Atención a la recepción con buena cordialidad. Alojamientos buenos, para el ofrecido, viaje dr paso. Situación excelente, al lado de la carretera y fácil de localizar y acceder.

I stayed at Wyndham São Paulo Ibirapuera Convention Plaza Hotel twice during my trip (April 3–8 and April 10–11), and overall, this was a very mixed experience. I’m an international traveller so I would say I have my fair share of seeing all sides to a hotel. To be a 4 star hotel and to charge premium rates, I would expect certain things. Let’s start with the positive to the hotel - The location is excellent. From the hotel across there is a shopping mall, which makes it extremely convenient for food, shopping, and daily necessities. • Cleanliness is generally acceptable. Aside from one incident, (on my first night, I found red stain marks which looks like lipstick on my sheets, took a photo and alerted receptionist the next morning for a change of sheets. • Room size is spacious and comfortable. I stayed in the “ superior room” and the junior suite. The issues (and they are significant): 1. Misleading room expectations The room I received looked noticeably older and more worn than the photos online. Doors, bathroom condition, and overall finishing did not match what was advertised. It felt misleading. This hotel definitely need a glow up. 2. Poor service & lack of flexibility Service was the biggest disappointment. • Staff were generally not proactive or solution-oriented. • I made a booking error via Trip.com and tried to adjust the dates. Both the platform and hotel refused to help or offer alternatives. • Even a simple late check-out request (which I informed them about in advance and was willing to pay for) was declined without much effort to accommodate. I wasn’t also asking for hours just a mere 2 hours so that I can go to the city to pick up some stuff before my long haul 32hours flight. 4. Billing inconsistencies – check your charges carefully • I was initially charged for 2 minibar items when I only consumed 1. I manage to catch this on time before paying for it. • Laundry count was incorrect (11 pieces sent, billed for 12). Receipts and explanations were unclear, and I’m still not fully confident everything was billed correctly. 5. Missing basic amenities (unexpected for this level) • No iron or ironing board available • No kettle / hot water in the room • No complimentary drinking water • Everything must be purchased separately 6. Language barrier for international guests Not all staff speak English, which can make communication difficult if you’re not Portuguese-speaking. Overall verdict: This hotel is convenient but not service-oriented. If you are Brazilian or familiar with local expectations, you may find it acceptable. But as an international traveler, the experience falls short—especially in service, transparency, and attention to detail. Would I return? Probably not, unless location is the only priority.

整體都挺好的，離中餐館也很近，去旁邊的喜來登下面吃快餐也很方便。 樓頂有健身房和泳池，泳池就算了，太短了，一言難盡。健身房設施還是不少的。 洗了衣服，也不貴，香香的。 服務人員都很nice。 住的中國人感覺不少呢。 早餐沒有蔬菜，各種麪包 腸 甜點 煎蛋 茶 咖啡 也可以拿回房間吃。 電視台不少～

While some guests have noted occasional noise from the lobby area, the overall ambiance of the hotel remains conducive to rest and relaxation. In summary, Pullman São Paulo Vila Olímpia stands out for its excellent location, modern facilities, and exceptional service, making it a top choice for travelers seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in São Paulo.

El ambiente es muy agradable y el personal ofrece un servicio excelente. La ubicación es fantástica: hay muchos restaurantes cerca, es muy fácil conseguir un taxi y está a poca distancia de parques, centros comerciales y zonas de compras. Instalaciones: El hotel está muy bien equipado. Sin embargo, es necesario traer las propias toallas, cepillos de dientes y otros artículos de higiene personal.

Recientemente tuve el placer de estar en la Hyatt Place São José do Rio Preto, y la experiencia fue realmente excelente. El hotel está situado junto al centro comercial Iguatemi São José do Rio Preto, y ofrece un acceso fácil a una variedad de tiendas y opciones de comedor. La habitación era espaciosa, limpia y equipada con modernas instalaciones. La cama era excepcionalmente cómoda, garantizando un sueño tranquilo de la noche. El sistema de aire acondicionado funcionaba sin problemas, lo que era esencial debido al clima cálido. El desayuno fue una experiencia agradable, ofreciendo una variedad de frutas frescas, pasteles y especialidades locales. El hotel dispone de una zona de aparcamiento con una piscina cubierta y un centro de fitness, y ofrece excelentes oportunidades de relajación y ejercicio. Un pequeño desventaja fue que el área de estacionamiento podría llegar a ser un poco congestionada durante las horas de pico, pero esto no tuvo un impacto significativo en mi experiencia global. En conclusión, la Hyatt Place São José do Rio Preto ofrece un confort excepcional, unas instalaciones de top notch y una ubicación privilegiada.

Me gustó mucho el hotel por el servicio brindado por el personal y su ubicación. La habitación en la que me alojé era buena en general, pero el baño realmente necesita una renovación. La bañera es muy vieja y el grifo gotea demasiado, inundando todo el baño.

El costo de la habitación es 447 yuan, pero se paga más de 200 cuando se inscribe. No hay desayuno. El precio no es barato. Bien, no viviré aquí la próxima vez. Este precio, junto con el desayuno, puede vivir en cinco estrellas. La habitación es pequeña.

Como: • ¡Genial personal de escritorio delantero, personal de restaurante, guardaespaldas, equipaje, super ayudante! • excelente cama, ducha, hojas, toallas. • buffet de desayuno. Dislike: • The bathroom sink needs a better aerator on the faucet to control the flow so that it does not spray outside the sink. • The water in the pool did not seem to be constantly filtered. There were small debris and bugs on top.

La habitación estaba bastante limpia y tranquila, no hubo el ruido que mencionaban algunas reseñas, supongo que depende de la ubicación de la habitación. Estoy muy satisfecho con este hotel. La parada del autobús del aeropuerto también es muy fácil de encontrar, está en los puestos 2-4 de la zona de autobuses. Sin embargo, estas paradas son compartidas por varios hoteles, así que recomiendo esperar el autobús con antelación en la zona, ya que no se detienen mucho tiempo para recoger a la gente. Además, el servicio de autobús del hotel hacia el aeropuerto requiere reserva previa. El personal es realmente amable y la comunicación en inglés fue muy fluida. Aunque la variedad del desayuno es sencilla, todo es muy fresco. En general, es un hotel excelente, y parece que se puede cenar tarde en el vestíbulo. Si vuelvo a venir, definitivamente elegiría este hotel de nuevo, gracias.
