La zona de baño separada en seco y húmedo es excelente, el agua caliente llega rápida y estable, y los artículos de tocador son de marca, lo que da mucha tranquilidad. Lo más sorprendente es la lavandería de autoservicio del hotel, con lavadoras y secadoras, así que quienes viajan por negocios o tienen estancias largas ya no tienen que preocuparse por lavar la ropa. Además, hay un gimnasio gratuito, aunque no es grande, tiene todo el equipo necesario. Levantarse por la mañana para correr un poco y luego dar un paseo por el Lago del Oeste es simplemente perfecto.

Después de ingresar al área escénica, tome el autobús turístico de enlace dentro del área escénica (los huéspedes que se alojen en el hotel obtienen un viaje gratuito con su certificado de check-in). Para bajar, debe cruzar dos pequeños puentes. Hay guías en el camino. , o puede preguntarle al conductor del autobús turístico, él sabrá dónde bajarse. El hotel no está lejos del B&B No. 62 detrás del automóvil. La propietaria es cálida y tranquila. El B&B está cerca del río. Las habitaciones dobles son habitaciones con vistas al río, son limpias y cálidas por dentro. Si quieres experimentar un B&B, no te lo pierdas. Creo que Wuzhen tiene la mejor gestión y la mejor experiencia entre las ciudades de turismo cultural nacionales y también se puede decir que es la más exitosa. Cada compra en el lugar escénico está claramente marcada con un precio y no habrá trampas, por lo que puede gastar con confianza. El momento en que vine aquí fue justo el fin de semana después de las vacaciones de verano. La escuela ya había comenzado. Era un momento para perderse el flujo máximo de gente. El área escénica estaba llena de turistas de fin de semana de las ciudades circundantes. cierto, ni más ni menos, si fuera de lunes a viernes, entre semana hay muy poca gente y se vuelve desierto y aburrido. Durante la Semana Dorada del 11 de mayo, nunca me uno a la diversión. Wuzhen es muy adecuado para llevar a familiares y amigos a pasar un fin de semana, puedes sentarte en un banco de madera o en escalones de piedra junto al río junto al agua y quedarte aturdido, sin prisas ni lento, es muy cómodo. ! Regresaré más tarde.

Mi estancia en el Sheraton Huzhou Hotel superó por completo mis expectativas. El ”Moon Hotel” del hotel tiene un llamativo diseño en forma de anillo, y cuando las luces se encienden por la noche, su reflejo en el lago Taihu es particularmente impresionante. La habitación con vistas al lago que reservé ofrecía una vista fantástica, y por la mañana, podía ver las brillantes aguas del lago Taihu con solo abrir las cortinas. La habitación estaba completamente equipada y limpia, y el baño separado (con ducha y seco) fue un detalle muy considerado. Incluí a Xiao He, la camarera de pisos del hotel, en WeChat, y todas mis solicitudes fueron atendidas de inmediato. Fue un momento muy personal. Una pareja que viajaba con nosotros celebró su aniversario de bodas y les obsequiaron una pequeña tarta, e incluso renovaron la habitación con una decoración más moderna. El personal fue proactivo y atento, desde el registro hasta la respuesta a cualquier solicitud; fueron eficientes y considerados. Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel a mis amigos y familiares, y sin duda me alojaré aquí de nuevo en mi próximo viaje a Huzhou.

Toda la visita superó mis expectativas. Desde el guardia de seguridad de la entrada hasta el personal del vestíbulo, e incluso el conductor del autobús, todos fueron increíblemente amables, cálidos y simpáticos. Incluso el mayordomo, Xiao Kai, a quien no conocía, siempre fue muy atento. La propiedad es enorme. Lo más memorable fue el zoológico interactivo que empezaba en el recinto de las tortugas y continuaba a lo largo del camino. No era el tradicional recinto de conejos y alpacas, sino un lugar con animales salvajes en plena libertad, como mapaches, monos ardilla y búhos, ¡casi sin contacto! ¡También fue muy acogedor con mi hijo de 18 meses!

