En general, estoy muy satisfecho. Aunque las instalaciones del hotel no son nuevas, siguen estando limpias e higiénicas. Las dos recepcionistas de la puerta fueron muy entusiastas y me recomendaron muchos lugares para elegir. La vista al río desde la habitación es magnífica. Llega de la habitación y tiene agua caliente para duchas. Experiencia auténtica: nos disfrutamos de sentirnos inmersos en el barrio local, con muchos pequeños restaurantes baratos cerca. Puntos para familias extranjeras que se deben señalar: El personal de la ciudad ha sido muy amable y útil, pero no ha hablado inglés. Desayuno: El desayuno complimentario era totalmente chino (congee, huevos, botas de vapor, picles). Apartamentos: No espere a instalaciones extras como gimnasio o piscina. Foco local: El hotel está claramente orientado hacia los viajeros domésticos, por lo que el decoro de la habitación es sencillo y funcional. En general: Este hotel es una excelente opción económica si se concede prioridad a una habitación limpia y un buen valor.

Great location, but disappointing overall. The hotel is in a very convenient location, which was the main positive. Unfortunately, the room and common areas smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which made the stay uncomfortable. We also had a small Wi-Fi issue that was reported but never properly resolved. Considering the high price, the hotel did not deliver value for money. Overall, it’s overpriced for what you get and needs better management of basic comfort issues.

Viajamos con dos niños y reservamos la suite familiar. La habitación no era muy espaciosa, pero las camas estaban limpias y eran cómodas. El personal de servicio fue muy amable y servicial, y se aseguraron de que estuviéramos bien atendidos durante nuestra estancia en Harbin. La ubicación es perfecta, a solo 5 minutos a pie de 中央大道, muy conveniente, con muchas tiendas de comida, peluquería, manicura y masajes, minimercados y un centro comercial cerca. Hay una lavandería gratuita para lavar y secar la ropa. Lo único malo es que las almohadas son demasiado blandas y no sujetan bien, lo que me causa un fuerte dolor de cuello y me impide dormir bien.

I don't know how much I can thank the staff of this hotel for giving me the best treat for my birthday, especially by upgrading my room with a window-view and a bath-tub, thank you so much, because you put me gave me a window-view, I saw snow falling, on the day of my birthday! Everything about the hotel is very commendable for me: location (near Central Street), cleanliness, service, and facilities! Their services are even over the top for giving me snacks for my overnight flight! Thank you so much for the very nice experience on my first visit in Harbin! ^_^

Great hotel located in the heart of Harbin, very close to all major attractions. Rooms where very clean and extremely comfortable. Decor was also beautiful. My only complaint was that nobody here could speak English. For an upmarket hotel some of the employees must be able to speak English otherwise it brings the value down. One thing I do appreciate is that they have cat houses outside the hotel for stray cats to find a place of warmth during the very cold winters. A hotel that cares for animals is beyond amazing in my view and that's why I give them five stars .

Great location just by the St Sophia Church and walking distance to Central St. Overall rating would have been 10/10 if not for a little bit transactional front desk personnel. Caring house keeping lady during our stay. Really handy to have complimentary in-house self service laundry. There's no safe in the room but we felt safe enough leaving staff in the room. There's also a nice touch live singing on weekends evenings at the lobby lounge.

Our stay was nothing short of fantastic, but what truly made this trip unforgettable was the amazing support from the hotel staff. From the very beginning, they arranged all our travel needs, including car rentals and a wonderful driver who also acted as our guide. Wang Jingyu was our primary contact at the hotel, and his excellent communication skills in English made everything even smoother. They also accommodated my food preferences, which added a personal touch to our experience. Their attention to detail and personalized service made our family vacation one of the best we've ever had. We’re filled with beautiful moments and cherished memories thanks to the care, support, and guidance provided by the team here. You all showed remarkable patience and kindness towards my family and me, making our stay truly special. Junyi Hotel is exceptional! Greeted by all staffs present during our check-in. Throughout the stay, there were so many incredible moments. Easy contact concierge via WeChat. One day we accidentally left our windows open when we left the room, they WeChat us to check if we wanted the room cooler, and that allowed them to help close the windows or we will be returning to a -20deg room after a long day, so thankful. Used the self-service laundry (Free of charge) at the 7th floor. Forgot to collect my laundry and they actually helped to collect and send to our room and even helped to hang dry some not totally dried laundry. There was a day that my slightly late collection of laundry, when I went to the laundry room, it was already taken out and folded nicely in my laundry bag. We did not opt for breakfast, however the hotel have free coffee/tea machine and light snacks daily from 11am. Our rooms were always well made-up. They even gave lighters, warm sticky patch to me for free when I asked them where I could buy them from. There was a day I chance upon the housekeeping staffs cleaning even the walk way display to the most meticulous detail. Junyi hotel really impressed me even though they were my last hotel throughout my 2weeks trip in China. So grateful! Thank you so much!
