Managing a booking for 8 rooms for a large group of 16 (including a child) can be a logistical challenge, but Hotel JAL City Toyama handled our stay flawlessly. We booked the Superior Twin Rooms for a one-night stopover on May 14th to rest up during our Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route itinerary. The rooms were spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location and efficiency made coordinating our large group's early morning movements so much easier. Highly recommended for anyone traveling through Toyama with a big party!

Yummy Bfast. Hotel es muy nuevo y muy limpio todo el personal eficiente y bienvenido . muy feliz estadía . sólo lamentamos que nos quedamos 1 noche sólo debería haber sido más. cerca de la estación muchos restaurantes

The hotel lobby reeked of cigarette smoke, and even though our room was a non-smoking room, there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke all the time. The bathroom had no ventilation, and the smell was terrible after using the toilet.

Nice Japanese breakfast. Strategic location to get around Gokayama and Shirakawa. In front of the hotel is the biggest Gassho style house in Japan that has a long history of being owned by samurais and where the emporia family had visited many times and is considered a cultural heritage of Japan.. I would go back to this hotel because of its location.

Great service by staff, very helpful, they received and sent my luggages by Yamato. Carpark right in basement is convenient. If only they didnt provide Chinese made bathroom toiletries (NZ brand). Right across to Toyama castle.

El hotel está a diez minutos a pie de la estación de luna Universo, porque ese día fue una tormenta. Lluvia, arrastrando la maleta al hotel es ligeramente guapo. ¡Acaba de renovarse en 2023, hay un poco de sabor en la habitación, el calor es muy bueno! ¡Pago adicional reservado sopa privada, la calidad del agua es muy cómoda! La casa está envuelta en cena y desayuno el día siguiente. La cena es deliciosa. Un camarero de hombres sería sencillo en chino y había estado en Shanghai. No hay problema en el intercambio básico. El día siguiente es delicioso. Esta zona cálida es relativamente fría y no hay mucha presentación en línea, pero se puede evitar el flujo de adultos.

Love the hotel and service. Onsen has very beautiful ocean view. Free drinks and many seat to relax at lobby. Breakfast was great

酒店讓人難以忘懷，一泊二食選的應該是最普通的套餐，但是仍然讓人驚艷。透過落地窗，在庭院雪景中享用放題早餐，不論舌尖還是眼睛，都得到了極致享受。早餐的拌飯小食有好多種花樣，富山名物值得嘗試。擺盤精緻讓人不忍取食，一切都別具匠心。我們沒有預訂私湯，因為公共湯的風景更美！入住的客人很少，雪中温泉值得一試！作為世外桃源般的存在，要能接受店家有限的英文輸出哦，記得帶好手機翻譯軟件，一切都不是問題，店家會很積極的幫助解決問題！如果你來莊川峽遊船，不要錯過這個酒店~

Como se reserva desde el sitio web de viajes extranjeros, debe pagar la misma tarifa de seguridad de la habitación que la de la salida. La de la de la salida parece ser devuelta, pero no se ha devuelto. La habitación no se siente bien, pero en comparación con el lugar donde viví, me parece normal.