打開門，一眼就看到絕美的海景，透過大大的玻璃窗，可以看到遠處的朱家尖海峽大橋，房間在東面，清早可以在房間看日出🌅，房間智能控制，乾淨清爽，酒店小哥哥有求必應。樓下是海濱公園，遛狗方便，旁邊的大堤，晚上吃完飯後，散步走走挺好。 酒店這個位置有4棟超高層樓，4號樓裏，開的酒店很多，兩部電梯比較舊，門口路左右衹有一條道，國慶期間人流量大，堵車嚴重，白天有停車位，晚上8點多回來，就找不到車位了。第二個晚上我們是下午回來停好車，晚上打車出去的，省了找位子的麻煩。

MM357557****El servicio del hotel fue de primera clase. Desde el momento en que me registré, sentí la calidez y la profesionalidad del personal. El personal de recepción fue todo sonrisas y me ofreció té con proactividad, haciéndome sentir como en casa después de un viaje agotador. No solo procesaron mi registro con eficiencia, sino que también me presentaron pacientemente las diversas instalaciones y servicios del hotel, ofreciéndome sugerencias detalladas según mis necesidades. Cuando pedí una almohada de trigo sarraceno, el personal respondió rápidamente, llevándola a mi habitación en solo cinco minutos. Durante mi estancia, cualquier problema que tuve, lo resolvieron con prontitud y paciencia. Este servicio de mayordomo me hizo sentir muy a gusto. Una vez, derramé una taza sin querer y, tras llamar a atención al cliente, el personal vino rápidamente a limpiarla y me preguntó amablemente si necesitaba alguna otra, sin una sola queja ni impaciencia. Esta meticulosa atención me hizo sentir el respeto y la consideración del hotel por cada huésped. Además, el hotel ofrece numerosos servicios de valor añadido, como refrigerios nocturnos gratuitos, consigna de equipaje y servicio de taxi, lo que hace que la estancia sea más cómoda y práctica. Me alojé en una habitación con cama king size, lo que me permitió dormir profundamente toda la noche. El baño contaba con una zona separada para ducha y secado, presión de agua fuerte y estable, y suministro rápido de agua caliente. Los artículos de aseo eran de alta calidad, lo que hizo que mi estancia fuera muy cómoda. La habitación también estaba equipada con comodidades completas, como wifi gratuito, televisor LCD y aire acondicionado, que satisficieron todas mis necesidades durante mi estancia. Además, había libros en la habitación, lo que me permitió preparar una tetera y leer tranquilamente, aliviando al instante el cansancio del viaje. El desayuno del hotel ofrecía una selección rica y variada, que incluía especialidades locales y platos occidentales, para todos los gustos. Desde congee y guarniciones hasta fideos y wontons, pan y ensaladas, leche y café, la variedad era deslumbrante. Los ingredientes del desayuno eran frescos, meticulosamente preparados y deliciosos. Los wontons de sopa de pollo y los panqueques de cebolleta, en particular, eran auténticos, lo que me permitió saborear la auténtica cocina de Hangzhou. QQingkongwanlichangEl hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, es muy agradable caminar por Gushan Road y por el Lago del Oeste, luego ir a Louwailou para almorzar, visitar Xiling Seal Society y Baidi Broken Bridge. También es conveniente ir de compras por la noche a Yintai 77. En la planta baja del hotel se encuentra el mercado nocturno de Wulin. La cena fue tipo buffet en el hotel, con una amplia variedad de mariscos frescos, una buena elección. La habitación es relativamente espaciosa y limpia, con un balcón para ventilación. El balcón da a la montaña Baoshi. ¡Las luces de la Torre Baochu por la noche son hermosas! Gracias al chico guapo de la recepción, Xiaokuan, por ayudarnos a devolver la muñeca perdida. ¡Fue muy atento!

