusted.
Staff English speaking capability varies but they made every effort in solving problems. Little hiccup after checking out that the bus time table the Inn indicated was outdated, but I still managed to change my route in the fly, which is the beauty traveling in Japan.
