Este hotel está justo a orillas del río, justo enfrente del teleférico y junto al metro. Está a cinco minutos a pie del monumento de control de inundaciones y de la Avenida Central. La ubicación es perfecta y la insonorización es excelente. Es muy limpio, con servicio de limpieza diario y fruta fresca. El servicio fue excelente. La recepcionista fue cálida y atenta, y el encargado del vestíbulo, el Sr. Gong, fue muy considerado. Incluso nos llevó el equipaje y nos preguntó si lo necesitábamos. Cuando supo que íbamos a tomar el metro, incluso nos llevó el equipaje y nos acompañó hasta la entrada. Todos fueron muy amables. Este es un hotel fantástico.

Amazing Stay at Snow Valley Hotel
I recently stayed for 2 nights with my friend, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The owner was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome the moment I arrived. You can refresh with some fruit they provided.
The room was clean and warm, right next to snow. The serene ambiance made it the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The owner's very helpful and funny. She's always responded to all my questions and recommended good things. The package ”Wu song ling” was exceptional. Actually, I started my trip to Harbin from the image I found from Snow Town. But I ended up falling in love with little cute village called Snow Valley. Really great experience for me.
I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and feel like home place. I can’t wait to return!

Viajamos con dos niños y reservamos la suite familiar. La habitación no era muy espaciosa, pero las camas estaban limpias y eran cómodas. El personal de servicio fue muy amable y servicial, y se aseguraron de que estuviéramos bien atendidos durante nuestra estancia en Harbin. La ubicación es perfecta, a solo 5 minutos a pie de 中央大道, muy conveniente, con muchas tiendas de comida, peluquería, manicura y masajes, minimercados y un centro comercial cerca. Hay una lavandería gratuita para lavar y secar la ropa. Lo único malo es que las almohadas son demasiado blandas y no sujetan bien, lo que me causa un fuerte dolor de cuello y me impide dormir bien.

A large, comfortable room, with a comfortable bed. There was plenty of space in the room to settle in and be comfortable. The only issue is that the closet was very poorly designed and could only hold a handful of items. With all the space, they should have a proper closet or wardrobe. There was a large, and useless, item of furniture that could have been replaced by a decent wardrobe. The hotel breakfast was adequate. Like many Chinese hotels, it mostly consisted of lukewarm, overcooked, fried Chinese food, and a couple of watery congees. Most of the fruit wasn't ripe. It's pretty bad by international standards, but pretty standard for Chinese hotels.

The local is awesome, right in the middle of zhong yang street, you can access anywhere easily. The decorations is fabulous is you love the galmourous European style. The only complain is the washing machine is not enough and time use is limited to only 9. Breakfast has lots of variety.
My father in law's one person bedroom is super tiny though.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the shuttle bus and the main street. It was so easy for us to go out, explore, come back to rest, and head out again at night. The owner speaks basic English, which made communication so much smoother and made us feel very welcomed from the start.
What really touched us was the hospitality. The owner gave us warm rice and drinking water for free so we could enjoy our ready-to-eat meals comfortably. As Muslims, this simple kindness meant so much to us. We ended day with full, happy tummies and grateful hearts. :)
Although the house isn’t big or fancy like a hotel, it felt incredibly homey. All the basic amenities were there, and everything was clean and comfortable. It truly felt like staying in someone’s warm family home.
Another bonus, we could even watch the fireworks right in front of the house! Such a magical touch to the night.
Overall, we loved our stay more than we expected. It’s a humble place filled with warmth, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended if you want a homely and memorable experience.

1. This hotel is just beside Saint Sophia Church Harbin. Super location for a Harbin stay.
2. No point paying extra for a plaza or the church limited view. normal room will be enough.
3. Can get free coffee from the front desk.
4. Room is clean and service is good.
5. Walking distance to all important spot and shopping in Harbin.

