We encountered a little incident during our stay. On the 2nd day, we came back to a room of darkness. The electricity supply was cut. After the hotel’s maintenance staff checked, he told us that the room’s circuit breaker had tripped and was faulty. He would require some time to fix the situation. He quickly informed the front desk and they immediately arranged another room for us. Kudos to their quick response. Overall, the rooms were comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant stay.

Upon arriving at the Xiyue Minnan Courtyard Hotel, I was greeted with great hospitality. As I was unfamiliar with the surroundings just after getting off the car, my Driver called the Hotel for assistance. The Hotel is located inside a PEDESTRIAN ZONE. Shortly after the call, Siao Dong came to my drop-off point to help me with my luggage and assisted me to check in. She also carried my Baggage to My Room 2303 at Level 3 as there is no Lift Facility here. I thanked here very much as I would have problems carrying my Baggage as I am over 77 years of age. This Ancient City is truly a wonderful place, and the hotel environment is quite pleasant as well. There are lots of variety of local food and snacks. The Hotel also assisted to book a Group Tour to visit Nanjing Toulou and a Private to Fujian Toulou. Also arranged for my private transport by Car to my Hotel in Xiamen.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The location is very convenient as well. The hotel is right by the roadside: if you walk to the left and cross one traffic light, you’ll reach Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street; if you walk to the right and cross a traffic light, you’ll arrive at the Eighth Market (Ba Shi). Taking a taxi or didi to the ferry terminal is also easy and quick. It’s a great area for sightseeing. The hotel staff were warm and friendly. The front desk helping with the parcels were very attentive. The aunty at the noodle station was also lovely, the noodles served in early morning were delicious. The housekeeping aunties kept the room very clean, which made the stay comfortable. Thank you for all the good service! Overall, it’s great value for money, with a convenient location and friendly service. Highly recommended!

I did travel to china many times and stay at different hotel, this hotel really give me a very good impression of the good service provided by the hotel staff. Even my young son also share with me the same view. Keep up the good work.
