«母と2人で夕食と朝食付き一泊セミダブルの部屋に泊まりました。私が体格がいいせいなのか、シングルベッドなの？という感覚で母と2人で寝るにはベッドが狭く感じました 私、ベッドから落ちました😅 普通体型の方ならベッドから落ちることはないと思います 夕食と朝食はバイキング形式で、とても美味しくて大満足です😋手作りのおかずが充実していて野菜がたっぷり摂れました 高校生の団体のお客さんが何組か泊まっていたようですが高校生の胃袋もしっかり満たしている感じがしました 料理が足りなくなったらスタッフの方が補充してくれます スタッフの方も親切に対応してくれました 食事が想像以上に素晴らしかったですし、安く泊まれて最高でした😊また泊まりに行きたいです»

«Our 8-day stay at Hotel Metropolitan Sendai East was exceptional from start to finish. We booked a Superior Double room, and it felt surprisingly spacious and comfortable—especially for an extended stay. If I had to sum up this hotel in one word, it would be convenience. Its location directly within Sendai Station makes getting around effortless. Trains, buses, and a wide variety of dining options are all just steps away, which made exploring the area incredibly easy. The breakfast selection was generous and satisfying, offering plenty of options to start the day well. What truly stood out, however, was the customer service—consistently attentive, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. We would absolutely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sendai.»

«El hotel tiene un tono de diseño, el arquitecto es rica en las características, y el museo tiene una exposición que introduce la historia del fundador. El hotel tiene varias opciones de casino que pueden relajarse. Además, la cena y el desayuno del hotel son de calidad, y el espacio en el restaurante es muy bueno, hay espacio privado entre los huéspedes, lo que permite a los huéspedes usar la cama comodamente.　»

«The first thing I'll write about Richmond Hotel Premier Sendai Ekimae is the good location. It's right next to Aobadori Station, but there is only a stairway down. An elevator is located not too far away, and I'll get to that in the last part of this review. The lobby of the hotel has a nice ambience, and the hotel offers one complimentary drink and a complimentary bowl of soba noodles. Since the majority of hotel guests take advantage of these offers, the lobby and bar can be crowded during both day and night (until 22:00). The staff whom I interacted with, especially the young lady upon check-in, were all very friendly and helpful. Water coolers are available on each floor next to the elevators, so if it's late at night and you're out of water, you don't have to go far. This is a good service by the hotel. I really like the fact that from the ground level, you can take the elevator directly up to your room floor, bypassing the usually busy and crowded lobby. When it comes to sound insulation between rooms, unfortunately this was not too good. I was able to hear my neighbours banging their limbs, suitcases, clothes hangers etc. against the walls. I didn't really hear talking, but that's probably because my neighbours were Japanese and talked to each other in low tones (non-Japanese people should emulate this). As for noise from the streets, my room faced another building (which was what I requested), so I didn't hear much traffic noise. The shower temperature in my first room fluctuated badly. It would be hot for about 30 seconds, then it turned cold for a minute, then hot again for 15 seconds, then cold again for a long time. The hotel staff helped me switch to a different room, and the shower temperature in the second room was fine. The furniture in the rooms are a bit old, but that's not a big issue. The fridges on the other hand are too small and not cold, the hotel should purchase larger and better units. A nitpick of mine is having to use the television to choose the 'Do Not Disturb' sign for the cleaners. I'd much rather a switch next to the door, or the traditional sign to hang on the doorknob. I did not have breakfast at the hotel nor did I use any of the facilities, so I have no comment on those services. Overall, I had a good stay at this hotel and would recommend it to others. I hope that in the future the sound insulation between rooms can be vastly improved, and that the hotel can provide physical 'Do Not Disturb' signs or switches. Side note: If you have large luggage and need an elevator, you have to walk south just a little along Atagokamisugi-dori, and soon you'll see an elevator to the underground station. When you get into this elevator, get to the lowest level, and when walking to Sendai station via the underground passage, there is another elevator in an oddly-angled corner. «👍La ubicación es excelente, justo enfrente de la salida 1 de la estación de metro Miyagi-no-dori (salida sur). Está a 5 minutos a pie de la estación JR Sendai. Aunque se encuentra en una zona menos concurrida cerca de la estación Sendai, aparcar es relativamente fácil para quienes van en coche. 👍Las comodidades de la habitación son básicas pero suficientes. Excelente relación calidad-precio. 👍¡Aire acondicionado individual! Usar el secador de pelo y el hervidor eléctrico a la vez provocó un apagón. La recepción lo solucionó rápidamente, lo cual parece ser la práctica habitual. 👎🏻Sin embargo, había un ruido molesto, intermitente y frecuente (la habitación está en la planta 8, la última planta, lejos del ascensor). Parecía el sonido de un gran extractor de aire, ¿o una bomba de agua? Resultaba bastante molesto por la noche, cuando había mucho silencio.»

«This was my third stay at The Westin Sendai, and I continue to love both the hardware and the service. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the two restaurants are truly excellent — always one of the highlights of my trip. However, during this visit, the lady at the lobby reception was not as helpful as expected. While she remained polite, her attitude felt a bit less sincere compared to my past experiences. That was the only small disappointment in an otherwise wonderful stay.»

«El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de Sendai y hay varios parques de coches cerca. También es muy conveniente tener un FamilyMart junto al lobby en el piso. La zona de lavandería es muy pequeña y habría sido más agradable si hubiera más máquinas disponibles. La secadora no era muy eficiente. El servicio era grande y el hotel era muy limpio. Las habitaciones eran de buena tamaño. Regresaría.»