We had an amazing experience at Snow mushroom Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional—The boss and every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay comfortable. They responded quickly to requests and always did it with a smile, which made us feel truly welcomed.
The boss helped us to arrange transport service from Harbin and day tour too.
The scenery around the hotel is absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to stunning views of snowy landscapes and peaceful surroundings was one of the highlights of my trip. Whether day or night, the atmosphere felt calm, refreshing, and almost magical.
The combination of excellent service and beautiful scenery made my stay unforgettable. We would highly recommend Snowtown Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We will definitely be back! ❄️🏔️

EEe MingWe had a very good experience staying in Yabu Loni Hotel at Yabuli. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm reception we receive from our hotel guide 初长月. She assisted us to check into our hotel room early which allow us to settle in quickly. Arranging for ski lessons and equipment was also a breeze with her help. Her enthusiasm, energy and smile is something that makes our stay so much fun and enjoyable. And she is always just a call away.
As for the hotel room, it is a little dated but nevertheless still very clean and nice. I would certainly hope that they can improve on the breakfast, the range is pretty limited.
The location of the hotel is fantastic and it is just right besides the cable car that bring you to the top of the ski resort. It is also right next to Club Med.

SSoudsathit VandixayWe had a lovely stay at Xana, staff do not speak English but it was not an issue at all, they were very helpful and took good care of us and our needs, while using a translation app to talk to each other. The room was not that large but functional and clean, bed is comfy, bathroom and toilet were clean and there was a free afternoon tea at the lobby with delish cookies and fruits. The location is top notch, right in front of Zhaolin park and just 1 mn walk to the commercial Zhongyang street and just 5 mn away from Songhua river, park. If you use DIDI TRAVEL on the Alipay app, the location of this hotel should be spelled as ”Xi'an Deluxe Hotel..”
Overall, it was a lovely experience for us staying at Xana and would recommend to our friends if they travel to Harbin

UUsuario invitadoIt is certainly an overwhelming experience of my stay, this property is located just a few steps from Central Avenue (Zhongyang Street) which is the iconic landmark of its city, connecting to the major tourist attractions such as St. Sophia church, Zhaolin Park, China Baroque History Culture Scenic Area, Dragon Tower ( Long Ta ), Sun Island, Ice Show World etc wherever can be reached by metro, makes perfectly sense to leisure travellers, practically for purpose of the visit to Ice Show World when on winter season.
Upon reaching the entrance of the hotel, the staff was enthusiastic and helpful, stepped out to help me take the luggages for check-in, they gladly introduced the history of the hotel, I was astonished to learn that it's been standing over 100 years, well designed in every part of foyer, full of Russian style, feeling like I'm staying in as a membersof the nobility.
As I booked the superior room, the staff suggested a limited offer that I can go on the different type of suite, before the decision, they escorted me to have a view of the room, and I finally chose the 55sqm room, that was a big bargain for the upgrade paying just ¥500 extra. I was shocked at the time I stepped in to the room, it is elegantly decorated. Whenever you sit in watching the TV, lying on the bed immersing yourself enjoying the bubble bath, you would almost be resisted to leave.
Finally I will undoubtedly give the full score of 10 for what I deserved from this property, and this will be a good place to be on my next visit, hopefully December the year for Ice Snow festival.

KKrystenelleI must commend the owner of this hotel for her warmth and friendliness. The property has recently undergone renovations, and the sincerity of both the owner and the staff is palpable. During our stay, we enjoyed the exceptional food; we ordered lunch on both Day 1 (when we arrived) and Day 2 (before we leave) and regretted not trying dinner as well. In my opinion, the meals surpassed those offered at the restaurant we visited at Xueyunjie.
As a first-time traveler to Harbin, Snow Town, accompanied by my family, which includes three children and my mother-in-law, I greatly appreciated the assistance provided by the hotel owner. She was prompt in her responses and guided me with clear directions to reach the hotel. Furthermore, she arranged for her husband to meet us at the shuttle bus drop-off area to help with our luggage.
I am truly grateful for her support and am impressed by her patience. Her staff members were equally friendly and down-to-earth.
The hotel’s setup resembles that of a high-end homestay, featuring newly renovated interiors. The room we booked, while not large, was adequate for our needs. The kang bed comfortably accommodated two adults and two children, while the queen-size bed on the opposite side was suitable for two adults.
Overall, our stay was quite pleasant. The choice of floor tiles over carpeting was a wise decision, as it facilitates easier cleaning.
One area for potential improvement is the condensation near the window, which can sometimes cause the bay window to become slightly damp, making it unsuitable for placing belongings. However, this did not significantly detract from our experience.
In summary, my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality provided by Yundingjiudian. If asked whether I would stay again, my answer would be an unequivocal yes!