XXiangquyunnandemaomaoLa habitación estaba muy limpia, el desayuno era rico y delicioso y hay un Starbucks en el hotel, lo cual es muy conveniente. Lo único malo es que siento que el hotel puede reforzar la formación de sus empleados. La actitud del personal de recepción es indiferente y el personal responsable de la limpieza en el restaurante de desayunos tiene una actitud de trabajo perezosa y se estira al frente. de invitados. No es necesario estar entusiasmado con los invitados, pero aún así se debe lograr el desempeño laboral más básico.

Servicio: El personal fue muy útil y respondió rápidamente a nuestras numerosas pequeñas solicitudes. Desayuno: Muy bueno. El personal de la sala de cenas es muy útil, especialmente la muy amable dama que se encarga de las sopas. Ayudó a mi compañero con sus necesidades vegetarianas, y preparó excelentes sopas de nodillo de pollo para mí personalizadas para mis necesidades.

SStanley The Travel ManThis are many good things that I like and one thing that can break the deal.  I like the room because it is bright. It has many lights. It is big too. I like the virtual assistant whereby you can control the curtain , the lights, the air conditioner and the VA is also smart enough to reply ‘yes’ in different way. The air conditioner however seems to have one temperature setting. It is always too cold or it keeps on blowing air and doesn’t have a thermostat.  The room however has no shelf space. No closet, no rack to place your luggage. The bathroom its translucent so a person taking shower , one can see a figure. I like the sofa and the table but the chair doesn’t like stable.  The breakfast is buffet style. It has quite a bit of variety and it changed on the 2 mornings that I ate there. There is a snack after 9 pm . I waited 25 minutes for a simple bowl of noodles. There were 5 people ahead of me and each bowl of noodles required time to heat up.  The staff has cold bottle waters in the lobby. There is no fridge inside your own room.  There is a washing machine and laundry that one can use for free. The staff said it would take out my laundry from the washing machine and put it in the dryer and they did. However , one inconsiderate guest took out my clothes from the dryer when they weren’t completely dried. He had 4 or 5 things to wash and he used 2 washing machines. I think because it is free and the guest wanted to maximize the usage of the free things. The hotel cannot control this kind of behavior. It is better if the laundry room is behind lock doors and only the staff can access it and of course, wash the clothes for the guests.  The toilet is something that I didn’t like. The moment you sit down, it flushes water and then if you move, it flushes again. But the problem that I had was the water was so strong that my buttocks were wet. I told the staff and he came to reduce the water flow which solved the problem.  One my last night there, I went to the bathroom 4 times and the last time I  was shocked to see a cockroach on the floor. It wasn’t moving but I wasn’t sure so I killed it. I dislike cockroach in any hotel. If I see this comment ( about cockroach sighting )  , I wouldn’t have stayed there because I am afraid there is an infestation and there will be cockroaches crawling all over me and enter my packing cubes , my clothes and my luggage. I was thinking it would be best not to write it in the comment if the hotel staff said they will would fix the problem. I spoke to the woman who welcomed me the first day. She was very nice and positive up to that point. When I told her about this issue , she said 沒辦法, it is impossible to resolve or there is no solution. Granted, this hotel has 8 stories and it is big. Eradicating pests and cockroaches, ants is not a simple thing but it is certainly not impossible. If China can collect samples from the moon and send astronauts to their own space lab, why is exterminating cockroaches be 汲辦法? Instead of taking a systematic approach to prevent further potential infestation , she said it is not possible.  I like this hotel. It has a lot of potential. The staff was helpful and always eager to help. The room is the best that I stayed in for my  trips and one of the best. ( the one in Pu’er is even better because the staff took my clothes, wash it, dried it, fold it and return it plus there was no cockroach problem ).  I hope the staff will take note of the opportunities presented to them by the guests , and make improvement. If I were to give a score, it would be 8/10 . 2 big points taken out because of the cockroach.

