I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

We chose this hotel because there is a TCM place literally on the opposite side of the block and my sister could get acupuncture there. All the staff were friendly, the hotel was modern and bright, and it was easy to get taxis outside. My sister especially enjoyed the breakfast bigger because there was a lot of dongbei food and the hot dishes changed every day. While we were there (Spring Festival) there were free snacks at reception, like hulutang, frozen pears, egg tarts.

Hoteles en Carolina: Este hotel está situado en la calle central, en una habitación limpia, en un hotel con personal amigable, me han actualizado gratuitamente y me han dado un pequeño regalo cuando salimos, especialmente podemos dejar un equipaje durante 3 días cuando vamos a la ciudad de nieve, Así que cancelamos otro hotel y reservamos este hotel después de volver de la ciudad de nieve.

La ubicación es perfecta, a un paso de atracciones como la Calle Central y la Catedral de Santa Sofía. Desde tu ventana, puedes disfrutar de la magnífica vista del río Songhua, disfrutando del brillo de las olas y las luces día y noche, lo que hace que viajar sea increíblemente cómodo. La habitación era espaciosa y lujosa, con ventanales que iban del suelo al techo con vistas al río. El desayuno fue abundante, el entorno precioso y las comodidades, completas. La salchicha roja local, los pasteles rusos y los fideos recién hechos estaban exquisitamente presentados, y los ingredientes eran frescos y deliciosos, lo que nos permitió empezar el día de maravilla. El servicio fue excepcional, especialmente Air, nuestro camarero, que fue muy amable e incluso nos preparó yogur impreso en 3D. El ambiente era elegante y tranquilo, el vestíbulo olía a perfume y las instalaciones estaban impecablemente cuidadas. Desde la amable y eficiente recepción hasta el atento servicio de habitaciones, cada detalle rezumaba calidad cinco estrellas. Muy recomendable para viajeros que aprecian la calidad: ¡este hotel sin duda hará que su viaje a Harbin sea inolvidable!

Xin Yuhang, el empleado que trabaja en el Sun Castle Resort Hotel es muy agradable, útil y amigable, nos ayuda con las dificultades que tuvimos durante toda nuestra estancia allí. This is the best hotel anyone could have hope for, amazing staff, the room are super cozy and the shower is amazing, plus with great locations. we are actually sad to leave the room here, for sure will come back next time!

We wanted more than luxury . We wanted a hotel that truly reflected Harbin’s character, heritage, and history. We are glad to have discovered this hidden gem. Mansion 1903 Hotel is probably one of the most charming hotels in Harbin, beautifully blending old-world elegance, modern comfort, and strong Russian heritage. The location is excellent, conveniently close to Zhongyang Street, yet peaceful and refined. The rooms are spacious, clean, stylish, and exceptionally comfortable, while the staff are warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. Their service made our stay especially memorable. The elegant lobby environment, together with the traditional Sarafan and Kokoshnik costumes, also provided a wonderful opportunity for photography and added to the hotel’s unique cultural atmosphere. Special thanks to Mr. Deng for his meticulous sharing and introduction of the antique collections displayed in the hotel lobby. His passion and knowledge greatly enriched our experience.

Modern kang bed room. Tiny and expensive but this is not unexpected given it is within the snow town and it is new year day. Nonetheless, location is great, walking distance to everywhere. Food at the hotel’s restaurant is yummy. Special mention to our dedicated butler Mr Cao who was very friendly, helpful and responsive. He will arrange to pick up your luggages from the bus station in the snow town and transport to the hotel (you will need to take a bus from the ticket entrance to the bus station in the snow town). Mr Cao can also help to arrange for activities. Overall, pleasant stay and will recommend.

The hotel is very easy to get to and located right where the Chinese Baroque street is. The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and does not smell. The amenities are well equipped. The beddings are clean and comfortable. The O.A Smith water dispenser was very convenient and easy to use. The lighting control was easy to use and scene settings were thoughtful. The room was equipped with Xiao Du AI voice control which was nice to have. Overall the experience was very pleasant. Would recommend.
