The hotel is centrally located near most of the major attractions. As for the room, it feels a bit dated, but well-maintained. There are limited amenities on the ground floor for us to take and use. BTW, they don't do housekeeping every day, but do give you a clean set of towels the next day by hanging them on your door. For those who drive, your car is stored in a Car- lift style building, so you dont really can access your car easily.

Conveniently located right next to Kochi station, this hotel offers a wonderful experience for tourists to explore Kochi. A lot of attractions are in walkable distance.

Mi japonés no es muy bueno, así que a veces la comunicación era difícil debido a la barrera del idioma, pero siempre fueron proactivos para resolver problemas y fueron muy amables, lo cual es muy importante para una experiencia turística. Las habitaciones se sentían pequeñas, nada interesante con el interior (para ser honesto, se sentía como una mejor versión de un hotel de negocios), no hay baño en las habitaciones sólo una ducha de plástico. Otra cosa que me di cuenta es que sólo tenía dos ascensores, a menudo me encontré con los ascensores completos, especialmente durante horas ocupadas cuando la gente va al baño público en el piso 5. Comfort Hotel Kochi became our 12th hotel on this journey, and honestly, it was one of the most pleasant surprises so far. We checked in earlier today, and the location immediately scored big points — it is just a comfortable 5-minute walk from Kochi Station, making arrival very easy. The hotel itself feels brand new, and that freshness really shows. The lobby is slightly more spacious than other Comfort Hotels we have stayed at in Japan, which made a great first impression. Check-in was smooth even though it was done via a machine, and there was a friendly staff member nearby who stepped in to help and speed up the process when needed — a small touch, but very much appreciated. We were assigned a room on the highest floor, and to our surprise, this turned out to be the biggest standard double room we have ever stayed in across all Comfort Hotels in other cities. The room felt new, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out. The entrance area was spacious enough to fully open our large luggage without playing Tetris — always a win. The bed was comfortable, and while two pillows were already provided, I was able to get additional ones easily. There was a proper desk and chair, making it comfortable to sit down and work. The TV felt modern as well, with YouTube available, which was a nice bonus after a long day out. Even the bathroom was more spacious than expected, adding to the overall comfort. What made the stay even better was the free breakfast included for both nights of our stay, which always adds great value. On top of that, the streetcar station is also within walking distance, making it very convenient to explore Kochi without any hassle. Overall, Comfort Hotel Kochi exceeded our expectations — modern, comfortable, spacious, and well-located. It was a solid and satisfying stay that made us glad we chose it.

Stayed a week as I was on a knifemaking workshop for 6days. Walking distance to Train and bus station. shop next door selling nice food, bento boxes, gifts etc. Good location walking distance just over bridge to supermarket, shops and restaurants. Friendly helpful staff. Clean and tidy room. Enjoyed my stay

Very typical dormy inn, good location, then bare minimum on most things but for the price, it's good. The Aircon has a cranky noise that affects you resting. But the onsen and the snacks are good!