UUsuario invitadoI would have given a 5-star review for Pan Pacific Ningbo had it not been for allowing guests and even hotel staff to smoke in the hotel! I give 1-star for cleanliness because allowing guests and staff to smoke in a hotel lobby and rooms is simply disgusting! There's nothing clean about it! It's such a waste because Pan Pacific Ningbo has such great facilities and luxurious interior; I even made a video of the hotel and will be posting it on my newly created YouTube channel. I may return again when the Chinese government has banned smoking in hotels and taken a more serious attitude against smoking and enforced the laws against smoking in hotels and restaurants. Having brought up the bad thing about Pan Pacific Ningbo, I would like to highly commend the following staff for their exemplary services: 1. Cady of the reception Cady was the same receptionist who checked us in during our two separate stays, on our way to Zhoushan and back from Zhoushan. She was very courteous and friendly. She offered to add me on her WeChat so that I could contact her if I needed anything. True enough, I needed to contact her within a few hours after we checked-in during our second stay. Smoke filled our room. When I found out that it came from the room next to ours, I immediately informed Cady, who immediately arranged for someone to spray air freshener in the corridor. She offered air filter, which I declined as we were already going out. As we walked down the lobby, I realized that Cady had actually left, and she was arranging all those even though she was already off duty! It was also Cady who informed me that GHA Discovery members would get dining discount by giving me a brochure. 2. Cora (陈丽) Cora was the wait staff attending our table at Madr 99. When I found out that I had run out of mobile data plan, I asked Cora for the passcode to logon to the hotel Wifi. Strangely, there's no option to logon with hotel room number. There were only 2 ways to logon to the hotel wifi: using a passcode and mobile number. Cora kindly offered to use her mobile number to help me logon. She didn't even ask me to use my own mobile number. It was very kind of her to do that. Upon paying the bill, I presented Cora with my GHA Discovery membership card. Cora provided me with 10% discount for silver member, exactly as stated in the brochure that Cady gave me. When we headed back to the serviced suites, another male wait staff chased us and rudely told me that GHA Discovery silver member was not entitled to any dining discount at all. He demanded me to go with him to the cashier to sign a new invoice. I later contacted Cady and asked her to verify with her manager the terms and conditions of dining discount for GHA Discovery member, before we went to Hai Tien Lo to dine in the evening. Cady, who was already at home and off duty, gladly obliged to my request, and confirmed that dining discount was applicable to even silver members. Perhaps hotel management could ask Cora to train the guy properly before allowing him to interact with guests directly! Otherwise, one day he might get punched by guests who are irritated by his behavior. 3. Cavan Cavan was the porter/concierge who helped us deliver our luggage to our room. He, too, was friendly and polite like Cady and Cora. He even walked us to Madr 99 and showed us where all the hotel restaurants were located. The way he treated us was like VVIP. The hotel management should treasure and try to retain these 3 excellent staff. Have these 3 experienced staff to train their junior colleagues.

HHaimiancaicai房間是3點入住，1點半到的時候還沒打掃好。等待的時候去餐廳外面正好欣賞了一下湖景，差不多半個多小時就好了。 房間居然是木地板，這點我很喜歡，總感覺比地毯的更加乾淨衞生。房間冰箱裏軟飲免費，純凈水給的超級充足。不過房間設施很老了，居然還有個DVD，還好我是老登我認識，真是時代的眼淚。 吹風機是戴森的，非常滿意，差點自己帶了，因為很多普通的吹太慢了，衞生間有梳粧鏡還有凳子，吹頭髮的時候可以坐一會，塗臉化粧也可以看的清楚點，設計的很人性化，很貼心。 由於是過生日，預約房間的時候備註了，給安排送了個蛋糕，沒想到意外的好吃~而且還有蠟燭，儀式感不能少~ 早餐會詢問喝什麼咖啡，是否要煎蛋，服務很好，咖啡腦袋最喜歡給做咖啡的酒店了！！！中國胃早餐最愛就是小餛飩，第一天就點了小餛飩，第二天點了餛飩麪，味道很鮮美，還有各種小料可以加，搭配辣醬特別鮮美。煎蛋可以選擇單面煎或者雙面煎。 我的管家楊瀟特別貼心，有什麼事都可以微信聯繫特別方便，在這兒的兩天體驗很好，已經火速推薦給小夥伴們了~

