El anfitrión nos ayudó de manera amable y servicial. Las habitaciones están muy limpias al igual que el baño. Como el edificio está situado en una zona vibrante de Rotterdam, no experimentamos ninguna contaminación acústica. ¡¡¡Muy bien organizado!!

Reservé este hotel para un fin de semana de cumpleaños en Róterdam y creo que fue lo mejor que hice durante mi viaje. El hotel es perfecto, todo el personal es amable, atento y atento, y está impecablemente limpio. No tengo ninguna queja. ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

Our initial impressions were mixed. On one hand, we were impressed by the hotel’s atmosphere and the check-in staff were efficient and friendly. On the other hand, there were some “interesting” house rules displayed at front desk which made us question what type of people they have staying in the hotel and how they view/treat their customers. The location is 10/10. 1 minute walk to Maashaven metro station, very centrally located and saved us lots of travelling time. More time for exploring! The service was extremely mixed and inconsistent. The desk staff were lovely and kind. I needed late checkout at 5am and someone was there to deal with the matter quickly. However, the lady who appears to be the manager is cold and quite frankly rude. My partner became unwell on our last night and by 2pm he was better but still not 100%. I explained the situation and requested 1 extra hour as he got himself together. The member of staff I spoke with was very sympathetic and had to double check with the manager if we could stay the extra hour. Totally within their rights to say no, I understand that. The manager agreed. It’s the way she handled the matter - with absolutely no grace and no manners. She was evidently reluctant and did not directly address me at any point, she completely ignored me. Really bad customer service, especially in an already stressful situation. Please learn how to communicate with people or don’t work or sit at the front desk with your terrible attitude, bringing down the rest of the hard working, friendly front staff desk.

Conveniently located just 15 minutes from both the train station and the main shopping district, this hotel offers an ideal base for exploring the area. It stands out as one of the better options in its category, offering comfort and excellent service. The staff are a true highlight – friendly, attentive, and responsive to all enquiries. A special mention goes to Merle, who went above and beyond to assist us with travel arrangements. Her warm and professional manner made a lasting impression. One area for improvement is the breakfast offering. Guests with dietary restrictions or those who avoid meat and eggs may find the options somewhat limited. Expanding the menu to cater to a wider range of dietary needs would enhance the overall experience. Overall, a highly recommended stay with thoughtful service and a prime location.

Mi familia y yo pasamos dos noches en este hotel durante nuestras vacaciones de verano. Era un hotel agradable con un diseño intrigante. El bar y el restaurante tenían un camarero muy amable. Sin embargo, hay aspectos en los que el hotel podría mejorar. Entre ellos, la necesidad de un ascensor (las escaleras son muy pequeñas y empinadas, especialmente si se lleva una maleta grande) y las habitaciones son bastante pequeñas. Llegamos a Róterdam el mismo día en que comenzaba el Carnaval de verano. Lamentablemente, no fue una experiencia agradable, ya que las calles estaban abarrotadas de gente y se bebía demasiado. Como familia, nos sentimos inseguros. Al día siguiente, las calles estaban llenas de basura.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is great, close to all the major tourist attractions. Initially, we booked a room with our breakfast. The receptionist offered to upgrade us to executive room with breakfast and the room was immediately ready for our early check-in. The breakfast experience was very good. We were greeted by the head chef who did our dishes well. The only thing that did not go so well is the elevator maintenance. Of the two elevators one was under maintenance so the waiting time was quite long. But we were warned about this when we checked in.

We had a wonderful time! Very convenient if you’re attending a concert or show at Rotterdam Ahoy, it’s right next to each other, with lots of parking space. Room was lovely, nice atmosphere in the bar and restaurant as well. Highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable bed, a bit tiny if you have big stuff. Wireless charger doesn't work very well, I used USB cable instead. Showers cabins and toilets are just like ones of those at swimming pools, so it's okay. The hostel doesn't seem acquainted with trip.com, so they charged me the whole amount a second time, but normally I got refunded.

Arrived at 7+am due to overnight train. Service staff initially refused my Euro note for city tax that I exchanged in SG. It had at most a 0.1-0.2mm tear. Asked for legal policies, but the staff incorrectly stated that the note is not allowed to be accepted in the Netherlands (it is a hotel specific policy which probably the accountant has attacked the staff not to accept such notes for fear of bank rejecting?)and had some altercations, finally service staff sarcastically accepted my Euro note saying she will take a risk with her manager Mr. Z. Beside that bad altercation, it is a no frills clean hotel. Beware of luggage storage fees I saw at the counter. Luggage storage might not be free as per usual all other hotels.. You are better off paying for early check in or late check out if applicable. Breakfast was good as well. Location is okay as well.

La entrada del hotel es muy secreta (incluso el personal del vestíbulo está de acuerdo), pero simplemente siga el mapa de trip.com. Nota: todas las entradas requieren subir varias escaleras. La zona de desayuno está un poco lejos de la habitación. Se recomienda usar más ropa antes de salir en invierno. El hotel está convenientemente ubicado, a unos 15 minutos de Kijk-Kubus, Pencil House y Markthal. También hay centros comerciales, supermercados y restaurantes cerca.
