El hotel es un hotel muy bueno, pero no está en el centro de ninguna parte. Usted desea permanecer en la ciudad de Yamagata, también llamada ciudad Yamagata, para que pueda llegar a lugares turísticos famosos. La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable. Este lugar está cerrado al aeropuerto de Shonai no el de Yamagata, así que tuve que reservar otro vuelo de Shonai. El hotel es muy bonito, con un diseño inteligente en todo. Me encantaba el arrecife. El hotel está muy bien, pero no hay nada que comer, excepto pagar un precio muy alto para comer en el restaurante del hotel. La belleza de este hotel era como una trampa, como yo estaba ciego de su belleza y no podía ver todas las demás desventajas.

Realmente buen hotel en Zao onsen. La ubicación es fácil de encontrar y aparcamiento gratuito para el huésped. La habitación es grande y limpia. Me encanta la ventana en nuestra habitación ver la nieve cayendo y la pequeña cubierta también. No hemos reservado la cena y el desayuno, así que no sé el sabor de la comida. Pero, el arañazo es realmente genial!! Me encanta el arañazo al aire libre que puede ver la vista de la montaña Zao mientras se baña y la nieve cae en la cabeza!! pero sólo el miedo de oso. ¡Qué agradable quedarse aquí!

Even though we called the hotel stating that we would be late for the check-in and dinner as there was heavy snow in the highway. The staff postponed it to 730. However, the snow was so heavy, we lost our way in town and we arrived at 8:10. The staff saying that we were too late and rejected to provide any food for us. we had to walk downhill to the town to find our own dinner. however, on the second night of our stay, we noticed that the other guests were having dinner at 9:10 when we passed by the restaurant. We know that we were late, but I believed that hotel is in the hospitality industry, the staff have to be considerate to the guests. as we were not meant to be late on purpose, just because of the bad weather outside, we couldn’t drive fast. We were in the highway 2 1/2 hours without any food and drink in the hope of arriving on time.

It’s quite a big hotel, 3 buildings are connected and there are many rooms. The rooms are a bit outdated but still maintained well. Service was good and flexible. Transportation to the village is quite necessary when the roads are covered by snow, especially with luggage. They have free shuttle bus which is great. Best parts: 1. Dinner semi-buffet has unlimited alcoholic beverages including local sake, draft beer and wines. 2. Ski & board rental shop is right outside of the hotel. Although hotel only accept cash for the lift ticket, you can rent the gear (rental shop accepts credit card) and ski down the hill (20sec) to the cable ticket counter to buy ticket, pay by credit card. The location has lifts 5,6 and cable 4

Super convenient connected directly to the JR train station. Very clean. Only defects may be compact space and heating is too strong, but not significant problems at all.

Como no hay servicio de autobús, se tarda unos 15 minutos en llegar a pie desde la estación de Kaminoyama Onsen hasta Saiki Sakaeya.

The Tendo Spa and Brewery was a total score and fantastic destination to end our Japan journey. Very convenient to the Yamagata Airport we spent our final evening pampered at Tendo. The all inclusive package was good value, especially for craft beer enthusiasts. Superb breakfasts and dinners, free flowing sake and beers. The sculpture garden is beautiful and design throughout is clean and thoughtful. The onsen is spacious and soothing. Only wish there was a cold pool in general bath area. My wife really enjoyed ourselves at the Tendo Spa & Brewery

Love that the hotel is just across the road from Zao Chuo ropeway where we had our ski lessons. Ski shop just few steps away (with discount for hotel guests). Super convenient! Room was relatively spacious though bathroom is a tad small. Bought the half board package with breakfast and dinner, which had more than ample portions. Hotel Onsen was also a nice experience, esp. the outdoor one. Highly recommend.

設施：中規中矩、不算很新，但還不錯。 衞生：衞生狀況還蠻好的 環境：小鎮環境很幽靜，雪國風光很美，家家户户都有柿子樹 服務：服務有待提升，前台小夥子幾乎不會英語，狀態也不算很熱情，跟很多日本旅社不一樣 餐飲：晚餐還不錯，蠻豐富的，餐具也很美 特別表揚下大堂的免費小吃和咖啡☕️

I enjoyed my stay. Hotel is across the street from the train station. Room has a large window that has a great view of the city.