EEkaterinaTwo of my friends and I stayed at the VOCO hotel over the Dragon boat's festival in May-June, 2025. All of us really enjoyed the stay. The rooms were comfortable, and even though they were not lake-view rooms, we could still see the lake from our windows. Two of us cannot speak Chinese, and one of the managers of the hotel, whose name is Leon, took good care of us and helping us to check in and then provided a very comprehensive tour around the hotel showing all the facilities and making bookings for all kinds of activities (kayaking, hot air baloon, photoshoot) and dinners during our stay. I'd like to express my heartfelt thank you to Leon for his very kind help and assistance! The food at the a dinner and breakfast buffets was plentiful and well cooked, as well as the traditional dishes in a Chinese restaurant. Traditionally cooked fish head is a must try! Big up to Leon for recommending it! I can also vouch for all the activities that were provided by the hotel as part of the package with our rooms which included kayaking, a photo shoot and hot air ballooning. i'd like to express my gratification to the team that's arranges and carries out all the activities related to the photoshoot. Everything was really nicely done. We were really excited about this opportunity, and loved the photographs that we received as a result of it. Finally, regarding the facilities, we really enjoyed the open terrace, especially at the sunset time, where we could see beautiful light and clouds over the lake. One of the best facilities is the gym that gives you a wonderful view, as well as the infinity pool, overlooking the lake. Overall, I think the hotel gives you the best value for money in this region, and is a brilliant combination of the great service, very good facilities and additional activities, provided as part of their package. I can highly recommend it!

FFindingGemsFirstly, I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel branch (perhaps this specific branch only). I have previously stayed at your hotels in other cities and have consistently experienced friendly service and good cleanliness standards. Unfortunately, this stay fell far below expectations. We arrived at the hotel at approximately 7pm+ for check-in. During the process, both a female and a male staff member requested to verify my booking/ paid rates. As the booking was made and fully paid through this platform, I found this request unnecessary and inappropriate. Nevertheless, I did not pursue the matter further, as my priority was simply to have a comfortable stay with my family. The room booked was a “Deluxe Family Room” (豪华家庭房). However, the room design is highly unsuitable for a family, especially with two teenage child (male 14yrs old and female 11yrs old). The toilet door is fully see trough. In addition, the shower area must accessed through the toilet and is also separated by a clear glass panel (see through). The basin is located directly outside the toilet and shower area. All glass panel are see through.. In summary, the entire bathroom layout lacks basic privacy. This design is unacceptable for a family room. Our child is not a young child or baby. Due to the lack of privacy, we had no choice but to carefully coordinate toilet and shower usage between male and female family members, which caused significant inconvenience and discomfort. My wife contacted the front desk to raise this concern. Unfortunately, the staff did not offer any meaningful solution, alternative room arrangement, or upgrade option (we are okay with or without additional charges). just answered to us ”我们的设计就这样“. As a result, we had no choice but to endure the situation for 3days 2 nights. The following morning, at approximately 9am+, a technician was working directly outside our room to repair storeroom locks. The repeated hammering noises caused significant disturbance while we were still sleeping. It is common sense for such maintenance work to be scheduled after 11:00 am, or at the very least, conducted with prior guest notification or consent. I have retained photo evidence to support the above points and have made no false claims. Given the issues highlighted, I am extremely disappointed with both the room design and the service response. This experience does not reflect the standards expected from your hotel brand, especially considering my positive experiences at other locations under the Huazhu group (华主会集团). P.S. This so-called 豪华家庭房 is priced at USD 200+ per night, without breakfast, which makes the overall experience even more unacceptable. I sincerely hope the management will take this feedback seriously, as it may otherwise risk losing overseas guests who have been loyal to your hotel group over the years.