MMaurice LinemanI arrived late at Harbin Junyi Hotel Central train station due to a change in circumstances at the time. The staff was incredibly helpful and supportive in registration. The room was impeccably clean and the staff very informative about the room, including the information about having to run the water for about 10minutes before showering. The next morning when I had to leave they were warm and courteous when I checked out even helping me to get a train ticket home as well as a taxi to the train station - so thank you for the stay and I will remember it the next time I am in the city. A special thank you to Ms. JiaoJiao for her help with the train ticket.

UUsuario invitadoFascinatingly designed boutique hotel with literally international 4-Star standard amenities. Could see how much details was put into the design of each room and each guest hall.
In the room, The smart toilet was a must have for me. The shampoo was what you will get in 4-star hotels. The bedsheets were crisply ironed and clean. The mattress were the supportive type. The pillows were superb too. They even have humidifier in the room.
The reception contacted us a week before the trip, that’s really assuring to me as a foreigner without a local phone number. So I managed to get a lot of info established before hand. Really great! Because I like to be informed in advance. Response via WeChat was super prompt and organized throughout our stay. The reception team works closely with the drivers and attractions to personalize your experience for you. I felt that the touring arrangements were really seamless.
In their guest hall, guests can access the smart washing machine, microwave, hot water, drinking water, tea etc.
WiFi was not stable.
The breakfast was delicious and healthy with more variety than expected. The hotel was humbly saying that they only offer “millet porridge and salted duck egg” but no no no, they actually offered a mini buffet of 10 different dishes with freshly made soy milk.
Overall the stay was way beyond expectation for me.
Highly recommended for international tourists.

YYemzyThe hotel does very little to communicate and fully explain in detail to their guests when they check in, we did not know that the hotel was offering dinner to their to its guest on the day of our arrival, we had to ask around, and in so doing it seemed as though we where trying to get crush for a free dinner, the package we booked for had an executive lounge happy hour and light dinner, we had to prove ourselves that we had booked and paid for a package deal. The hotel really needs to improve on their service and alert their guests on what is happening in the hotel so as to avoid embarrassing and unnecessary confusion. The room was clean, but the amenities offered are not up to par. The air conditioner was not making the room cool enough. The room was hot, and the air was tight. The food was good and we were satisfied, this was the best part for my family and I, we where actually skeptical thinking that it's going to be all Chinese but surprisingly we ate more than we anticipated for.
The hotel is a good hotel. Would i recommend someone to go and stay there? Yes! But they need to seriously improve on communication and overall service towards their guests, especially foreign guests who want to try out Chinese cuisines, you need to raise the bar and look for service providers who are bilingual so as to facilitate a good service. And please add more pastry recipes to your menu 😋

KKhor Chee Jian-location is about 5 min walk from the big stone .Hotel and assist to move the luggage from bus drop off point but required to call them in advance .
-Both receptionist was very energetic and friendly ,very eager to serve .
-room is big size with a sofa provided .However the sofa is inferior quality in my view .Toilet was not too big or small .But they did not clean properly and full of peep stain .They also proivded only 1 towel instead of 2 .But the receptionist was very apologetic so its good review for me in the end .
-free jacket for taking photos as well as ice sledge to play
-breakfast was ok with no much choices .Basic but no complaint
-Lift was abit slow and small
Overall , the price i paid and the room i get , i will book again if i ever go there again .I had great memory in this hotel !
