Service was excellent. Reception staff especially Weam were extremely helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was ok. Croissants excellent, scrambled eggs dry and tasteless. Location was fab, tram station outside hotel and Rotterdam Centraal 5-10 mins walk. Really wide selection of cafes and restaurants nearby. Good value hotel.

Een heel fijne plek, mooie en zeer grote verzorgde kamer (douche en toilet zijn apart; erg praktische badkamer met voldoende plaats om je spullen te zetten en haakjes om dingen op te hangen, leuke grote zithoek in de kamer met 2,5 persoonsbank, tafel met 3 stoelen., veel sfeerverlichting, voldoende stopcontacten, oplaadpunten en kapstokken, grote ramen, goeie verduisteringsgordijnen, strijkijzer en plank, haardroger.... Ik kan echt niets bedenken wat er niet was), weinig lawaai in de gangen.. eigenlijk echt helemaal in orde. Zelf de onze vraag naar een vaas voor op de kamer om ons tulpen uit Keukenhof te kunnen zetten werd onmiddellijk ingewilligd - erg vriendelijke medewerkers, lekker ontbijt (fantastisch dat bananenbrood!) en vlakbij de city (wandelafstand) en veilige buurt. Er is echt betaalbare parking in de buurt op wandelafstand maar je moet een klein beetje moeite doen voorafgaand om het op te zoeken. Wij hebben echt genoten van de accomodatie in zijn geheel en de ontspannen sfeer die er hing (en nog een kleine aanvulling: de zeep ruikt overheerlijk 🤓). Het is echt een zeer mooie verbouwing geworden van wat vroeger een drukkerij was. Eclectisch en sfeervolle inrichting!. Knap gedaan! Ik kan het alleen maar aanbevelen want voor die prijs echt helemaal top!!! Wij komen heel graag terug!

Conveniently located just 15 minutes from both the train station and the main shopping district, this hotel offers an ideal base for exploring the area. It stands out as one of the better options in its category, offering comfort and excellent service. The staff are a true highlight – friendly, attentive, and responsive to all enquiries. A special mention goes to Merle, who went above and beyond to assist us with travel arrangements. Her warm and professional manner made a lasting impression. One area for improvement is the breakfast offering. Guests with dietary restrictions or those who avoid meat and eggs may find the options somewhat limited. Expanding the menu to cater to a wider range of dietary needs would enhance the overall experience. Overall, a highly recommended stay with thoughtful service and a prime location.

La habitación es grande, limpia y luminosa. El servicio de recepción es bueno. Hay un chico extranjero que habla chino. Los camareros del restaurante de desayuno también fueron muy amables. En definitiva, fue una estancia inolvidable.

El anfitrión nos ayudó de manera amable y servicial. Las habitaciones están muy limpias al igual que el baño. Como el edificio está situado en una zona vibrante de Rotterdam, no experimentamos ninguna contaminación acústica. ¡¡¡Muy bien organizado!!

El hotel está muy bien situado, cerca de todos los sitios de interés. La atención del personal fue excelente. La habitación era espectacular, con unas impresionantes vistas de la ciudad. Repetiremos.

Impeccably clean and spacious room with full kitchen and a comfy bed. Extremely convenient location adjacent to metro station and in the centre. I liked the working space as well and made use of luggage storage without no issues. Frequent fire alarms was the only issue that I would complain of(had 2 in 4 days). Overall I enjoyed my stay and I would stay here if I were to visit Rotterdam again

La recepcionista fue grosera. Al principio me asignó una habitación en el tercer piso. Subí y, literalmente, había alguien durmiendo en la cama. Así que volví a recepción para pedir otra habitación. Suspiró con incredulidad, como si fuera tonta. Me interrogó y, en general, fue grosera (suspirando, sin siquiera disculparse por el error, y nada amable). Simplemente hizo algunas gestiones administrativas en silencio y me dio una nueva tarjeta sin decir nada. La habitación y el baño estaban bien, pero un poco cutres. El vestíbulo del hostal parecía prometedor, pero en realidad, los pasillos de la habitación parecían sospechosos e inseguros. Había gente merodeando, sentada en la escalera (de forma sospechosa, no para socializar). Las paredes son finísimas; se oía a los padres regañando a sus hijos y a los niños gritando y llorando. No recomendaría este lugar teniendo en cuenta su alto precio.

Our initial impressions were mixed. On one hand, we were impressed by the hotel’s atmosphere and the check-in staff were efficient and friendly. On the other hand, there were some “interesting” house rules displayed at front desk which made us question what type of people they have staying in the hotel and how they view/treat their customers. The location is 10/10. 1 minute walk to Maashaven metro station, very centrally located and saved us lots of travelling time. More time for exploring! The service was extremely mixed and inconsistent. The desk staff were lovely and kind. I needed late checkout at 5am and someone was there to deal with the matter quickly. However, the lady who appears to be the manager is cold and quite frankly rude. My partner became unwell on our last night and by 2pm he was better but still not 100%. I explained the situation and requested 1 extra hour as he got himself together. The member of staff I spoke with was very sympathetic and had to double check with the manager if we could stay the extra hour. Totally within their rights to say no, I understand that. The manager agreed. It’s the way she handled the matter - with absolutely no grace and no manners. She was evidently reluctant and did not directly address me at any point, she completely ignored me. Really bad customer service, especially in an already stressful situation. Please learn how to communicate with people or don’t work or sit at the front desk with your terrible attitude, bringing down the rest of the hard working, friendly front staff desk.

El hotel estaba muy limpio, las fotos que vimos de este hotel en toda la internet mostraron que estaba cerca de la promenade, pero desgraciadamente no le gustaba las fotos y se distanciaba mucho de muchas cosas. El desayuno no tenía la variedad que un hotel de cinco estrellas debería tener, era casi el mismo que un hotel de cuatro estrellas y no había muy poca elección. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad. Fuimos a hoteles de cinco y cuatro estrellas en varios países diferentes y todos nos dieron una botella de agua mineral al día, pero aquí, no, no había agua y la comprábamos nosotros mismos del mercado. Otra cosa que realmente nos molestó fue el extremo frío de la habitación 🥶, hasta el punto donde era como invierno (estamos allí el 1 de septiembre). El aire acondicionado en la habitación estaba siempre encendido y no podía desactivarse en absoluto, y ellos mismos lo confirmaron, y lamentablemente me enfermé allí 🥺😮💨. La casa de baño es muy buena, pero no es fácil de lavar. La selección de menús era limitada, pero tuvimos una cena de pescado muy deliciosa.😋
